What a WONDERFUL experience I had with this company!! All of the arrangements had to be made from British Columbia by phone, and I cannot tell you how helpful Maria was, from start to finish. Then I had to make arrangements for a transport company to pack everything up in my locker to ship it up to Canada, and again, Maria was so helpful with assisting me manage all of the details. A highly organized, professional and accommodating company!

I don’t usually write reviews. But in this case it was so well earned. My experience with Maria and Palm City was amazing. She took the time and care to explain everything to me in detail. I never felt rushed through the process. I wish a lot of people had the attitude and kindness that Maria showed towards me. She was very knowledgeable of the facility and location of units and parking spaces. The place was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this facility and Palm City and if you need somebody to put a smile on your face just go there and Maria will surely do that. We have used a storage unit for many years at this location when it was Palm City Storage.Cube Smart is doing a very good job as the new owners.

We were renting from a different company that sold to CUBE Storage . They notified us at our old address so we werent aware of the change. When we needed another unit until we closed in the area we found out it had all changed. After we closed we were emptying one unit before the 6th of the month so we would only be charged one unit and were advised we wouldnt get any refund because we were on automatic payment we could not get a refund, but if we were late they would probably allow a grace period I am not happy with this logic.

Location is easily accessible from the main road. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable manager was efficient showing me the space and completing paperwork. They also have moving and packing supplies, which was very convenient! Would definitely recommend to friends.
