Beautiful, clean & cool new building. So easy to sign up on line. Space was perfect for my needs. Neil was very welcoming and helpful in showing me how to operate the key. Excellent help in setting up iphone app from the parent company phone number after I had trouble logging in on my own.

Just got a unit and it’s a very nice place! The staff is so friendly and attentive. I went in to see which size would be best for all the stuff I have to store before a big move, and Matt was awesome! He took us to look at a bunch different unit options before we made a decision. Great customer service, not pushy at all. We made the right decision by going with Extra Space Storage. It’s definitely a place you want to go in and check out.

So, let me tell you.... You shouldnt be looking any where else but this place for storage. I called around to 7 different places to find a 4x8 or a 5x5 storage unit. Extra space has the best offer in town! Competitive rates, and their facility is really nice! Climate control units, which is included in the base rate. The lock is a cylinder lock that is more secure for the units. Complimentary carts so you dont have to lug box after box back and forth. Not to mention the customer service. The people are so friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

Do not rent here. I rented a unit here under Extra Space Storage, then Cube Smart bought it out. Cube smart didn’t honor my rate and have gradually been raising my rent every month. The manager would not help and continued to overcharge me even though I sent proof of my former rate before Cube Smart took over. I haven’t even had the unit that long to have it continue to increase. It’s disheartening. In times like these companies should be helping people not hurting them. Please save money by renting elsewhere. I had a former good review posted when it was Extra Space but I chose to edit it because I can’t in good faith recommend them. What they did was wrong and I don’t want to see it happen to someone else. Very sad. I had a unit with Cube Smart 2 years ago and it was a bad experience which was why I was so happy to find Extra Space, & it didn’t even take a month for Cube Smart to disappoint they overcharged me immediately and refuse to honor the rate I had with Extra Space. Please heed my advice, they do not care about their customers.

Phil made this whole process amazing. He was courteous, professional, humorous, informative and caring. He showed me a variety of units. Explained every detail of the facility. Im so glad I to have a unit in this facility. I had some difficulty on the website and Phil fixed everything. Thank you Phil!

I got stuck in elevator #2 for 30 minutes. Everything else about this place seems great. The emergency button in the elevator needs to have a better speaker though. It should also call to the closest fire station so its quick and easy for them to know where to find us. I hope when they get fixed it doesnt happen again. I understand its a new facility but it was my first experience stuck and it was really frightening.
