It was closed in the middle of the afternoon. No way to get information. No telephone available to reach the local office. Message was that carrier was supposed to deliver before 12 noon, came twice in the later afternoon but missed him. Am frustrated with inconsistent service.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly clerk. I was in and out quickly.. Oddly, Google Maps initially sent me to the wrong location. The FedEx office faces Martin Hwy. Take the entrance just west of 42nd and then turn left. The office is at the west end. Do not follow directions that have you turning onto 42nd and driving between watehouses--thats wrong.

What a joke this customer service number is. Had a package over nighted and they didn’t knock on door or anything to let me know they were there. They just left a door tag on the door and the number is saying sorry can’t track it at this time and can’t transfer you to a representative. Smh

Staff are really great. Another plus for me is the convenient location. Plus surprisingly at times FedEx is the low priced carrier.

Very frustrating because I live in Okeechobee and needed to drop off a package to be returned and they claim they cant take it there even though its a shipping center.

No place to park a large E350 van. No turn arounds available

Went yesterday to ship 2 items, one through Ground one through Express. Only got the receipt for the Express Saver. Called FedEx today so I could get a tracking number and I got transferred to the FedEx office in Palm City and got the pleasure of speaking to the very rude, not my problem kind of attendant. Who said very matter of factly (like anyone would know this), that this is a FedEx Express location so they dont keep any records for Ground Shipping. My favorite: If you want a receipt, then you should ask for it. I didnt ask for a receipt for the other package, but I still got one.Lesson learned. Ill keep using UPS...theyre friendlier.
