Place is very clean. Not crowded during the week. Employees are all helpful and friendly.

Second time i ordered 2subs and both times they messed up my order completely. Should not be that difficult to fill properly. There subs are very good but on line ordering is not cutting it.

Jake Went above and beyond with customer service skills . He found me in one of the aisles and bringing me an item that I was looking for that was not on your shelves. He went to the back room, found it, and then found me as I was shopping.Cindy,the manager said that she would let him know that I called to give him a compliment.Well done Jake.

As long as you go on non peak times, it is easy to get your shopping done. Publix on Martin Downs Highway is a mad house compared to this jem. Love to go to Supercuts, Marios Pizza and Publix to shop.

The shopping center is great on its own the problem comes with the parking lot. Not a lot of forward-thinking when it comes to the design of the parking area. They designed the parking area to flow One Direction out and if you need to go out 2 map Road you have to travel all the way around the building through the back or you have to make a complete circle around the front in order to get to map Road. Not a very smart design.

Its always great going in here! Customer service is wonderful. Store is clean. Never had a problem. I used to work here. Even working here was wonderful.

There are two Publix very close to me. This particular Publix is probably about 3-5 minutes further of a drive pending the traffic.Im not sure if it had something to do with me going ever so slightly later than I normally do (6pm on a Tuesday) during the week, but it was extremely calm and easy going in this Publix. Light people traffic. Absolutely no line at the Deli.Even the employees at this Publix were more friendly than the one closer to me.After tonight, I will definitely be going here more often over the one thats closer by.

This is an issue with Publix in general but dont expect your pick-up order to be ready on time especially at lunch. They have minimum staff working and plenty of times Ive ordered a sub 40+ minutes in advance, show up 10+ minutes after designated pick up time to allow more time to prep my food, and STILL many times my food isnt ready. I have a short lunch break and its incredibly frustrating when you even plan for delays and still cant get your order. They need more staff weekdays during lunch hours. This is nothing against the employees, theyre always really nice but management needs to give them some help especially since Publix is one of the most ventured lunch spots in Palm City.

Sera From bakery is the best. She made the cake happen with the name even though it was too small.

Very poor service at the pharmacy, WAS hung up on the phone by a very rude associate named Nicky! When I called back I spoke with the store manager a Mr. Loupes about the incident and he said that I would get a call back and she would apologize for her hanging up and being so rude, It was the MOST insincere sarcastic apogee! Publix is going DOWN hill....

My go to Publix. The Managers are awesome they closely monitor people heading to check out in the event they need to open another lane. Maureen in seafood takes great pride in her work and it shows by both her display and her seafood packets - shrimp scampi is our favorite. Lori in the deli keeps everything running smoothly and well stocked.

Corrina who works behind the pharmacy counter was extremely rude.

Two days before Thanksgiving. Parking lot packed. Store extremely busy. But every staff member was pitching in to pack bags, staff all the registers, help customers to their cars, suggest coupons and 2 for 1 sales. Answer questions, etc. -- all done with a smile. What a pleasure. Kudos to the management.

2 thumbs up to Steven in the bakery! I ordered a cake for my daughters first birthday and not only was he polite and efficient when we went to pick it up but he made a smash cake to go along with it! Even though technically the cake is supposed to say 1st birthday on it to receive the free smash cake he decorated one for us to match the cake we ordered AND came to find us in the store to give it to us! This public is lucky to have someone like him working for them! #steveninthebakeryrules!!

Miserable staff that is not an good representation of the Publix brand. Shame as this is my local neighborhood Publix. Snarky pharmacy tech and just overall a nasty vibe at the Pharmacy. On the contrary the grocery staff is awesome!

Parking lot is very confusing to navigate and sometimes avoid coming to this location because the parking lot is aggravating.This is a larger beautiful store with friendly staff. It always has everything I need. The store is always extremely clean. I also like the layout as well.

This is a nice shop and overall the staff are very helpful. I miss the bag boy service in Palm City though. It was such a great program that helped Publix stand out.

Closing the pharmacy 2 hours earlier at 6pm because the store is closing 2 hours earlier at 8pm is NOT reasonable. WHY cant the pharmacy continue to stay open until 8pm??? Unlike the store, it has a GLASS WINDOW!!! I attempted to drop off prescriptions this evening for surgery next week. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere & will never shop here again.

I really like this Publix. It has your typical friendly and helpful employees and quality lunch items I’ve come to love. It’s waayyyy better than the one on Kanner. It’s worth the extra drive during lunch for me.

Used to be great but the last 3 times i picked Up meds there has been mistakes made. For this reason i would not use this pharmacy since they delayed me from getting the Meds i need.

Clean, but limited selection. Deli is always understaffed or overtaxed - so service is VERY slow - if you have that kind of time or patience, the products are good. Front end is always WELL STAFFED and friendly so checkout is a breeze, even though this is a busy store.

Publix, you have finally lost me as a customer. Why would I want to be bombarded by kids that are raising money for something almost every weekend? I dont. Im done. I was just about to go in but kept on driving. Going to Fresh Market.

Im not usually one to leave negative reviews, but repetitive dissatisfaction has brought me here. The bakery here is sub par, I have bought 2 cakes here and they were nasty, I bought cheesecake, and it was very dry and in-appetizing, and worse yet the deli has people working goofing off not paying attention, and specifically one employee has made me 3 subs and he talks too quiet to hear what he is asking about my sub, and he dumps condiments on the sub even when you tell him you don’t want much on it, and he placed the price sticker on the sub bag wrong twice, one time the sub slid right out and fell to the floor, sompletely wasting the 10$ l had just spent on a sub. And to add insult to injury they stopped serving buffalo chicken subs the way they used to and they are gross now. I keep coming back hoping that things will be better, but they never are, and you would think of the 5 or 10 subs l have ordered, any of them would be as good as the Salerno/Kanner Publix can make, but l am disappointed, and soup l have bought has been gross also, and the popcorn chicken l bought was cold. l wish there was any redeeming qualities l could mention, but the only redeeming quality is their produce section which is usually fine.

No smile, no hello, no please, no thank you just an expression of discontent some may refer to as stank face .Not the publix customer service Im used to.Pharmacy must be run disparate from grocery section. Other than the pharmacy this is a great publix.I will be going elsewhere in the future for medications and would recommend the same to anyone else.
