This review is for Xfinity customer service overall not just one location. If I could give them zero stars I would! Xfinity has the worst customer service in history!!! The Government needs to regulate the cable/internet industry and stop the management of these companies specifically Comcast from taking advantage of consumers. Stop hiring incompetent people and invest in proper training! Shame on you!

Showed up for a 10:30 appt. Young girl at the door said nothing, just looked at me. I said “good morning” but no friendly response, only a “can I help you”. If she wasn’t blinking she could have been a mannequin. I told Ms Personality that we were here for an appointment and she said to take a seat. I asked if I could use the restroom and she directed me to Panera Bread or Chipotle. I asked her where the employees go and she said Panera Bread or Chipotle. Note to all: It’s State Law to have an operable bathroom in a public establishment! I asked another employee who was aimlessly wandering by the door if I could have the name of his supervisor. He stated his name was Mr. Superior. I asked if I could speak with Mr. Superior and he said yes, only if I told him what it was regarding. I simply stated to tell him that a customer would like to ask him a question. He left and came back to tell me he was not there.Times sure are tough when this is the level of talent available out there. A zombie for a greeter and liar as a support person.We were there to switch 4 lines from AT&T to Xfinity. I simply needed to use the restroom. I’ll let the City Council know about the restroom thing. Nothing I can do about liars and duds for employees.Nice job Xfinity!Maybe you can have “Mr. Superior” give me a shout. Or fire him. Whatever.

Honestly I pay a lot of money for your service and it goes out almost every single day my frustration is beyond explainable. When I have the time I’ll be getting rid of you guys ASAP. I cannot take this any longer. You guys should be ashamed of the service you provide. Seriously and that’s putting it lightly. There could be one cloud in the sky in the Internet goes out and I’m paying for your top-tier stuff. What a joke.

Thank you to the staff at Alton Xfinity…They made me feel like a valued customer.Went in to cut ties with Tmobile .,and get newiPhone 12 max pro…and they did not disappoint.As soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed andsuffered brain freeze on my passwords.And though at it took much longer than anyone wanted… I felt the “Team” was customer service driven., polite and kind as well.Thanks again!Laura

When i pickedup the cable boxes. They gave me 1 newer and 1 older small box. Had to return older box as it wasnot connecting and didnt have voice remote. Exchange wnt fine but the hour round trip was annoying.

The Xfinity younger reps that meet you upon entering the store are fantastic and willing to help, I never have issues with the greeters. However, my bad review stems from the interaction I had with the Xfinity rep that was unwilling to help me yesterday (Aug. 2, 2021). I have been to the store three times with no issues and yesterday for the fourth time. During yesterdays visit, I explained to the older female that I am a rep of the customer and that the box has not been making a signal to get past the welcome screen. The Xfinity rep went on to say the account says you switched the boxes, which is not true; then the Xfinity rep, made statements that there were outages in the area this past weekend, which is true but my issue occurred during the weekend of July 24th and July 25th. Prior to going to the store, I tried to re-set the signal online through the portal, which was a failed attempt and inevitably led me going to the store. As mentioned, my issue occurred before the outages; it is appalling because this rep was unwilling to hear my story, the rep wanted to go through her checklist to get me out of the store. Further, because she was unwilling to help resolve the issue the Xfinity rep stated, if you are on the account which I see your email (why would you say I see your email?), why dont you log in on your phone now and add your name. Obviously, she was trying to challenge me and I stated why dont I call the owner and she said no just add your name right now on your phone. After that dialogue with that older Xfinity rep I was pretty unnerved, embarrassed, disappointed, ashamed and felt discriminated against (which is painful). How is it that the first Xfinity rep from July was WILLING to help but this older woman from yesterday was not? Dont do your job if you dont want to help others. I hope Comcast sees this post and understands they are losing revenue due to poor customer service and the unwillingness and patience it takes to serve customers and clients.

Long wait, unhelpful slow moving employees. Aren’t really interested in helping. While phoning Comcast Xfinity 800 number is arduous, at least the agents on the phone are upbeat, cheerful and will try to do anything to help. Not so with the on site store employees.

Aweful... Not the people in the store. They were nice. The people on the phone get a one. Told me the Flex Box didnt need to be returned. It does. Dropping it at UPS as soon as I get it. Worse coordination ever in a company.

Went in to replace a malfunctioning cable box. Tamara helped us quickly and effectively, without asking any questions or making us jump through any hoops. By far the best customer service experience I have ever had with Comcast, and glad to see their customer service is improving

Because of covid, you have to make an apt with the person at the door. I was told 20 minutes and theyll send you a text when youre up. I received the confirmation text that I was in the cue. 45 minutes later, I check back, no, well text you when were ready. After an hour and a half, oh you didnt get the text? We texted you. Yeah right. Another wonderful Comcast experience. Par for the course. How is it that no other company has eaten their lunch yet? The WORST customer service (especially on the phone), so-so picture quality at best, horrible internet speeds (especially upload)... I dont get it. The lady that eventually helped me was very nice and helpful. That second star is all hers.

I went to there previous location on Ironwood Dr. In Palm Beach Gardens and there was a note on the door sending me to Donald Ross which I did. My aim was to return their equipment, after I canceled my subscription with Xfinity. I left because of poor customer service and poor resolution of my problems. When I finally found their new location I handed them their equipment and was told they couldnt take it or give me a receipt because their system was ironically down. I guess I made the right decision leaving Xfinity! Now I have to call UPS to pick up my Xfinity equipment and ship it. Quite the SHIP show!

I have had a few Xfinity service people at my home over the past few years which I would say not always impressed. However I just had a very good experience especially with the last young man that was here named Mac who serves the Ibis community. He was not only pleasant and knowledge but spoke to his supervisor and got to the root of my problem, which was not an easy fix. He came back Early this past Sunday afternoon to let me know he could solve my problem. My TV appears to be working consistently! I really appreciate his perseverance and willingness to get to the root of the problem. It would be great if I could know that you receive this message.

Comcast is the absolute worst. If I they would stop suing competition to enter their market, I would switch to anyone else. I just spent 45 mins on the phone only to get another number to call. This is typical for Comcast. Strongly recommend avoiding Comcast at all costs.

XFinity is a malignancy that may be inoperative. After a month without service, still not connected. They refuse to let you call them and they break their promise to contact the customer. The only mode is to Chat with those parties on the other side of the planet. I feel like I will know everybody in Asia before I get help

Comcast has a monopoly where I live. Their rates are outrageous and continue to climb. There customer service gets worse by the day. I pay more for cable, per year, than I do for property taxes and all utilities combined. I would just suggest that you document every customer service call and get a CR transaction number.

Xfinity and Comcast are absolutely the worst organizations, with regard to customer service, that I have ever dealt with ! Every single time ! They could care less about their customers and have absolutely no regard for the value of their time. I recently ordered equipment over the phone for my new residence and was told that I could pick it up at the local office. I went there the following day just to pick up the equipment and they told me it would be a 3 and a half hour wait ! I called to make an appointment and they told me the best they could do would be the following day. They screwed up my appointment and I have now been standing in the office, my fourth trip down here, for over an hour ! If I had the option I would immediately switch to direct TV ! I’ve done it before, but cannot now because comcast services the entire facility I live in. No other organization could survive for 6 months with this constant and total disregard for their customers needs. I can’t wait until another organization comes along and puts them out of business ! It will happen And I will be celebrating their demise ! THEY ARE THE WORST !They finally called my name after waiting for over an hour and a half. From the time I sat down with the customer service rep until I walked out the door with the equipment I ordered was 6 MINUTES !Days of aggravation, and no service, and several trips to the local office and wasting hours of my time all for a transaction that lasted 6 MINUTES !If that’s not the worst customer in the world, I don’t want to know what is !

Absolutely the worst run business in the US. Here is a hitech company that uses technology to confuse, obfuscate and force you into higher cost services. They keep your account package secret. Their website doesnt work. At all. Then you have to call someone in Pakistan for help. No English. Condo association forces us to use them.

They are not open the hours the website says they are. They also have a feature to book appointments, but they won’t honor the appointments. They say they are sorry but they do not have control over the website so there is nothing they can do about it.

The store was efficient and on time. However, the sales person was just checking the boxes. We asked about up grading our internet, you thought I had asked the guy to put a needle in his eye! He had to look everything up (sorry). It was a. $20.00 difference. However we have everything with ixfinity. I think I would be better off call the sales phone line.

They did not want to help people my 83 ur old mom and I waited 40 minutes they skipped us over wanted to put us at end of list when I went to check our status since it didnt seem correct to me that we had not been seen yet I was like no way I arrived here at gave the guy the time. Oh you will be next sorry The report that helped. Us did not know much about comcast TV issues and products and apparently was not in mood to answer questions about cellphones because he was ready to go home their website said they were open until 7 pm but a note on door said they were closing at 5 pm. There were people outside at 5 who had 5 pm appointments and the store would not let them in said no we are closed I have to say I am NOT impressed with the xfinity store located at the Alton shopping Center in Jupiter, FL
