We remodeled our home and put in Anderson impact windows. We love them-they are perfect and exactly what we wanted! Rich and Marty were awesome and their customer service is superior! We also needed a few extra screens for existing windows and they replaced them for us. Delivery was on time and communication was never an issue. We are thankful that the window process was not a hassle thanks to Palm City Millwork. We would absolutely recommend them and would use again without hesitation!

We thought we were told we were getting Anderson windows but they delivered some other brand. Told us Anderson does not make aluminum sliders. Told us the only installer they use was out of Boca. We scheduled and it took over a month to get the project started. Company said one days work. Took 2 days but did not finish. Left a mess and holes in the stucco. One month later, installer came back and patched. Not great quality workmanship.

Great people to help with your projects

Spent several thousand on paint-ready poplar trim, and over half my order was unusable... had to send materials back twice, and the replacements were just as bad. Many split boards; really deep mill marks, saw-blade marks, and chatter; rough-cut sections throughout... there was actually bark on several boards. Even after replacement and days of sanding, some boards were just a total loss (maybe 10% of order). Also, both Trustile doors that were ordered had to be replaced, as they were very damaged (and one had a very deep mill stop mark). Beyond the above, lead time was more than triple what was promised, and items were broke in my home during delivery. No hyperbole here, this was a legit nightmare experience. The only redeeming factor was responsive customer service, but that is meaningless without a usable, quality product. I would recommend trying somewhere else for your millwork needs...
