They are never open early in the mornings. The employees are hiding in the back doing who knows what. Their credit card/debit card system is never working. They are more of an in-convenience store than a convenience store. Better off going to wawa, about a mile west, or circle k, about a mile east.

Got sarcasm when I said gas pump didnt print receipt. No paper at pump makes it inconvenient which for pay at pump.

We stopped in to try their frozen yogurt bar. A different ariwty of flavors and they have an entire toppings bar.We ate our yummy treat outside at the seating area, which is smoke free.Clean store and organized. Q

The bathrooms were disgusting. Trash on floor tampons out in the open in stall. Main store had food and cups on floor. I will never come here again

I live in the same section as this store, I have no choice but to pass this store/gas station everyday so it makes sense to fill up my tank here. Well tonight I go to get gas, it’s cold so I get back in the car expecting the pump to stop automatically. I was wrong! The gas is now flowing out the car like the Niagara Falls smh. I can’t even tell you when it filled up but I look down and the ground is covered with gas. I’m guessing this wasn’t the first time this happened because there was already old kitty litter on the ground as someone from inside puts more down. Night ruined! I will be taking my business to Wawa!!!!

I love the food here. Unfortunately they cannot consistently get breakfast out on time (sometimes after 6 or 6:30am((supposed to be at 5:30am))). I drive past mc Donalds to see that its late.. again... infuriating. 1 star...

Contrary to popular belief, Racetrac stores are CLOSED between 2am and 3am. They ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS at this time. @Sweetman Tyler, there is no need for a regulation cleaning schedule nor are they required to post it. It is online, on the racetrac website, for any and all to read. Maybe youre just too lazy to look it up. This has been in effect since March or April, so its nothing they just started doing. Those of you who thinking Google is all knowing, Google has NO idea of store policies, just whatever it was before.Again, STORES ARE NOT 24/7 AT THIS TIME

Awfully slow pumping, always. Like 1 drop a minute. The Apple Pay doesn’t work outside so you need to go in and stay in line and clerks are even slower than the pump.Switched to Wawa, everything works and fast there.

They are usually on the ball here. Some times the coffee bar needs help in the morning. I understand they are very busy in the morning. I would give five stars if the coffee bar always had coffee, cups, cream and sugar. I am not being pesky just have been there several times and they were out of one or the other. That is also the main reason I am here in the morning the new coffee machine makes a delicious cup of coffee! Oh yeah and they are fast at getting you back on the road.

This is the closest gas station to my house so I am a lil biased but I do have to say that the staff here is amazing. Mariyah and Liz are always a great help when I stop in and grab my usual. Always a clean store, usually stocked well and during Covid its been busy but they do their best.

The frozen treat station is amazing!Chocolate or vanilla ice cream, fro-yo, and sorbet, all available to be wonderfully accompanied by anything from brownie bits and chocolate to gummy bears and M&Ms. Speaking of which, there are tables, counters, and chairs inside and outside the shop.The variety of products is fine, and the customer service is fair. The tricky thing is that this shop is located at a high traffic four-way intersection. Overall Id love to come back here for gas and snacks. I feel as if Id drive in circles just to empty my gas tank and have an excuse to come back here.

Very nice and conveniently located. Pretty easy access from rte 100 either direction. Nice little outdoor area to eat your meal. Even has a complete ice cream bar inside with many different options along with your typical fast stop choices

When this location first opened it was a refreshing breath of new air to this area. Now, it seems as if the customer service focus is well gone in the distance. While there are still some friendly employees I feel that the location has lacked in their overall service to consumers. I hope that management will take a more active share in redeveloping the image that this location started with.

I work in Palm Coast and I stop here several times a week. Its always clean. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Fresh coffee. Friendly staff. No problems here.

My absolute favorite gas station ever. Im a every night regular for there coffee I love there coffee fresh the best always. The employees are amazing, and helpful. On the other hand though the general manager is always rude, she basically called me a liar when I had an issue with something, even when you dont have an issue just her in general is rude and snobby.

Im pretty sure theres a card skimmer on one of the pumps here but other than that its a pretty neat gas station because frozen yogurt. Theyre often out of random toppings though. Staff is nice!

You need to prepay for gas although they have credit card pumps. My cr CD and debit card were both copied and used elsewhere. Play safe, pay first then pump.

I am not sure who orders supplies for this particular store, but they really need to order coffee supplies better. I go there every single morning to get some of your Crazy Good Coffee. I have been going for a solid week now and you have been out of half and half. It is a HUGE deal for me to have to drive to Daytona from Palm Coast for the next Racetrack that has the same coffee station. Therefore I have to find somewhere else to get coffee. I am very disappointed that I have had to go other places and completely ruin every single one of my mornings this past week. Then, when we ask about the half and half, employees have been snarky and telling us that there are the little singles over there. Yes, well, it is no where near the same as using the cold carton of half n half like Ive been doing every day for years. I know this seems a little petty but it is a big deal to customers like me that have come to know, and love, racetrack to be a step above everyone else, then to see you slipping in standards, is not good. If it wasnt for the employee this morning that was not very nice about it, I may not have even said anything here about it.. Not getting the morning started off to the right start just ruins the whole day.

Worst experience ever at a gas station. Needed to go inside to get a drink for me and my daughter only to be yelled at that they are closing because they employees are leaving. Meanwhile multiple other cars are pulling up to try to go inside only to be yelled at by a girl sitting outside.I come up this way a few times a week and I will never come back to this location, why would I try if they may be closed anyway?

If I could give no stars I would never have I heard of leaving your store before a shift relief shows up. staff inside, doors locked and they are telling everyone they are going home due to insufficient staffing where is management?

I only stop here for the drinks and snacks (if needed) when Im out running errands on that side of town. Is new, so its nice and clean...for now. I dont make a habit of buying gas from any Race Trac. Havent in 18 years since a bad experience in Kissimmee.

This place has anything u want. Not just gas station. They have several kinds of hot dogs, sandwiches-varity, pasteries, great coffee and yogurt or ice cream with condiment bar. U name it, they have it in the store.

Only posting one star because you have to to comment. This store is literally horrible. I haven’t met one nice employee or one who actually likes their job. They will have one cashier with a line out the door while another one literally sits behind the counter doing nothing. More than one time they have been “out of bags” and didn’t let us know until we had to ask for one and then they had an attitude. These are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen at any gas station. Something needs to be done about the level of costumer service at this store. I’ve worked with the public myself so I get you have bad days but there’s a difference in a bad day and a poorly ran store with terrible workers.

Shopper beware. This is the second time I have bought something where I was overcharged. The items that are supposed to be less $ if you buy two ring up at full price. Then they dont give a receipt unless you ask for it. Pay attention to your receipt!

At 6 o’clock in the morning first priority should be keeping those coffeepots for you have a good set up where you have coffee pots for the customers to take their coffee from and back up coffee pots to start brewing coffee as the coffee pots that the customers are getting their coffee from empty to replace but if no one is attending to those in making sure that coffee is being brewed as back ups what’s the point of having them when a customer walks in throughout the day but mostly first thing in the morning there should be coffee ready at all times coffee drawers customers in and in this race track drop the ball.
