Don’t go to this office !!! They have bad reviews for a reason. Instead use other UPS office in North palm beach. I have sent my personal items in clean shoe boxes before without any problems. Here they want you to buy extra boxes to put my box inside (more pollution, paying more $$$) . The explanation didn’t make any sense and blamed the drivers - they driver would get mad because he wouldn’t like my box . Really ? Like drivers have nothing to do as liking and disliking the designs or colors of the boxes. Again, I have no problem sending my boxes from other offices.
My experience at this location was horrendous. All I needed was to have some documents printed I proceeded to go to the store email them as they instructed me, and I waited for my documents. Don’t know what happened if it was their Internet was down they don’t know what happened either I was told go outside maybe the service will work better I went outside felt like they forgot about me so I went back inside only to be told it’s not in their job description to come and see if I’m outside. They proceeded to tell me that the email did not go through but how would I know that had they not come out and told me so.By far the worst customer service known to man. I was receive with defensive behavior, made absolutely no sense on the customer I should be assisted but instead I was treated poorly. Would never recommend anyone to go here!
The worst customer service I have ever seen in a UPS store. UPS should be ashamed to have their name affiliated with these people. They do not want to help anyone, pretty sad you dont want to print a label, and put it on a box. Isnt that the description of your job, just saying. If you dont want to do your job, find a new one, there are thousands of people that would take your place, and help people with a smile. You should not feel as if your a burden entering a store. And thats exactly the way he treated us.
Worst UPS store on earth! Horrible customer service, bad attitude, and all the employees will be on their cell phones when you walk in, you’ll have to ask for help! Go somewhere else!

Paid $180 for less than 130 B&W prints, after being sent to this store because the store down the street “didn’t have a working email AND didn’t know the password to the customer computer”. How convenient. Very disappointed
There is one employee that is rude to everyone. He us always in a bad mood and extremely rude with a lot of attitude. I have seen him be rude to other customers and he is rude to me every time I come in . I use this location daily . And I dont know why I should be treated so rudely every time I come in . His attitude is beyond rude . Honestly dont know how they can keep a employee like this working here . Every one else is pleasant . But I have to give it one start because this employee is reallly awful . To me and to everyone that comes in .
People here are super friendly with such seamless process of posting, notaries and photocopies. The guys here helped us out every step of the way! Will keep coming back here again and again, for sure.
Walked in and even with their masks on I could tell they were smiling. The eyes and tones of voices let me know they were smiling;)They treated my hubby and I so well. Felt like they really cared to help us. I wish I would have remembered their names but the young man at the counter on 6/30/20 was very nice. The young lady with the glasses is a sweetheart. “Ella habla Español” for all our Spanish neighbors. Thank you kindly for helping this old lady with her phone/email 🙂 Keep up the great work and thank you for being there for us during the coronavirus.
Every time I come here, the service is quick and the employees are kind. There is never a wait, and Im always assisted by an efficient associate with a smile.
Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star as Google wont let me leave zero stars. This is the worst UPS location I have ever been to. First of all, I understand it is the holidays and people are stressed and overworked. I have used UPS stores instead of USPS for years because they are generally faster, cheaper, and more reliable--but I will never return to this location after todays visit. I used both the UPS website/cost estimator and the USPS website/cost estimator, and determined that shipping a box via USPS Priority Flat Rate would be the best option at around $13.65 for a medium sized box. This store, upon arrival, informed me they would charge more than $75 (!!!!) for a medium sized Flat Rate box. While I understand an upcharge for the convenience of using UPS for USPS products, at MOST I have been charged a few extra bucks at other locations. $75?! I was shipping from FL to CA, not from FL to Timbuktu. The entire purpose of Flat Rate is exactly that -- its a flat fee! To top it off, the man I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
So pleasant and helpful! Ive had horrible experiences at other UPS locations and Im very happy to have found this one. They acknowledged me when I walked in and as I waited. They offered to print tracking receipts and went above and beyond.
The manager Mr. Gregg, was really awesome today. Went out of his way to help me with my situation. The store has that mom and pop feel to it where they go out of their way to help you. It was really about helping others rather than the bottom dollar.
What are Holiday hours?
The lady that helped me today was awesome! She could tell I was having a bad day and my daughter was being a typical six year old that was bored. She put my daughter to work as I was trying to find out my att account number to return their modem. My daughter was begging for bubble wrap and she told her she had to work for it. My daughter had a great experience for an ordinary trip to UPS. It really made my day to see this lady go out of her way so our experience would be a memorable one. At the end she rewarded my daughter with a little bit of bubble wrap. I will definitely be using this store again.

They sent our expensive package to the wrong address and wont give us the address to go get it our selves since they wont do anything.
You know a store is greedy when they charge 10 bucks to pick up a package that you already paid shipping for. I wouldnt be surprised if they charged to breath air inside the store.
Buyer beware. They will try to scam your shipping price. Originally was told it would cost $37 to ship ground. When I asked them to just pack it for me and Ill ship through USPS, the clerk said, great news.. I was able to cut down the package size and shipping will only be $13. Why would you need to cut it down? The dimensions of the box were set already because it was your pre built box that I bought so you already knew the dimensions for the original quote buddy. Scam!!
What a sack of incompetence! Called up the store to inquire about my mailbox and the 1st. girl couldnt locate it. She puts on the manager?? named Greg and after several minutes he locates it. I asked why there was not a verification notice sent out with my address with box number. He says I had 1 form you did not sign. Where did the form come from?I asked.He says, it was part of the info you signed and sent back. did you examine the paperwork I sent back,you certainly read my credit info because you managed to charge my cardI said. Yes he said.Well why didnt you tell me then instead of 3 months later,I asked.Because it was in your mailbox and you nevered checked your mail.Again I asked did you examine the paperwork when I sent it to you? YesHe said, Well why didnt you tell me then? Because its not that importantGreg says and around it went until me and my office manager could only laugh at this guy because we might as well get happy instead of getting upset. So we hurt poor Gregs feeling and he told his superiorer on us who called me sometime later to tell me he didnt want to do business with me so after talking to him I could see why the place is in such a mess.So I told him that my experience will be documented on review sites and he tells me he is going to write bad reviews for my company. Why I said, what service did we fail you on?.Doesnt matter he said Im still going to write one.Im still laughing when I think of these guys. So if you want a good laugh,this is the place.But for important correspondence find a more professional franchise location.
