Love this store! Really convenient for me I only live a few miles away and they usually have what I need. Clean and efficient operation.

Its Publix...not sure theres much to say. Theyre all pretty good. This is one is no different. Clean, well stocked, well run, and a good team of people.

Store looks nice, but has some issues. They seem to be missing more items and be out of stock more than at the other publix stores. Also, employees are a bit rude. When you ask for help, on more than one occasion you get an attitude as if you are interupting what they really want to be doing instead of helping you.

Several publixs in the Martin County area are habitually out of items and not in stock. Especially their one pint sweet teas and low fat chocolate milk.

Publix subs are the best but when the staff doesnt read the online ticket and you get the wrong bread and/or condiments on your sandwich it can really ruin your day especially when you only have a certain amount of time to get lunch!

It’s been a couple of years since I have been to this store but I’m true to me word that I will never set foot in this store again. The continued rude arrogance few employees at this store make shopping at Aldi a true pleasure. Those employees should not be working with the public but the behavior is approved management. Stock rotation is an afterthought... make sure you check dates. Employee training is not even a thing, not to mention the parking lot entry and exit is dreadful

This was my first time in this Publix and I must say the store is so very very clean. It is also one of the largest Publix store that I have been in. Quite a variety of items that I havent seen in other Publix stores as of yet. The store employees are very kind and very helpful as are all Publix Employees. They are all very knowledgeable as to where a product is. Kudos to the manager of this Publix grocery store his employees make him proud.

Closest publix to my house, closest grocery to my house UNFORTUNATELY. The store is not the large issue at hand, the pharmacy is. I went in and dropped off 1 simple prescription, was told 30 minutes. I walked the store with my 18 month old for 30 minutes and came back to be told 15 more minutes, followed by another. Finally I realized the woman in the front had no idea what she was doing or talking about. Nevertheless I confirm my phone number and she told me I’d get a text message, 4 hours later I finally get a hold of someone as the pharmacy closes for lunch, for them to tell me they apologize I didn’t get a text but it has been ready. Are you kidding me? Next time I’ll just go to cvs where theres a drive thru pharmacy and I know they personally call and let you know when your script is ready. Lost a shopper as well because of your pharmacy.

Jodi was the worst cashier I have ever dealt with at this local Publix. It was a 10 item under line and I had not realized what it was but she still proceeded to give me an attitude and told me to say sorry to the customers behind me. Literally so disappointed that this bad apple has turned me away from ever coming back after today.

Deli department needs customer sevice improvement i order my hot sub at 1:15pm an the pick up time was at 4:30pm i was so pissed😠 i thought if you order online your sub should be waiting for you👎👎👎

I find shopping at Publix to be always a pleasure, and one of my favorite grocery stores. On this visit, I shopped the produce section for a quick trip and found the area brimming with beautiful fruit and vegetables and lots of organic offerings, and GreenWise selections for healthful options. Their employees consistently are cheerful, helpful, and go out of their way to answer any questions I have, and even offer to walk with me over to an aisle if I cannot locate a product. It is evident, they not only take pride in selling food but in providing a top rate shopping experience, as well. Also, if you shop the weekly sales, you can even save a lot of money on your favorite items too. So, if you get a chance, try out Publix, they offer you so much more: with plenty of meal ideas, samples, recipe cards, demos, and free advice to give you all the knowledge and resources needed to help inspire and unleash your culinary creativity within!

Its great and of course stay 6 feet apart :) be safe and sound.

Always a good experience

I love the new case with a ready-made food. Quinoa salad. chicken salad all kinds of good stuff to eat ready-made. The only thing I dont like is the food is safe for three days. At the end of the third day the chicken salad taste like tuna because they have tuna salad in the case also. I hope they eventually end up doing a big spread with a lot of stuff and its made fresh every day. This would be a win for me I so like the whole foods in Orlando with the big spread. Lots and lots of choices dont have to eat the same thing every day.

To me, Publix is the Cadillac of grocery stores. A class service in all departments, clean, organized and a great selection of all items. Sales are terrific, with non-sale items rather expensive. But with little competition and a Publix every mile or so, they can keep some prices high. Many folks love their cakes and baked items. I like the breads, but not crazy about the rest. Its hit or miss for me with the birthday cakes. Weve had good and not so.

Great selection, service, and the deli is always there for me when I need big catering. They just did an extra favor for me today and I had to share. Ive never met a Publix I didnt like!

As a General Manager for long time at restaurant that stresses customer service I want to acknowledge Blanca at your location. She served me a sub at closing time with a smile on her face! Where most places employees would pitch a fit... this Publix employee breaks the mold. What an awesome team member you have in Blanca!

5/25/19 at 2:25 pm- Standing at Deli counter with 2 people being taken care of. I was acknowledged. 4 people then came behind me and took numbers. I explained to the counter person, Who obviously had seen me standing there before everyone else came, I had not taken a number. She said OK we’ll be right with you and took the person behind me. I left and I will not be back. Terrible customer service.

Produce and grocery are still good, but service definitely getting worse. One of the rudest associates and management, and lazy too. Not for long and it would be no different to go to Walmart, at least prices will be cheaper...

Cannot get an online sub/wrap order right ever. Absolutely ignore any special instructions. My last visit to this location ever ended up with glass in my wrap. Was not thrilled by the store manager and deli managers response to the situation. Deli manager was more worried about inspecting the glass. And I didnt like the store managers comment of We wouldnt intentionally put glass in your food. I dont care how it got there, but the second a customer tells you that they found glass in something from your sub station you immediately shut it down, not lets inspect the glass and see what kind it is. I Thank You for reaching out, but you all made way to many excuses for me to believe you took this situation seriously. I swallowed glass from food from your sub station, no excuse for that.

I just moved to Palm City and Im disappointed with my first shopping experience at this store. The cashier and bag person didnt even say hello. At my old Publix everyone was so friendly and helpful.I also dont like how the meat section is the second area you come to in this store, which means the meat stays in the cart a long time before you check out or you have to back track and go to that section last. Even though the store on Martin Hwy is farther away, I may try that one instead...

I recently moved to Palm City. My first experience was not pleasant. I went in asking for boxes, this was Thanksgiving weekend, and the manager came up to the front, spread her arms and said do I look like I have boxes. Jesus then walked away. She did not know I was there. Every time since then I have cashiers with mad expressions and baggers who would rather talk about parties than addressing the customers. I have also seen and heard customer service roll their eyes at customers and bad mouth customers as they walk away with me still standing there to hear! I had two bad experiences at the deli. One, the deli MANAGER was not pleasant when making my sub. He also was complaining to another employee about the store re-model and he just wanted to get done to shut down Deli and get started with the remodel. Second was just the other day, the deli employee put chicken in my sub and threw some buffalo sauce on it and very little of it. He was supposed to toss it then put it in the sub. When I asked he was pretty mad he had to take the chicken and toss it. While tossing it he said, you must like your subs soggy. That was the end of that. There is another Publix that is a few more minutes away and I have never had an issue with them. I told the manager I prefer to and will start going to the other Publix that actually operates their store as intended.

Love the store.. However, when I see a message that if I buy 2 PF CHANGS dishes and get another of their appetizers free only to find out that I need a coupon from the entrance of the store to make that happen.. Totally ridiculous..

Like all Publix stores... They are always clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, and the good selection is great.

Staff is soooooo helpful and plentiful, its not like some stores where tracking down an employee is like hunting for a unicorn. And the ailes are wide and well stocked. Actually enjoy going grocery shopping.Also both pharmacists are great, youre not just a number to them.

I have always had a great experience with this Publix. Their workers are very helpful and asking if theres anything that I need help finding. The parking lot after all, is for the birds. Whoever thought of that design shouldve got an F.

I hate this Publix so much and its nothing to do with Publix.The people who shop here are THE WORST.Old, slow, pompous, aisle hogging.It was also oddly dirty for a Publix. But again, I blame the people. Not Publix.

In an area where there is a publix everywhere this location is by far the best! Every encounter I have had with an employee at this location has been friendly and professional. The workers help you any way they can. It is run extremely well. The cashiers keep the linesoving as well. I love publix and this location is by far my favorite. They accept credit and debit cards.
