I have never shopped at any other location. However, I have visited several. The reason why I have only ever shopped at the Palm Beach location is because my sales associate, Brenda, is the only person I’ve met at Hermès that really makes me feel incredibly welcomed.I have never felt out of place, or on welcomed. I mention that because I noticed some of the other reviews make reference to these feelings.This particular location, has one of the sweetest doorman‘s/security guards. He remembers me every time I come into the store and that simple nod of acknowledgment can go such a long way.Shopping at this location can be as simple and easy, or magical as you make it. The staff are eager to help you find the pieces that you desire.I have had the privilege of meeting the store manager and she too is kind and welcoming. My personal favorite, Hass to be Brenda simply because I have had the most experience working with her. For that matter, I don’t think I have ever purchased another item from another person.Maybe I should visit and try shopping at some other locations to get a little bit of perspective. But why? Why would I do that when I have such a fabulous location with such a welcoming team.

This plaza is a must go if you visit the palm beach island. The top brands you can find there. Such a beautiful place to walking around even window shopping

Horrible experience! the staff is ridiculously condescending! it’s almost laughable to have hermès employees speak to HERMÈS CLIENTS the way this location does.

Due to Covid-19 all customers need to call and make an appointment before buy in this store...We came here about 10 days ago, found a note on the door asking customers to call a number, finally we got a space to do our shopping.We showed up on time and went straight to a section being help by an employee, unfortunately she had a bizarre attitude against us that only invite us to leave and also makes me think that she should not be welcoming customers at this Hermes House.Good luck, hope you dont get helped by this pink glasses lady.

Absolute disappointment.Drive all the way from Miami to be rudely told it is appointment only. Arrogantly turning away business is insulting. If it was possible to get a return of a gift card, I would, but they will not allow it. Every other shop and restaurant was open and gladly welcoming shoppers except Hermès. They do not deserve your business.

They litterly never pick up the phone

Terrible service. Call the number is what is on the door yet no one answered ever and then says call can’t be completed as dialed... Then was waiting there and the “guard” did not let me in but let in a couple that walked up after me with out an appointment.

Unbelievable. I tried to visit the store today and do some shopping before Christmas. However, there was a sign on the door stating appointment only. No problem, I understand because of Covid. However, the people inside scowled at us when we came to the door. I walked away and called to try to get an appointment. That was at 11 AM this morning and it is currently 6:15 PM and I have never heard back from anyone. I have shopped at Hermes stores in Paris and Saint Barts and never had to experience this business model. While we were trying to shop, there were several other people outside who were frustrated also and could not get in. I work in the customer service industry (manager of a large Porsche store) also and I am certainly apalled by the experience I received today.

Very exclusive and excellent service

I have fond memories about my loving grandmother. My always beautifully dressed nana was never without not one but two pairs of white, wrist length gloves lest one pair get sticky from a candy or TOOTSIE POP (always chocolate) she always kept in one of her many Hermès bags.Our visits to the Hermès Paris atelier were always greeted with hugs from staff anxious to show nana the latest collection.With a vintage Hermès bag in hand my wife’s visits to the Palm Beach boutique is a walk back in time.

The store employees at this location are very rude. The sign on the door says to call and make an appointment, which you cant do if no one answers the phone.We tried to go as a walk in, but the lady who came to the door refered us to make an appointment even though there was no one in the store.

That this store represents Hermes is HORRID. I go with the Yelp reviews. Please Hermes - let someone else represent your house. This store brings this down the gutter. Thankfully - I am a good Hermes customer in a few different countries

These people never answer the phone so you can even see if they have the item before having to drive there. If you do leave a message asking they dont call back. Customer service lacking. A bit of an attitude from some of the employees.
