Sale advisor named Jenny was extremely rude, when she was asked a question about a bag she came walking and looking at her cell while dictating a text, she looks up says we don’t have it and looked down and continue to text. They had a bunch of sales advisors and nobody asked if we needed help. We felt judge by our appearance which was normally dress but not overly done. I won’t ever go back or give my sale to them! Interview before hiring and avoid rude advisors. Over at Valentino’s they had great Sale advisors!!!! I ended up buying a bag and their sandals! Will have to buy my channel bag at another store. 0 stars if I could

I had the worst experiance ever in this place, Chanel has to chose who to hire. The boutique is big and beautiful but the SAs are ver rude, you can be there shopping and another customer enter and the SA who is helpping you can leave you alone and go help the new customer if she/he felts that you are going to buy somerhing cheaper or so. Also they dont know their inventory or the time for parts of their bags to be availbale for sale. Not only me who had this bad experiance one of my friend too. I will never go back there

Horrible management! Purchased a pearl necklace here a couple of months ago and it broke just after a few uses. I took it in for repair and was told it would take a month however it has been a month and a half and they never called!I called the store a few times and they do not know anything about my repair. This store has a very bad system and is desperately in need of new management.

I typically have great service here. I was just in with my family looking to buy a pair of shoes and a waist bag. I’ve had my eye on a couple of styles and my husband wanted to get these as an early mother’s day gift. Our associate whose name I did not get, but she did have a very short brown hair helped me with shoes but then left us because another client came in and she wanted to ring up their sunglasses. She asked if we could wait so that she could help them. I don’t enjoy being ditched in a Chanel store, especially because she didn’t offer anyone else to assist us. We waited a few minutes then left. So annoying and rude!

The reps here are always phenom. They go out of their way to be welcoming and educational to boot. Updating to add that this location has subtracted cosmetics.

These girls are the nicest people you will ever meet. Service is 5 stars!

I usually dont review stores but this one is just awful. They are as obnoxious as they can be. I now have to leave the island and go all the way to the Boca Mall.
