Our designer Amy R was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed working with her. Our installer Chris M was very professional and friendly as well, and did a great job installing our master closet and pantry systems.

Salesperson, Evelyn showed up initially on-time. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and laid out a fantastic design. During these difficult Covid Times the company was perfect in all respects. We highly recommend them. Also, their price best all others.

We previously had wire shelves in our corner pantry. I had already retrofitted them with melamine boards on top, which improved them greatly, but it never looked finished.We got quotes from competitors and Closets by Design (CBD). CBDs design concept and pricing matched the competitors, but they were the only ones to offer discounts to us.Were very happy with the result. Our installer was fantastic. Our only issue (which is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) was that the designer mis-measured on one side, so the installer had to cut down the shelves from that section by about 3. We would have reduced the size of the center section had we known. In any case, were still very satisfied with the end product.PS: I just revised our rating to 5 star. I learned that the measurements were, in fact, taken correctly by the designer, but the shelves were cut larger than specified. The installer cut them down to the correct size. So, the error was non-consequential.

CBD has by far been the worst company I’ve ever used. Let’s start with Akeita the sales person. Communication is the worst. I paid for customized closets back in March. I was given an installation date of May 14th. The day before installation I received a called from Nadia Valesquez one of the employees letting me know there was an issue in production and that my item would be delayed. The order arrived a few days later. I ordered custom closets for both his/hers. My husbands closet was incomplete it was missing an entire shelve. I reached out to CBD and spoke with Jean Jacobs who I was told was the office manager for a resolution. During this time my original representative was completely unresponsive by phone and only wanted to communicate through a text message. How unprofessional! Jean advised CBD could fix the issue with the shelf but it would cost me another $134. I made that payment May 25th; Yes!! 10 days after my original installation because no one bothered to follow up with me. After the payment was made I never heard back from this company. Fast forward to July 2 months later. I call for status. I was given a new installation date of July 8th. Well the day before like clock work I get a call stating my installation had to be rescheduled because of a fire that took place. Imagine that!! I received no calls after this with a new Installation date. Now we are in August and I finally had enough. I called back on 8/10 to request a refund which I was given. This company is horrible. The staff is horrible the manager is horrible. I wish I knew a corporate office where I could file an official complaint. Please do your homework before using this company. Don’t be blinded by the discounts their offering you can definitely get a more quality installation at affordable price elsewhere!!

Thinking about working with this company... run for the hills! ordered a custom made closet...I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 4 MONTHS. I have been told different intalation dates, only to get pushed out the day prior to the installation.Allegedly their factory caught on fire, feel bad for them, but not a reason to lie, or to be unprofessional. The sales manager is a real peach! When I spoke to her on the phone, all she said was there are things out of our control and I know how you feel... not what can I do to make it better, no explanation... just excuses... There are things out of our control? Lady! Get a hold of your business... or get out of business. When I asked for a refund of my down-payment, the answer was .. no problem.. well give your refund back...I said thank you, and got hung up on. Real professional !

I would never and I mean absolutely never use this company again. If I could give them negative stars I would. I would take a chance and build my own closets or pay more to California Closets or just buy some standard prefab closets in Home Depot before using Closets by Design, Palm City again. I paid them in full almost $8000 for my closets and after 5 installation visits still do not have a complete job and my closets are riddled with errors. I have had them cancel installation appointments on the day and time the installation should have been taking place. I’ve had the installation team just show up at my home without the office even scheduling an installation appointment with me. Each visit a different installation team comes and can’t repair the errors the previous installation team identified and then takes and reports a different set of measurements and this cycle has continued for 5 visits over 3 months!!! How difficult is it to take some measurements, input them in a software and have the wood cut to those dimensions??? They have absolutely no quality control! I’ve had my drawer fronts changed 2 times, I have a damaged incorrectly sized draw that was installed on visit #1 and hasn’t been corrected 5 visits later! I have shelves of incorrect dimensions hanging over the frame of the closet. I have a new born that I can’t put her clothes in the closet because the drawers have no front covers!! Each time I call the office Im told there is no manager, there is no owner, I get routed to the same installation department whose rehearsed response is ‘I’m sorry for the inconvenience Sir and thats not our fault, let me see when I can get you scheduled again!!!’ I even had them tell me they can’t guarantee that when the installers come back they will have the correct dimension draw covers! We can’t guarantee the product because a different department cuts the wood and they may change the dimensions. How?!?!?!? You can’t guarantee a product you sold me!!!! I guaranteed you my money and paid in full and all I’ve receive is absolutely poor quality, poor service and excuse after excuse and apology after apology. At this point I should be refunded!! And by the way Closet by Design, Palm City no need to auto respond to this review because it’s not my responsibility as the customer to call the office and resolve this, it’s yours!! I had a custom office cabinet designed and installed. The finished product is overall good, but the customer service and project management was very poor. Poor follow through despite multiple emails sent, and was never informed of delays until after I called to find out what the hold-up was. After 5 appointment visits and re-arranging my work schedule, the job was finally completed. Wouldn’t recommend them to friends or family…go with a smaller company that can execute the job more efficiently.

I was very excited at first to get my closets designed and installed. I had to wait 3 months for install due to their schedule. I was ok with this as i wanted to use a reputable company. When they came to install my closets on 7/2 my designer didnt measure correctly so 1/2 my closet couldnt be completed. So i am very upset about this. They call me 3 days later to tell me i have to wait another month for the rest of the closet to be completed. I have 1/2 my closet on my floor in my house as i have no shelves to put them on? I am very upset and disappointed. I spent $5K and feel i am not getting the service as promised!

USE CAUTION AGGRESSIVE SALES TACTICS! THE DISCOUNTS ARE A GIMMICk THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK OR HELP ONCE THEY GET YOU SIGNED UP IN A CONTRACT.We signed up to do business with Closets by Design while building a new home. In our specific case we had two projects one for a closet and media center to be installed in early 22. Being new to Florida and a bit naive our sales rep encouraged us to sign a contract back in April 2021 and asked us to give a whopping a 50% deposit of 6k even though home completion would be end of 2021 or now early 2022. Fearful to miss the discounts and delays do to covid we acquiesced. Then do to some materials cost changes in our home construction we found ourselves in the odd predicament of needing to cancel the media center design. We immediately to help avoid any additional prep cost asked our sales rep to help. We even went as far as accepting losing our deposit on the media built in, and moving forward with only the custom closet. They have refused to even entertain this and often do not reply to calls or emails or simply send us a casual text with with a one liner. We want to encourage anyone looking at Closets by Design for their custom work to seriously consider working with a local carpenter or competitor with some level of recourse in the event new home construction issues arise. Please do let anyone incentivize you to sign a contract on your new home so far in advance in a pandemic. There may also be sales incentives for the work that you may want to ask about prior to signing the contract as our sales rep seemed to disappear after and often takes several days or weeks to return a call or email. In an ideal world we wished we didnt have to put a negative review out there, but given their refusal to even work with us on a fair solution we felt compelled alert to public of the business practice. Furthermore we have notified our builder and community in Alton & Artistry Homes in Palm Beach Gardens of the practice and they will also alert new residents and existing residence of this and other similar negative experiences with Closets by Design.They will not call you only text, ignore countless emails and refuse to offer any type of refund for work they have not even prepped for that is 5 months away. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company the discounts are designed to lure you in but the reality is not worth it. At this post all we even want is a refund minus expenses they incurred and to walk away before they do any prep work. How can you trust someone in your home you do not trust to do business with.

I cannot begin to express how dissatisfied we have been with closets by design-Palm Beach! Our experience has been a nightmare. They came out for installation April 28th! It is July and we are still waiting for them to finish. The quality has horrible. They openly admitted that the shelving was cut poorly and promised to make it right. They used brown sharpie to cover up chips and dings. They are not answering our calls. We are trying to finish our renovation, but can’t because our closets are not done! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I worked with Sandra ( Sandy) for my in person, home consultation. Sandy was beyond knowledgeable and professional. She hand drew my ideas to fit 3 closets. Due to covid we waited for materials and it was 100% worth it! Brandon came an installed in a a matter of hours the closets are absolutely incredible. I loved everything about Closets by Design from the initial phone call. through installation. We had a cabinet built in our kitchen to match the existing cabinetry, which now looks like it has always belonged. Also, we had a 3rd bedroom outfitted with a Murphy Bed with shelving and a desk and we are super happy with the outcome there as well. The installers were on time, professional, considerate, and detailed.

Recently we had Closets by Design install a custom designed storage unit for us in our master bedroom. First Randy came to our home to assess and carefully take the measurements to fit our needs. We felt the price was very reasonable. A clean and beautiful job was completed by Chris, a very considerate and polite young man. My husband and I are thrilled with the results. It completely fulfilled our closet needs and more than doubled our storage space. We are quite satisfied with the work by this company.

This company has by far been the worst company I have ever used. Their level of professionalism is disgraceful! They must lack competence because they keep rescheduling my appt and I’m the one who keeps calling to find this out. Not once has closets by design reached out and I still have yet to get my closet made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After having our closet installed April 15th, 2021, we are still waiting for them to finish. We are missing poles, pole hangers and half of our pantry is still not done. When they left they said they would be back next day to fix the one closet that is unusable. After calling June 3rd, when they didnt show up, we were told they have the parts and come get them because we were to finish them ourselves. If we needed an install we had to wait. We said we needed the job done we paid for. We have not heard anything afterwarda about a reschedule date and are still waiting. We called last week to find out, they said if we wanted to come pick it up and install ourselves great, we said we cant it needs to be installed. They said i will call you back. 4 days later we call and are told they have to order the parts and cant come to install till August!!!. Then i thought what a liar so i say Really, i will come get them then, thier response is WE DONT HAVE IT, I TOLD YOU WE HAVE TO ORDER IT!! Youve had to order them since April 15th!!!!!We signed in January, still dont have a completed job. Even waited 3 months to get an install. California Closets gave us a bid for a little more than thiers. In the end, i would have gone thier way as they could have me completed in 2 months. Not 8.Still waiting...I see they responded by saying they dont have me in their database...look up Restivo on Singer Island...BTW this is the first time we have been able to reach you, so how the hell are we supposed to call you? You people never answer the phone. BTW WE ARE STILL NOT FINISHED!!! GONNA HOOK UP WITH THE GROUP THAT FACEBOOKED ME ON A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IF YOU DONT FINISH MY JOB!!!

Closets by Design have designed and installed all closets in two of my houses over the years. I just had them tweak a coat closet by adding six shelves along one side of the coat hanging space. All of my closets are totally organized thanks to this very professional company from designer to installers. I couldnt recommend them more highly....and have.

Master Closet turned out great. I will be calling them again for laundry room and another closet.

Our experience unfortunately has not been like the other reviews. We cannot seem to get our project completed. I paid in full months ago and we just get promises but very little action. I would suggest holding back part of the amount owed on any contract with this company until service is 100% complete. They are too busy to meet their commitments.

This is my third home where Closets by Design has designed and installed custom cabinets and closet organization. Our designer Aleida took the time to design just the right space to fit our needs with an attractive appearance. We have two large walk-in closets and they sent three installers who did a excellent job installing. We are very happy with both the quality of the product and the install.

We had this company redesign our master bedroom walk-in closet. I appreciated the designer’s expertise. She gave us realistic advice, and did all the measurements and drawings. I didn’t love having to handle removal of our old hardware, plus patching and painting walls ourselves, but I’m happy with the final product. Note they only use melamine-covered particle board - no wood or veneers. Also, they don’t offer hampers, storage boxes or other accessories. Those you need to add yourself. A big step up from hardware store kits, but still a lot of DIY, and pretty expensive. The whole project, start to finish, cost $3,500, including new carpet. We ordered before Tgiving but they couldn’t install until second week of January, a long time to wait.

I do not recommend this company. The prices are inflated then reduced to make it seem like I received a deal. My family went elsewhere after I expressed my disappointment about this company. For the same size closet my family paid 3500 less for same stuff from smart closets. Also, their installer improperly installed a heavy mirror and it fell off; barely falling on my foot. Could you imagine if my toddler was next to me. They showed no regard. No thank you. They agreed that they would replace the mirror and due to my inconvenience I asked for a credit of mirror of the cost of $270. I spent $5k reduced from 11k (10x8 closet) Months pass and no refund or replacement. They finally bring a new mirror to install; that one is shattered. So here we go again. They schedule me for 11/13/20 to replace the mirror. No show & no call; nothing! Months have passed. Truly not the company I thought I was doing business with. I have to take more time out my day with calls and emails to inquire about promised resolutions to this incident. They ask me after they already agreed to reinstall it properly with a new mirror, as well as refund the measly $270; which one I wanted. Come again? I’m so confused. They schedule replacement but don’t show up and they tell the bookkeeper, Allison, they are tryin to see how to refund it. ALL LIES. They finally come out replace mirror after I had to continue to call them. I email weeks later following up on refund THAT THEY AGREED TOO. Michael was one who agreed to it. As of today, they said they will not refund the cost. I am done with this company. Terrible customer service, does not honor what they agreed too ;and I fear that their install is faulty due to improper install. I can not and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Everything about the process was top notch...from the many phone conversations with Evelyn who worked and re-worked plans to meet our needs, to the efficient install done with ease. No surprises. Was kept informed of each step in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!!

We had Genevieve as our designer and she was a delightful person. She demonstrated professionalism during a pandemic by wearing shoe covers and a mask without having to be asked to. She measured all areas precisely and suggested functional yet elegant closet designs. The administrative team worked with my concerns and the installation went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and wonderful to work with. I’ve already recommended them to several family members and friends. We will definitely use them again for future projects!

I went there just to source a couple hanger rods and the girls in the office were so nice and helpful. Nice to see a company willing to simply help a customer with a small problem. Says a lot about the staff there.UPDATE: I actually had them install cabinets in our laundry room. They did a great job. Very professional.

I had 4 custom closets installed a little over a week ago. Two reach ins and two walk ins. I cannot say enough about this business. Diane, my designer was amazing, professional, and designed each closet to meet my needs. She took her time with the design and did not pressure me at all. Eight weeks later, Daniel and Brandon did the installThey were on time and very professional. Only took 4 hours for them to install. All in all this is the only company I would use if you are thinking about getting custom closets. The staff is all fabulous and very easy to work with. Loving my new closets.

Jayden was very professional and was easy to work with as we designed the walk in closet. My wife and I decided to go ahead with the work because of Jayden but what a bunch of unprofessional Management and Customer Service. We signed on the contract with a promise of the installation being on a certain date.That date came and nobody showed up at the time agreed. We called to find out the issue. This was on a Saturday and Jayden stated she would have someone contact us from installation to find out was was wrong. We finally received a call after 5 pm on Saturday. The representative on the phone Brandon, stated that a message was left on my wife’s phone stating there was an issue with the date and that it needed to be rescheduled. I advised the representative that there were NO MISSED CALLS on her cell and that a message COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LEFT BECAUSE THERE IS NO VOICEMAIL ON THAT LINE! Lie number 1! He had a very nonchalant attitude especially since it was so late on a Saturday and there was nothing that he could do! This was a major inconvenience because we had company arriving the evening of the scheduled install and Now we had to make other arrangements because all the clothes that were going into the New Closet were all laid out in the guest room!I was then contacted by installation who stated again that a call was placed and that a message had been left! That’s Lie number 2 ! But a new installation date was set!The new install date arrived in the middle of our company and of course not all the pieces where included and would have to be delivered later! That’s lie number 3, since I was assured that the closet would be completed on that date. Installer was very nice and professional! He and Jaden have been apologizing everyday since!Closet materials are made of particleboard! You can buy the same set up at a Loews or Home Depot a whole lot cheaper!! DO NOT SPEND YOU HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SUBSTANDARD, Cheaply made closet!! As an example, each particleboard shelf cost $136! You can buy it for $30 at HD !!Moving into our new $2700 rip-off closet and my clothes don’t fit and the shelves which were NOT delivered are worthless because the design was miscalculated and if installed would not allow for sufficient hanging of shirts!! I advised my designer and said she would speak to her manager. I told Jayden to please refund me for the 4/$136 shelves since they can’t be used! To this date I have still NOT HEARD FROM A MANGER! I did hear from my designer Jayden! Here is her text!“Good Afternoon, so my manager explained that the shelves are yours. Unfortunately the company is unable to reimburse because of contract. However my manager said that they can offer a valet rod that is more than the price of the shelves. I am also able to give the shelves back to you because they are yours. “Whoever is reading this, please look up Valet Rod and see if it cost more than 4 shelves @$136 each!! When have you ever heard that a company that made a design error would not try to make it right and help their customer? Unfortunately the person taking the brunt of this is Jayden since neither Her manager nor a customer Service manager has reached out to me!All this company cares about is getting you to sign the contract and get your money!! Luckily I used the CBD Wells Fargo credit card and will be refusing the charge! Maybe then someone from Managment will give me a call. Recently had two walk-in closets completed in the Master bedroom. Dianne was wonderful to work with. No pressure, listened to my ideas & magically designed the closets to meet the needs & ideas I expressed! The workers were polite & efficient. Followed the guidelines as expressed on the website to meet the Pandemic advisory!

Closets by design were extremely professional. They showed up on time for both the estimate and installation. The job was fairly priced. The installation was quick and done well. The people were friendly and courteous. All in all a great experience and we would definitely recommend their company.

Raquel did a super job of designing our pantry. The guys who installed it were excellent, too. All were on time, very nice and professional. Im so happy we did it and I love the results!

VERY HAPPY with our new garage storage cabinets from Closets By Design of the Palm Beaches. We told Dianne what we wanted and she laid everything out beautifully so that we could see exactly what we were getting. We were given an install date; the crew showed up when they said they would and were so pleasant and easy to work with. Took about six hours and it looks great but more importantly we have the storage we need. Highly recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Closets by Design! After spending so much money on our home renovation, I had one big linen closet that I wanted to have shelves made for. My carpenter quoted me the same material at double the cost of what CBD quoted and he was going to take double the amount of time. I was very pleased with the turn around time, installation process and final product. Thank you!

We recently had our closet installed after many delays because of Covid-19. Closets by Design hung in there with us. Every time they had to re-schedule they were understanding and didnt pressure us, or make us pay a storage fee like some of the other companies we had been dealing with. The closets came out fantastic, just the way they were designed. The crew was in and out in a day, sent me pictures of the finished project since I could not be there on site. I would highly recommend them to do your project.

Really enjoyed working with Linda to design our custom master bedroom closet! I never anticipated how intricate a closet design was until I experienced it. She paid great attention to detail: observed the clothing and other items we had stored in the space, asked questions about other items we may want to store there, measured meticulously to ensure a comfortable fit for everything and advised us along the way so we made the right decision for us. When installing time came, Closet by Design was timely and did not disappoint. The space works even better than we anticipated!! It is impressive, good quality and it is amazing how well everything fits. We love it! The only issue we had was that the installers did their prep work in the garage. With it being a windy day, we had dust all over everything there. Of course when Linda followed up to get feedback on how things went we shared this with her. I know Closet by Design will address the dust issue in future by covering things. Apart from this, we are certainly very, very pleased!

Back office is the worst ever stay away...They are conducting a funny type of business.How does a company like this stay in business?The Palm City branch needs to get checked by their corporate office. It’s a disgrace to the company.

The workmanship and the 2 men were polite and knowledgeable. My problem was they arrived 2+ hours late from scheduled appointment. Maybe who is responsible for the scheduling could try to space the appointments according to the distance to travel between jobs or local. The closest looks great.

Needed closets installed in my new home and was referred to CBD. The sales rep, Tami, was extremely knowledgable about the product and made great design suggestions. The whole process was very enjoyable for us. From the design phase to the installation. We got everything we asked for and more! The guys that were installing were very nice and took precautions to make sure that when they left everything would be clean. The actual pieces that were installed are very high quality and everything had a reasonable price. If I ever had a need for something like this again, I would not hesitate to contact Closets By Design.

Jake arrived on time and fully prepared to get my closet units installed. He was a pleasant, likable young man and it was refreshing to have someone do some work for you that truly enjoys his job. My husband and I decided to renovate our home, top to bottom, and this was my chance to get the closet of my dreams! Ive always wanted a professionally installed walk-in closet, and now I do thanks to CBD Palm Beach. Initially I met with their terrific designer, Bill, and was impressed with his down-to-earth suggestions. We met a couple of times to go over the design and he easily implemented the changes I wanted. We scheduled the installation date for a month out, but was pleasantly surprised when it was moved up due to a scheduling change. Joshua was the installer who arrived on time, got to work immediately, did a fantastic job, and he couldnt have been more pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend CBD Palm Beach and look forward to using them in the future.

Great attention and caring from designer. Installers were organized, clean and attentive to detail. Wished we could have moved our install date sooner but I guess business is booming because they were booked solid. Price was initially higher than some quotes but they are very competitive and met a price I was comfortable with. I would use them again!

Closets by Design installed 3 Closets in my home and did not complete the work to our satisfaction after coming back to repair their mistakes in the initial installation. I would not recommend this company to do work at anyone’s home. Expensive mistake.

Designer worked with my wife at our condo to create “new” closets. She was very professional—-looked and listened to our needs and designed great spaces!! We liked getting a design and price on the spot rather than waiting a week or so. The installer was terrific!! He was on time and did a super job of “building” our new closets. He cleaned up when he finished—-unexpected and nice!! No complaints and I highly recommend them!!

Just had three closets done. Excellent service! Susan was the designer...she spent so much time with me to get all my needs met. Ben came in and did the installation, he couldnt be more professional. The closets look phenomenal! Two shelves were a little scratched. They were replaced immediately. Daniel the installation manager called numerous times to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company. Great service and great price. I had other more pricey estimates. Very impressed!

We had a home office installed. The designer/sales team (Wen and Raquel) were a pleasure to work with. The administration (Linda and Susan) were also easy to work with and very accomodating. Brandon the installer was not only courteous but knowledgeable and efficient as well. The installation was completed by Brandon and David to our delight and satisfaction. The area and its surroundings were left clean and ready for us to put our items away. The only disappointment was that it took 10 weeks from decision to installation. Waiting was difficult but in the end, well worth it!

Mediocre installation, imprecise cutting of shelves, and failure to clean up, especially outside where cutting shelves occurred.

Chris did a great job installing our closet! He was fast and very neat. Now I have so much extra room for my clothing and needed storage space.

From initial contact I made until the finished product, I would rate this company as first class. I couldnt be any happier with my salesperson, the scheduling department and the installer. All were wonderful.

Alessandro helped us design and price a closet and a very large wall unit to house our books and TV. Very pleased with his services. While we were not too pleased with the first person dispatched to install our closet, all the subsequent installers were skilled, polite and efficient.We are very happy with how both installations turned out.I considered giving only 4 stars because of the trouble we had with installation, but since at the end of the day the projects were beautifully accomplished, I am giving them 5 stars.

We turned a wall in our den into an efficient desk/file drawers/bookshelf system with incredible help from designer Linda. She listened to us and met our needs with her design. She also made great suggestions and took a lot of time with us. The company was very accommodating of our schedule and installer Ben was professional and very efficient. I think Alex did a great job designing the closets, but the best part was dealing with the installers. Daniel, the office manager/ dispatcher personality worked on the job himself because he wanted to make sure they could accommodate all the restrictions in my building in a timely manner. They were willing to drive their van up to the second floor of my building to drop off the materials. They exercised caution, followed all rules with total compliance and a positive attitude, and did over 10,000 steps that day doing it. Daniel and Ben deserve an extra thanks for going the extra mile. The closets look great at a very competitive price. Highly would recommend them.

Extraordinary customer service. My designer (Jane Branneky) was creative with the massive undertaking that I required of her. I had requested storage area from 3 rooms be condensed to one area and additionally 2 closet spaces needed to be redesigned. She had so many great ideas. Her creative solutions were exactly what I needed. The installers were so professional and knowledgeable . They made sure that I was satisfied with every detail. They also went above and beyond.

Absolutely wonderful job.My wife and I just got married in October and I sod my place and moved into her place. What I had for a closet was the guest bedroom closet and used two additional racks on wheels for my clothes. The second bedroom was pretty messy. She had a walk in closet and three other closets and not room for my things. It was a very sore point in our living arrangements. I was able to find Closets by Design on the intranet, setup and appointment and they were able to re-design her walk in closet. This allowed 2 other closets to be freed up for my use. They came in, installed the racks and shelves and absolutely great and professional job. The installer Jake was great and in a matter of hours he was able to save our marriage. Most definitely will recommend Closets by Design. Great job guys and thank you.

The product in itself was ok. I purchased two office desks and a cabinet for my office. In my honest opinion the product was not worth the price. However I could deal with that, but I am so vexed over the customer service. First they did not install keyboard drawers with my desk. Who does not have a keyboard drawer with a L shaped desk? The company said it was not in my contract (although I did speak with my designer regarding it before I signed the contract) so they would comp one and I would have to pay for the other one which by the way was going to be $90.00. I explained that I did not think that was fair so they did agreed to install both of them at no charge. My second bigger issue is that one of the desks is not wide enough to hold letter size hanging files which I made totally clear that is what I needed. I sent pictures and called to verbally explained. The representative said we will most definitely fix this because we know that these were suppose to be letter size. They sent an installer out to measure it. After a few days I sent an email requesting a install date for the correction. Never heard back from that. So I called and spoke with the Sales Manager, she said the designer would need to come back out to get the measurement and it would be a charge because it was built correctly. However according to my drawings they shorted the drawers. I could not understand this charge because when we spoke she said they would fix at their expense and I have a change order which states the same thing. Thirdly which is minor in respect to the other issues, but the original installer could not measure so the rails that he installed in the other desk is to small for a letter file and the other drawer the rails are to large for a legal file. I am still waiting on these issues to get corrected. I am exhausted from this process. I need to be able to use my energy to focus on my business not going back and forth with a furniture company. If you do decide to use them, please make sure that you have everything in writing, even the smallest minute detail.

Our designer Eyal was great. His attention to detail was the best and he spent a lot of time listening to us and answering our questions. He worked with our budget and did not push for us to spend more money. Our installers were also great! They were neat, fast and respectful. They spent extra time to explain the features and answer all of our questions.One of my concerns prior to purchasing this closet was the material used. I bit the bullet because if everyone else was getting it installed then it cant be that bad. And you know what? The closet is WAY BETTER than i could have imagined and I cant complain at all. Our closet is very sturdy and honestly if someone says their closet didnt hold its probably because they hung stuff that dont belong in there.

When the day of installation came we were even more impressed. These guys were pros. They were polite, respectful and exceptional craftsman.
