Been coming here for years they have a really good really efficient system for getting you done and out quick. They have a store front with a lot of cool stuff while you wait too and the staff is super friendly. Theres not a negative thing I can think of and Ive been referring my friends and family for a long time. Highly recommend them.

Yes very quick but NOT a good job ! Notice the hood was not clean at all, the Lady Manager or Owner was very nice she apologized and said she would talk to her staff . Then a gentleman came out to explained, the running water lines will be there when you leave the car wash ! I paid 22$ The cheapest wash .The car wash said they would hand dry Well not at all ! Would not go back and would not recommend! I had to dry it myself because the employees don’t won’t to work hard . Someone needs to take pride in what they do & not worry about how fast to get you through !

Told me my truck was too dirty on the inside. Apparently a little dog hair, hay, and sand was considered too dirty. What am I paying top dollar for for their most detailed package if they consider my vehicle “too dirty”. Took my truck elsewhere in Stuart where I paid less and had no issues. Will never go back to this place.

Wow!!! If I could leave more stars I would. This is the best car wash around. I’ve been coming here for years for my Audi and I never get disappointed and will never go anywhere else. There quick! They do the best job!! Family owned and they are unbelievable! Between the greatest customer service, the care they take in your vehicle with the best, the detailing services they offer, specials/coupons and they have the greatest gift shop! There awesome!!! This is the best car wash around. I have used their services for years and continue to go back. I see same smiling faces, receive quality services, and even enjoy shopping in their gift store. Car Pro Auto of Pam City is the best. From when you arrive until you drive away, it is hands down the best experience. The service they provide is done well and is outstanding. The facilities are clean. The staff is courteous and hard working. I would definitely recommend this to all.

Every time I come here I’m greeted by friendly employees and they’re very helpful. It’s clean and spacious inside and the patio area out front. They work quickly and thoroughly.

Do NOT go to this place if you want your car to be detailed properly. They did not wash my car or vacuum the floors and still charged $70 for the job. What a rip.

I went to CarPro Palm City for the first time a year ago when I moved here because I was looking for a car wash company that really put in the hard work and dedication and we’re accommodating to my needs. CarPro Palm City is the only car wash company I give my time and money to. They are dedicated to making sure you get the right treatment at the right cost and they are very time efficient. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car! 100% recommend!

I usually get the Long Board wash at the Palm City location and they do a fairly good job. Ive been there when they have rushed through their work and Im not satisfied, but the owners always do the right thing and give a free wash when this happens, which is rare. Overall, I would recommend this business.

Unbelievable. I was refused service at 1:45 on New Years Eve just because I had a Chevy Dually that required hand wash. Mind you I come to carpro almost every other week with a work truck or a personal car to get washed. And this is the service I get and its not even my truck; I wanted it clean for my boss when he came back from being out of country but okay youll never see me again hope you enjoy this review!

Did LongBoard wash for my Tesla Model X and they charged $2 on top of $23.95 for Oversize Vehicle wash. Ridiculous! Last time for me... Ive been here 20 times before & never charged this add on. Pretty sad...

I brought my vehicle to CarPro to be washed and immediately discovered my nearly tinted windows had been scratched. When I brought it to their attention, the owner Vinny openly admitted it was their fault and advised I contact the tint company for repair. Vinny told me that he knew the owners personally and it would be repaired at no cost to me. The tint company contacted CarPro after I scheduled my appointment and was informed CarPro would not cover the cost to repair my tint.Very unprofessional and unfortunate. Will not be returning to CarPro.

Absolutely the best car wash! I travel from Palm City to Ft. Lauderdale almost daily. I have yet to find another car wash that does such an incredible job as Car Pro does. The owners and staff are very pleasant. Oh and their store..they have some of the cutest items.

I took my Tesla to Car Pro Auto Spa of Palm City today. Never had a problem with them before. However, the guy riding in the car through the car wash, someone has to be sitting in the drivers seat to keep neutral engaged so the car will roll, put the car in the wrong gear, drive or park, and the car wouldnt roll with the car wash rollers. The rollers lifted up the car and it bounced violently along the car wash path. The car wasnt rinsed when it exited the wash and had to be run through again. The violent bouncing must have knocked loose the nose cone because it came off under the car wash blowers and was dragged under the underside of the car and scratched excessively. I told the owner I wanted to file a claim for the nose cone. He said it wasnt his responsibility, the nose cone shouldnt have come off under the blowers. I told him the violent bouncing the car experienced going through the first time must have knocked the nose cone loose. I have used this same car wash 3 times previously and never had a problem before. He said he wasnt paying for anything. I am taking him to small claims court. So beware, if something happens to your car at Car Pro Auto Spa of Palm City you are on your own. The owner in a response below says the scratches were already on the nose cone before it went through the car wash. That is a lie. There wasnt a mark on the nose cone before I went through the car wash. A mechanic at Tesla said the bouncing on the rollers could have loosened the nose cone the first time through. The nose cone is costing me $400. Hope not honoring this claim is worth the loss of business Car Pro. See you in court!

My husband and I have gone to Car Pro of Palm City for the past 9 years and we love them. My husband is a car guy and very particular about his car. He only allows car pro to clean and detail it. The owner and employees are very friendly. They have a nice little gift shop inside too. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming here for years because it’s close and locally owned, but every single time I leave disappointed. Paying money for a car wash and wax, then I still go home and have to vacuum my seats and wipe my interior down. I tell myself constantly I won’t go back, and I still do. Tried to go in early today to see if things were different but after the quality I received this morning, I will not go back!

We have been here numerous times with our brand new cars and love this place. The people are so nice and the price is right. We have never had any issues like other reviewers have described. Our cars are always clean when we leave. They are very efficient, and they have a very nice waiting area with a gift shop and computers to use. I would highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this car wash and would not bring my vehicles anywhere else. My car always comes out perfectly clean. The workers are always very friendly and nice. I also enjoy the gift shop while I wait for my car, they have a large unique selection of cards and elegant gifts. You will not be let down if you visit this car wash.

Have been here many times and it never gets any better. I always pay for the most expensive hoping it will be different since it is the only car wash in Palm City. I always have to redo my windows and dry up all the water left on my car, which is not that big of a deal considering water gets trapped under your lights and door handles. This past time I went (9/17) I paid like I always do and waited out front for my car. When they were done I went over and put a tip in the stand for the hard working employees that are outside the whole time. I first notice a huge scratch across my back door which was not previously there. So I start looking at the rest of my car and I notice scratches is 3 other places. Ive had my car for 6 months and I treat it like a baby. I questioned one of the employees and they said it was already there which they were not.... At this point Im really upset with the service Ive had and I get in my car to move because they were busy and I was holding up the line. I go to readjust my rearview mirror because it was crooked from them wiping the windows and it falls off and I see an employee laughing at what happened. So I drive up to the front and the owner is outside doing nothing. I get out of my car and he already has a look on his face like he didnt want to deal with me. I question the scratches and my rearview mirror and he just laughs. He said it wasnt his problem and that it didnt happen there. I tried to reason with him and he told me to get out of his face (there was a railing between us and we not even close to each other) and to never come back with accusations against his business and employees. This place is not what everyone talks about and the owner has some problems of his own that he takes out on his paying customers. I really hope he sees what he is doing to his business, more and more unhappy customers everyday!

As a long time customer i was so shocked and hurt by the level of anger and hostility of the owner towards me today. I guess complaining about poor service is something that man cannot handle. He yelled at me and made unfounded accusations that led me to believe that false charges would be made against me. I was told never to return. Not a problem for me. But for him, treating your customers so horribly is not good for business. I feel sorry for his employees.

First you cannot use quarters. Must buy their token. For $1 you get 1 token. Ya need two just to start the machine. Two tokens gets you 2 min to start with the ability to add tokens before time is up. You barely have time to walk around the car to get a presoak let alone soap. So therefore you must pay attention and add more tokens or. You must start over with 2 tokens. Long story short took $10 to wash a Kia Soul. Not even a a good job. Could have done better with a garden hose. Bottom line do not waste your money.

The car wash was a subpar to what we normally receive from other car. The car was not vacuumed out very well and the chrome was still spotted.Owner responded back to me and said that they checked my order, but that would be impossible, I paid cash and did not use my name. They are liars on top of performing shady work.

I have the unlimited wash plan. Love it there! Is a brushless wash system, so it does not scratch my paint. The material used is similar to wet suit neoprene.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. I walked in the browse the store inside the car wash while I was waiting for my car to be washed. The owner completely harassed my kids. My kids are well behaved (I swear they are). They were walking around looking at things and she would obsessively rearrange things on the shelves even if they moved it an inch. She kept asking my daughter if she had to go to the bathroom (weird?) and she told me at least 5 times if you break it you buy it. I had enough by the time wed been in there for about 10 mins and told her so. She completely went off on me and we ended up getting in a yelling argument. I was so mortified my kids had to witness that. What awful customer service. Why even sell items in the store if you are going to harrass people for even looking? I told her I was never coming back and I never will. Dont go here.In response to your comment (as Google Maps will not let me reply)... My kids WERE NOT damaging any of your items. They were being children and looking. If you are going to be so hostile towards children, I would recommend you post a no children allowed sign outside your precious shop. You were rude. I have all rights to take a phone call. And as a mother of 3, I can actually do more than one thing at once. YOU assumed I could not watch them while I was on the phone. Well, let me tell you, yours is not the first shop Ive been to with my kids that nothing has been damaged. I take great pride in how well behaved my children are and for you to assume they were going to come in and tear the place up is YOUR issue, NOT mine. Terrible customer service... bad attitude.

I think that the reviews on this place are to negative. This was my first time there and my experience was fantastic. When I got into my car it felt and smelled like a new car off the lot. I think people are to quick to complain about ever little thing. We are human and we make mistakes. But overall highly recommend will be coming back !

Not sure what happened to this place. Went in with a few requests (i.e. attention to the inside of the windows, back hatch area, etc.) and there was no attention to detail. Paid for the best on the menu, including hot wax (which I now feel is a scam) and ended up rewashing most of it myself. I will not return.

I have been using this car wash for the past six years. Most of the time the car wash service is fast and the car is pretty clean. From time to time I have to do a little deeper clean when I get home, but that is expected when you use a car wash service such as this. Unfortunately today was very different. I took my car to the car wash and ran it through. It was cleaned by the staff, as usual, and handed over to me. I looked it over when I got to Publix, maybe five minutes after the wash. I found that a piece of interior trim was broken near the right second row seat. I immediately went back and discussed it with the owner. To my surprise he argued with me, actually became aggressive when I tried to explain my point, and was told by the owner I dont think you understand. Trust me when I tell you my car, which is only six months old, did not have a broken piece of interior trim prior to entering this car wash. The way the owner handled this situation was very unfortunate. He probably doesnt care, based on his actions, but this place has lost my business. I wanted to put the word out, just in case someone else has their car damaged at the hands of this business. Dont expect them to take responsibility.

Car was not real clean, also not dried well, and wheels were still somewhat dirty..spent 30 bucks basically for a quick wash..

Every time I come here I get up charged. I own a dog and drive a pick up truck I get up charged for having a large vehicle (although the interior of my truck is no larger than a normal vehicle) and I get up charged for having pet hair on my floor boards. I have never been to a car wash with so many fees. I stopped coming here and now use Stuart Car Wash and I have not been up charged once there. Although the setting is not as nice as car pro I dont need to be nickel and dimed.

They got the one star for having cute little unique gifts and such in their shop. If they didnt have that and it were possible, I would happily have awarded them ther ZERO stars they earned. I paid for their best wash and specifically pointed out the love bugs on the front of my car and on the windshield that yesterdays car wash had failed to remove and directed them to focus on getting those bugs off my car. The only part of my car that looked any cleaner at all was the dash board. It did look like they dusted. Every single dried on bug is still there and probably sealed on with some cheap wax. Overpriced, horrible quality carwash.

Very efficient

It is expensive and they do not clean the inside of the car unless you pay for the higher tier washes. They didnt dry the outside of the car so there were streaks. I went to use the self service wash and they only do tokens not quarters, total rip off. They sell cool car accessories inside. They accept credit and debit cards.

I got my car washed here, nobody notified me my car was done. I was sitting on the porch area and when I stood up they were all standing around my car doing nothing. I was the only car there. Most of them did not speak English either. I paid for the Big Kahuna and they were supposed to clean out the cup holders too in which they didn’t. I also found one of my car receipts that I keep in the glovebox on my console. No one explained to me why it was there....didn’t even check my receipt or anything. The place was clean and they did a good job on the rest of the car but the customer service is lacking. Won’t be back

Worst experience/company ever.. paid $37 for big kahuna and hot wax. not only they did a bad job ( not vacuumed well, streaks all over, scratched, cup holders are not cleaned, console not wiped etc), also I almost got my butt kicked by an employee.. He became very aggressive and slammed the door and told me not to come back. I promise I wont be coming back.. They probably wont go out of business because they are the only car wash in Palm City.. Be aware of an short tempered owner
