As an Australian looking for a courier in this area I found that Terri and the team to be friendly, efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I asked for the most economical and they didnt even try to upsell me and just did a great job. I will use them again for sure!

I couldn’t find anyone to cut a box down to a specific size & they did it without a second thought. Absolutely amazing staff— they took care of it with no issues.

Very rude staff, over measured (therefore over priced) my item by 10 inches on length, width and height. Which was a difference of about $300 in shipping.Never called me back with correct quote once I had the correct measurements. Had to give my item to family to carry in their car which would add a month to the delivery.Do not recommend this place at all. Go to the UPS store or something else.

Service is not bad at all, im not sure what is the deal with one of the other reviews, the person most of being having a bad day or something. this business facilitates your shipping, what that means is that they are an independent party. for instance, they will use a shipping account say with FedEx but will charge you separately for boxes and other shipping supplies.

Weve been using Pak Mail PGA for years because the service is great. Theyve managed our PO Box and mailed everything you can imagine from down-the-street to across the world. We recommend them to all our friends in the neighborhood because weve never had a bad experience.

Ive been using this Pak Mail since they opened, many years ago. They have a variety of services, are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Ive seen them packing up furniture to ship to other locations. If you use them a few times they remember your name. Its a busy place but the staff, and particularly Phyllis and Resheda, do their best to accomodate all my needs..

Always friendly and fast service. Weve had our post office box here for about 3 years and we have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend their business to others.
