Hired a moving company to help me move my things. I show up to the facility and neither the app or gate code work. Complete nightmare and cost me a lot of money to reschedule this all for tmw! Now I have to pay additional fees since I can’t move on time and have to rent the truck for another day and pay movers for another day!!!! Ridiculous do NOT use!

A gem of a service tucked away in palm beach gardens. Clean, well maintained facility with exceptional customer service starting from my 1st call with Chrissy. On site, Chrissy provided me with all information I needed to know about the facility, its extra storage products and the renal terms. I am confident in my choice of this location and in the safeguarding of my belongings.

Chantelle & Aaliyah we’re both very helpful with my questions on the phone, and in person. As I was purchasing moving supplies for my client’s home, they pointed out a purchase special that saved my clients money. They had to be careful of the traffic in the building (1 patron at a time), so as I was trying to figure out how to load this big box in my car, they had to let someone else in, and Chantelle came out with my supplies so I didn’t have to wait. She even loaded it in my car for me without my even asking for assistance. Thank you very much!

Great experience. Easy to work with, honest, and understanding. Helped answer all our questions and made storing and moving out a breeze. Friendly staff and had no problems for the entire year we rented a unit. When we picked up our stuff it was clean, AC was used correctly because our stuff did not smell, and our stuff was well protected in their location.
