I came here about 2 years ago and everyone was so rude that i didn’t want to come back, but Jade and Seantay completely changed my mind about it! the experience was amazing! they helped me and my son get into a new phones. they were so fun and easy going, i laughed the entire time. i’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to see about an upgrade. When I pulled up to the store and walked in, there was an employee standing right at the door just blowing smoke everywhere. Then when went inside..she shortly followed behind and went behind the desk..not to mention she was the only one who wasnt wearing a mask. Mask are now mandatory so why arent your employees wearing them. Not only was she maskless, she had a Ruby Tuesday shirt on. I forgot where I was for a second. This experience was horrible and extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I think Im just going to switch conpanies.
Got a replacement phone 2 days ago, the same exact phone and they wouldnt let me return it after never even using it! Asked why, he could only say it was considered an upgrade?? The same phone! Asked for the 800 number will be cancelling service. Considering stopping Direct TV, just because they merged!!!
So disappointed with the customer service had this company 7 years always had insurance on my phone told me I had to call to add inaurance on s new phone so I did they no longer add it over phone went back to store and now its been to many days to add it and its their mistake still wouldnt correct the problem. Terrible customer service need new store associates. i will be changing companies

Went with metropc after the Palm Coast Boost store lied to me and was so rude. Boost wouldnt refund my money when their policy states the phone was returnable within 7 days. I had to call customer care center before I got any action. Instead of an apology from the Boost store I got slammed with $70 in fees for returning the phone. Boost blameed me for not understanding their pricing. The Rep confused me after I repeated several times what he told me. So far I am happy with metropc. Got a fantastic phone for free and paying $5 less then my Boist plan.

Constantly changing owners, they used to help you with your phone a bit, since they never had in the 6 years Ive been going fully explained anything important when i buy my quartlerly phone from them. After being a customer since 03 it looks like Id have been told to use their brave search engine instead of paying for virus protection. Just found that out when I tried to buy a new phone and the salesman wouldnt sell me one. So here I sit typing this on a phone with a virus and a store of no use. Go at your own risk. We barely get service as is and are considering going with another company for the whole family. To hey also make changes to your account with out informing you. They took my daughters hotspot away and we dont even know why because they dont know why. 🙄🙄🙄🙄😵😵😵😵

I would rather buy a phone in palm coast florida at metro pcs from Sam than in my own town savannah. Sam is very knowledgeable and willing to help you when you are in the store or even after you have left and have questions over the phone he is an excellent employee thank you!

I had cricket and I paid my bill early my payment was $50 they shut me off saying I owe fived ollars when I already paid 50 prior and then they have that theyre going to charge $4 and some cents for a fee on certain ways you pay your monthly bill I absolutely hated it I highly recommend Metro Palm Coast the staff is wonderful very friendly and goes out of their way to help
Brought my brand new iPhone XS Max there to get the sim changed over from my old phone. The lady behind the desk had no idea how to use it and started AGGRESSIVELY HITTING MY PHONE trying to get Siri to close and navigate the phone!!!! I don’t know what her problem was but YOU DON’T PUNCH A CUSTOMERS $1,500 PHONE!! I was told a little while ago to come to the store rather than call metro because calling would charge me fees but Apparently they now start charging fees in store to change stuff like this! DON’T GO HERE they don’t care about your property and you can get the same service for the same price by calling metro themselves! I’m afraid that by writing this review they might even go into my account and cancel my plan! If that happens IM GOING TO VERIZON! LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE!
