The best paint store. Thats a fact, especially good customer service. Home Depot paints did not last as long as theirs has. Excellent contractor recommdations, their guy did a great job!

I called the store the guy was giving me a hard time becuse he couldnt find my account. I have had the wrong order sent out to my job . Dont use this store use stuart.

I have always bought paint at Lowes, but will be using this Sherwin Williams store from now on. Convenient location, quick service and paint quality is much better than what Ive used in the past. They also have all the paint and wall prep supplies you could need. Prices were very good, especially with the 30% off special they have this month.

Don’t feel safe here! Clerks don’t wear masks and don’t make any attempt to stay6 feet (or 2 or 3ft.). Away.Even though there are signs on the floor to do so! Also no hand sanitation visible or offered!Don’t go here if you are not young!

Dev is very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes special care to make sure customers are satisfied. I observed him one day when the line was long and he was the only person working. He remained calm and thank everyone for waiting while he did his job helping each of us. He was working both times that I had to go in this month to pick up extra paint. He is a true asset to the company.

Experienced a minor accident at job site (a 5 gal. pail of paint leaked). I called Sherwin-Williams Palm City and was greeted by the manager. He instructed me to come over and minutes later he personally delivered a brand new pail with lid, and then did not accept my credit card - he said it was on the house! EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! Thank you and Sherwin-Williams will continue to be our paint supplier !!!!

Devon the sales associate was extremely helpful and is an asset to the company not only did he help us decide on colors which was extremely helpful i for us but was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and he really knows his stuff. I would definitely shop back here because of the great experience we had. Five stars for Sherwin-Williams and for Devon keep up the good work made us very happy customers Thank you again.

The Sherman-Williams store in Palm City is not only convenient, their sales associate (Devon) was great! He was very knowledgeable about their products and he took the time to answer all of my questions and assist in my product selections. My only suggestion would be the availability of additional printed material that shows paint applications and provides helpful hints on how their products differ. AND Sherman Williams is open on Sunday.

Went in clueless and learned about paint. The manager, Bruce, was very helpful and didnt just push paint on me for a sale. He was genuinely concerned that my touch-up paint would match my walls. Thanks Bruce!

Recently I visited this store and bought paint samples and the guy at the counter put all three in a box for me. I had my hands full with my purse and another bag with flooring samples in it. There was 4 guys behind the counter at that time with only one other customer. Out of the three available guys, not one of them offered to take my box out to my car. Terrible customer service, will not visit this store again.
