Best experience at this store. Didnt buy anything, but the service was fantastic. I cant remember the guys name, but he took the time to do some research, and we came to the same conclusion. But really, his customer service may be swaying my opinion of AT&T back to the good side!

I just left your AT&T store on Moody Boulevard in Palm Coast. Your representative Keith gave me amazing service. He was so patient and thorough, at no point did I feel any kind of pressure or a feeling of being rushed. I wish that all customer service could be so satisfying. I had to change phones and the whole process was a little overwhelming, last time I went through this a lot of information was unfortunately lost. Thank goodness I had this angel helping me. @Corporate, how is it that I can sense the contention, disrespect and ignorance from a rep that is working with my parents from the phone?? I understand we are all hurting for workers but when I hear a customer service rep being so rude and unhelpful I cant help but reconsider my choice to move my lines to ATT. Please address.

Ordered online for pickup. You call the number when there. 40 min and no answer. They wont let authorized users on account pick up as well. Every time we go to this location there is an issue. Avoid this place if you can.

Yesterday I was having a bit of a phone emergency. When I went to AT&T I was greeted by Daryl who was extremely informative and helpful. Unfortunately he had an appointment waiting for him so he passed me along to Anthony who was equally pleasant and full of electronic information! He was able to full fill all the needs and concerns I had and then some! I was all set and out the door with my new phone in less then an hour! I highly recommend both gentleman for any of your tech needs or issues. Excellent job!

I hate going to phone stores. They’re always painful and take forever and the conversation is awkward and stilted. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at this AT&T store. Anthony was our customer service attendant (not sure of their official title) and he was so helpful and answered all of my inane questions and I actually feel like I walked out with a really great deal. I added two lines, bought two new phones, changed our pans, and upgraded two phones. It wasn’t a short process by any means but Anthony was patient and helpful and knew his s#*!. We ended up talking about gaming and our kids and music while we waited so it was infinitely less painful than I expected it to be. I’m the person who is waiting at the door before it opens because I want to be the first person helped and the first person out the door. So that’ll tell you a little about my love for these types of places. But I have to say 10/10 would go back to this location and ask for Anthony specifically. I’ll still be waiting by the door before it opens, but I’ll be dreading it much less next time. I wonder if I could call and get Anthony’s schedule just to be sure I get him?

Wish I could give them a 0. Thought I would get a great deal through BJs, but it was just a con. Got a gift card for joining, $250, but by the time the bill came it was for 2 months and was $205. Each month the bill went up, last bill was $93. Had to get out, had not paid that much for a mobile bill since the beginning of mobile serviceBefore I left, had to go to the store for help when my phone required me to reset to default in order to start up again. That will wipe out everything. The guy there made no real effort to help me. Only two employees in the store, but I would have waited. With the little info he gave me, I googled and was able to bring up myself. Customer service means something totally different these days. Never tryst ATT. Not worth it.

Just returned home from the Att Store located off 100 in Palm Coast. The technician, Miguel, that helped me exceeded my expectations in customer service. After having problems with my account that includes my wireless and lan line, found I was locked out and not able to pay my bill. Made numerous calls too att to correct with no assistance. But, when I arrived at the store I finally received the assistance I needed restoring my faith in ATT. Miguel listened, evaluated and found the root cause of the problem. Thank you for exceeding my expectations in every way. Great job!!!Dianne

My iPhone X just died on me. Being in sales, this is a huge and stress filled issue. I went into the local AT&T store and was helped by Miguel Herrera. He did such a great job helping me pick a new phone, explaining the features and pricing. He then helped me get back up and running. I even came back later to get a different model with more storage and without hesitation he helped me get all set up again. He went above and beyond. Great job!

*Updated below*Careless Store members and management. One would even say CROOKS. I came in with an issue about over the phone purchase of note 9 device promo claiming device would be free with new line. Received phone and invoice showed installment plan. Showed members and management they laughed and said not true and accused me of fabricating claim. I Played back phone recording of AT&T Rep. Legal(one party consent law) where rep said I wont be on installment plan. Management still refused to honor and told me to leave and call 1800 number after being informed I was told to bring to corporate location. They had no interest in advocating on consumer behalf only company interest at heart. My lawyer is taking care of will update. Misrepresentation and breach of agreement.**Update** After getting my lawyer involved and getting my hands in I got the promotion that was described. Galaxy note 9 for free no monthly installments on my part. It shows on bill but at&t credits the amount. Service not as reliable as Verizon. Once phone paid off Im switching back never had dropped calls in walmarts or GPS signal lost in my area with Verizon. Neither here nor there without the evidence of false representation I would have been screwed by on phone rep and in this store reps and managers.

Anthony was very friendly, and offered professional and very fast service! We were immediately greeted, and there was little wait time to speak with him. When Anthony took care of us, he was very patient and answered all our questions and was very upfront so there were no surprises. AT&T stores are the bomb. Christmas Eve. No lines. Fast friendly service on a complicated order that involved migrating a phone number over from another carrier and upgrading two phones. The service reps here and every AT&T store appear to be very well trained and knowledgeable. A special thank you today to Anthony. Do not even consider an authorized dealer. Go to an official AT&T store and you will not be disappointed.

It took me an hour to change a SIM card at this location. None of the staff members made any attempts to move the line along faster. They all seemed to carry casual non related conversations to the customers before me. They also unexpectedly charged me for a SIM card that I know should be free. If you want to get things done, dont go to this store.

If I could leave a zero star, I would. Been an AT&T wireless customer since 1994. Need a new phone. Gave them the opportunity twice to retain my business as a loyal customer, and both times the reps did not listen to my needs. Neither of them offered to show me a device, just talked about the Galaxy S7 (Which you cannot bring on a plane) and said only promotion or incentives was for an Apple TV. Neither of which were discussed in our initial contact. Proof they do not listen. Glorified order takers.

Theres always at least an hour wait. It doesnt matter what time of day you go. My wait, last time, was 1 hour 10 minutes. This trip, my wait was 57 minutes. I suppose you can say theyre improving.

Ive been a customer with AT&T for the last 7 years. I pay $200 a month for my service and I pay it on auto pay. I purchased the new Samsung S3 Frontier yesterday and it was defective. The battery would overheat and shut the phone down multiple times within the first two three hours of using it. I went to the store the very next day to return the watch and I was told that I would still have to pay the restocking fee on a defective product. They even said that they would be willing to lose my business over the $45 fee. This was not a decision that I did not like the phone, it was a damaged product and they still made me pay the restocking fee. I contacted AT&T directly before I went into the store and they said that they would have refunded it no problem but since I purchase it in store there was nothing they could do about it. If you walk in that store and purchase any item just know that if its defective or not youre going to have to $45. Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy directly from AT&T. Dont buy from this local dealer because they wont treat you the way AT&T direct would.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. This store claims to be a corporate retailer, but could not pull up any of my account information and forced us to call their corporate number to resolve issues. Then while waiting, I touched a tablet and accidentally set off an alarm. This nasty old woman who apparently worked there came over with a key, shut off the alarm, and said sarcastically, Im sorry, it makes that noise when you touch it because its attached to an alarm. Well, duh. But if the alarm goes off just from a simple turn of the screen, why are they even displayed for customers?! Bad customer service is typical for the Palm Coast area, but seeing as this is a corporate business, I expected customer service to be held to the same standard across all stores. Boy was I wrong.

I didn’t even want to give 1 Star because that’s way too much! Customer service at this palm coast 100 location is no where to be found! RUDE! That’s the word that comes to mind. (i rang them 2 weeks ago) and the guy on the line was so robotic with his replies. We have had apple Products for years, and we always get them on line, however my husband got me a iPhone watch from their store and it stopped working 3 months after purchase, I went to the store and they don’t care to help, they make you feel like a nusance, I had to send the watch to Apple. And then i just got a iPad and needless to say after maybe 2 months getting it, it no longer charges, and when I rang the robot this morning he had his standard replies, they can’t help blah bla. Just don’t buy anything from this store, they don’t care what happens the moment you leave with the product! I get they get their products straight from Apple buy sheesh where’s your customer service, Apple products aren’t cheap put some respect on your customers!!! Sincerely a real human being xoxo

I was very disappointed with the customer service when I went to the store today. After waiting an extremely long time someone was finally able to come out and help, however they took care of another customer before me, who had came in after me. I asked for help again and told them that I had been waiting for a while and been skipped and after apologizing to me they still did not take care of me. I left the store and will not go back again.

I am so disappointed in the customer service AT&T give at their 5180 Hwy 100 Palm Coast store location. Today at 9:30 I went into the store to buy a new charging cable for my Iphone 5. The old one broke and was not charging. I went to the area that displays the cables. There were several to choose from. I wanted to get a good one so this does not happen again. There was an employee standing maybe 5 feet away from me. I asked him if he could recommend me a cable that would work best for me. He said to me. I am not clocked in now; you will have to wait till I clock in on this computer. I said Ok. I continued to stand at the display for 15 minutes. As he just stood looking at the cash register. As all 5 employees were just standing around. I finally said in a loud voice. Can someone help me? They all just looked dumbfounded. Then I just walked out of the store. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over 20 years. I will never go back to the company store at 5180 Hwy 100 Palm Coast Florida 32164. I am considering dropping my cell service with At&T and going with a competitor that still holds customer service at a high standard.Very DisappointedRoger Groth

Went in to cancel my TV service because my contract had expired because I would much rather speak with someone in person rather than calling in.I spoke with Josh who, after trying to sell me the entire store, informed me that I would need to call in because thats not his job!!I sold AT&T for 3 years and I can tell you, this is his job. These guys are here to make money and if you have an issue, it seems its not their job to help you. I was disgusted with this customer service and will be taking mine and my families business elsewhere.
