Nice variety of accessories.

I must say that the negative reviews of this store are completely baseless and unfounded, and must have been posted by one-time shoppers who were just in a bad mood and decided to place blame on the staff and/or the store. I have been a Brighton shopper since it first began, which sold at that time mostly belts and small accessories only in small boutiques. I still own some of those items after so many years. Their products are well-made, and certainly not cheaply-made. I own many leather handbags, including collectible handbags, which have stood the test of time.Every single Brighton store is immaculately kept. I have shopped at Brighton Collectibles at the Gardens Mall since it first opened, and I know the current management and staff very well. They are my favorite staff of any Brighton Collectibles store EVER and the store manager and her entire friendly, capable, knowledgeable, and helpful staff run this store so smoothly and treat everyone who walks through the door as if they are family! I am so lucky to be a part of this family! I am so proud to be a Brighton VIP customer!!!

I hate to say it but I enjoy going to this store. The charms are well displayed and I enjoy surprising my wife with charms of the holiday or just because it makes her happy.The ladys who represent this store are professional friendly and helpful.

Excellent products and outstanding customer service, especially in the Palm Beach Gardens Mall location, and the quality cant be beat. I love Brighton products and have been a long time VIP customer / Brightonista! (Updated post - I shop here regularly to update my Brighton wardrobe.)

Absolutely LOVE this Brighton store in The Gardens Mall!! Trish the manager is beyond awesome and Martha, sales associate, is as well! Wonderful high quality jewelry, shoes and handbags!

Great gifts for that special someone and awesome customer service. Keep coming back to the get similarly designed pieces. Its the guilt-free easy button if you are even remotely aware of her tastes in accessories.

Not a one-time shopper like the comment below, but comparing both stores, the Wellington store has way better-pleasant service.

Today I decided to do my birthday shop for myself ... I wanted a cross body bag and price for me is not an issue. So, I went to the Gardens mall started in Macys spent about 45 minutes looking for a plain not so flashy bag but nothing caught my eye. I decided to go to Louis Vuitton to see what they had and mind you I was dressed in shorts, sneakers, and plain old shirt cause I am not flashy...my money worth is no ones business but mine. Can you believe 3 of the women looked at me and one of them looked me up and down like I should not have even set foot in the store. After I told her what I was looking for she still gave me this look like I didnt belong! So, good ol Marie thanked her and walked out. Needless to say, I went to Brighton and Susie the Assistant manager welcomed me and helped me without battling an eye at what I had on. So, with that I found my bag and am happy. So, to those women in the Louis Vuitton store learn that what a person wears has nothing to do with whats in their pockets. It is my choice to be plain cause I dont have to prove my worth to anyone! Thank you Susie Travers @ Brighton in the Gardens Mall you did what Louis Vitton could not do which was giveexceptional service! 😘

My wife loves this store

The owner was very rude. She had a very abrasive attitude and because i look like a child she talked down to me like i was dumb, this was very unplesant. I will tell everyone i know not to buy anything at this location.

Staff rude and not will I g to help.

Leather is disgusting and everything in the store looks like trash anyway.

High prices for quality of merchandise.
