I had Ted do a closed in patio and I have had nothing but heartache every since he put it in. Talked me into Lexan which is hurricane and bullet proof but AFTER it was put in told me I had to be very careful because it scratches very easily. It can withstand a bullet but not a paper towel. So when his guys put in the windows they washed them with paper towels and had to replace a couple windows because they scratched. His workers didnt even know. Now a year later the two panel door they put in is leaking and all mildewed inside and they wont replace it.. Ted or Lexan basically said sorry! Lexan is suppose to be such a great product so I was told by Ted. I would never get anything done by them ever...... Oh and by the way it cost alot of money and all I get is a sorry. We had Pioneer do a major repair on our Screen enclosure. They did a really nice job for a fair price. They showed up when they said they would, and they knocked the job out in a timely manner. I would definitely use them in the future.

Be careful doing business with Ted. Get everything in writing and when your think you have thing in writing get more. In his own words he is not worried about customer happiness. Thanks Ted.
