Worse experience possible. Saw an employee completely discriminate against a customer because she was speaking spanish. If you don’t have the patience for a language barrier than maybe you shouldn’t be in customer service DONNA.
Aside from the stores items being overpriced, the pharmacy itself is just fine.
Drive though needs to be for quick pick up, not sure why cars take forever in their drive through. Almost ready to switch pharmacies
The pharmacy staff is the best! Unfortunately, I have had to use them often during this past year and they have always been professional and helpful. My daughter has had the same experience. Of special note is Andrew Yong, the pharmacist. He is genuine, caring, and professional. He is a great asset to the CVS team!
I love coming here, theyve always been so helpful to me and I dont bring my prescriptions anywhere else, unless absolutely necessary.
Pharmacy personnel is rude for one and my Doctor called in a medication for me and I couldn’t get it for just about 2 days!! When you go to pick up in the drive through they make you wait so long before they even walk to the window. They have absolutely NO customer service training and definitely no personality. I never give bad ratings to places but maybe this will help them learn from their mistakes. Oh and by the way it’s courtesy to say good bye instead of just hanging up on your customer!
Pharmacy staff are rude. No costumer service skills what so ever
Always get the best prices for the least amount of money.Every employee at this store is delightful. ?.
Worst service ever! Pharmacist was rude and the super young girl that im guessing is his assistant was totally clueless and condescending. Take your scripts to Walgreens!
Theres always 1 cashier no matter how busy it is but even with 3 customers youll be waiting in line for 20 minutes because of the couponers that flock to CVS.
