Very nice store,Hair Salon is way to expensive. Lady did Great job on my hair,but I was missed quote price for what she did. Received No Adjustment. They have all top brands in make up.expensive.You can also purchase more reasonable make up too.. Be where of styling prices too high for our area

Amanda in the salon is amazing. She is primarily the only reason I visit this store. I dont trust anyone else with my hair. Shes extremely talented and makes you feel comfortable during the long appointments.

Took off my morning shift from work for a style and color only to find out the stylist I was supposed to see doesn’t even work today. The only option they offered was to leave the rest of my day open another stylist gets into work. Extremely unhappy with the lack of concern for my time being wasted as well as the loss of the money I could’ve made at work.

Ultra Beauty is always fun to visit. They have nice helpful staff. If you cant find it there, you cant find it. I just wish the prices were a little less.

I don’t know much about make up, I walked into ulta confused and the employees answered all my questions, took me around the store & were extremely helpful. It was a great experience and I will be returning! Everyone there was super professional and provided me with excellent customer service.

I love shopping here and who knew they have a hair salon inside as well! Tara started doing my daughters hair and she absolutely loves it! Scheduled an appointment to go back to see her in March.

They are overpriced and their customer service needs work. First time shopping there and found some reasonably priced items, shocked. Went to purchase them to find out one of the items were wrongfully priced, neither the clerk or manager on duty corrected the price for the customer. Customer service is awful.

Ive been to a good handful of ULTAS and I never feel the welcoming feeling i get from this location. I love this ULTA, the whole staff is nothing short of amazing! I havent communicated with the new manager guy yet since he transferred in but he seems alright too.

Every time you have a coupon its almost impossible to use it. The cashier told me I didnt meet the requirements and I read line by line of the small print and my item did meet all the requirements. Cashier refused to honor it. This happens about 75% of the time, its always a hassle

Stuff is at times way over priced and since covid theyve been out of stock with basic items. Employees are very helpful and thorough though.

Update: 10 months later and apparent new store management, Ulta PC has successfully regained my business. The turnaround is much appreciated.Three times now they have screwed up my eyebrow appointment by giving me the wrong time... All three times I’ve loaded up my kids, driven across town and they’ve turned me away. No more. I’ve always overlooked the unfriendly staff because the eyebrow bar was so great, but it’s not worth the hassle anymore.

My friend’s wedding is coming up, and I needed foundation desperately. Went in with no clue what I needed to get/what my shade would be, when Janelle walked up to me asking if I needed help. She was able to recommend me some foundation and primer, and was able to match me in minutes! She was so nice and helpful, I will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful store! Its always well stocked with such a huge variety of all my favorites. Its so glamorous and the associates really take pride in what they do. They are always pleasant and courteous and really know their products.

I absolutely LOVE Ulta! I feel like a kid in a candy store 🍥🍬🍭. There are so many things to see, smell, & try. You can always find something! And theres always something on special. If you see an ad on TV or magazine and want to try a product or see the color in person, this is the place for you! They also happily take returns with your receipt (within reason)... This is a great feature. I ordered a lipstick online from them because they were offering 20% off & free shipping; however, I didnt care for the color. I brought it back to the store & exchanged it for a better color for me with no problem at all. I recommend Ulta for your beauty needs 😊.

I absolutely love Ulta; however, I can expect to be matched with an incorrect shade of foundation 2 out of every 3 visits. I’m not a makeup guru so I certainly rely on recommendations and suggestions of the staff. It’s frustrating to get home after finally purchasing a product you’ve waited patiently for only to end up looking dead. I believe adding a little more diversity could help alleviate this issue.On the other hand, the staff are really nice. The store is always clean. Although there is almost always a line, there’s not too long of a wait. I’ve also had my lashes done here and they looked amazing. I really do love this store.

Was there today for a warranty issue - I brought in everything I thought I would need including some information from the manufacturers website - the front desk girl got the manager for me who in turn got the GM. Although they weren’t the most interactive/smiley - they helped me and in the end took care of my issue no problems or questions asked. I was in and out within five minutes - I appreciated their help and how easy it was to take care of the problem.

I went on black Friday all the workers keep the store orderly and neat. They did not have a lot of stuff I wanted but thats my fault. They did a really good job at restocking fast it only took a day for me to get the things I want. Ashlyn the girl who checked me out was really nice and with only two people on they kept the line moving fast.

Poor, Poor customer service. Very rude staff, so unfriendly.went in to return a Paul Michell smooth plus flat iron and got talked to so nasty. Needless to say she didnt return it for me and i canceled my Ulta credit card. I will go to corporate about this.

They have all of the best make up lines and products including all the best from my personal favorite, Urban Decay. The staff is mostly friendly and very helpful. They will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. They also do some really cool workshops there so you can learn cool new tricks and find new favorite products.

The assistant was wonderful. I needed help to find and have a crash course in applying basic makeup. She was patient and professional. She did a good job. I will visit Ulta again.

Im done. Every single time I go to check out the prices or promotions are not right. The price stickers right below what I picked are actually for another shade but you would need a magnifying glass and a code key to know that. Spend over $25 dollars and get another free. Only its a tiny little sample of the thing you thought you were getting and Ive never actually seen one available. Ever. Its blatant bait and switch. Im done.

Nice place. No one asked if I needed any help though. Was suppose to get something that was advertised 7.50 but it rung up $15 and I didnt have time to argue it. Not a big fan because of their prices. If I want to spend what their asking Ill shop with Fenty or MAC. Only went because I was given a gift card for Christmas. I do lo e the black lady who does eyebrows there though. I give her 5 stars

Nice employees, but I went in there with a list of 11 items I needed and came out with nothing. They were out of so many items! They need to be better stocked. Is it the stores’ responsibility or is it corporate that is causing this issue?

ULTA is a big, beautiful store. Its nicely appointed, well lit and clean. What I notice is prices for their everyday cosmetics, like Maybeline and Cover Girl are significantly higher than Walmart and Walgreens for instance. And while they have oodles of product, whenever Im looking for something specific, they do not have it. I had hoped ULTA would be my go to place when looking for my cosmetic staples, but thats just not the case.

Theres not much to say besides its an Ulta store and its quite cramped compared to other locations. Today it was a little messy but thats most likely due to the holidays. Service was nice and pretty quick. Workers were friendly and helpful.

The young lady that helped me was very polite and informative. I will definitely be shopping there again.✌❤🙂

Try Better Than Sex mascara. Its my favorite for dramatic but real lashes.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I recommend making an appointment! I had Tashana, and she was great. She took the time to map out my look, and had to tint my brows three times before the color was right (my eyebrows are so light, they are basically clear!) Anyway, the end result was perfect! Not to thin or thick, the perfect color, and surprisingly, hardly any redness afterward. Its a week later and they still look fresh. I definitely recommend spending a little extra to come here, and also recommend Tashana, she was great.

Great store to find hair products not carried anywhere else.

I come here every other month or so to get my eyebrows shaped by browmeisters Tashana and Janet at the lash bar. They always do an impeccable job and are very friendly and helpful to myself as well as other customers. If youre thinking of getting your eyebrows waxed, I recommend making an appointment with either.

Used to shop here all the time but I always feel uncomfortable now. My sister just discovered her love for makeup so she likes to go all the time now. However, her and I get very discouraged because the manager follows us around all the time.

Staff that usually stand on the high end side, are extremely rude. Usually every time I walk in there the worker don’t look present and look an absolute mess, and that makes me not wanna ask for help. I watched a worker do this lady’s eyebrows and I could just see the train wreck about to happen and It looked as though the customer felt that way too

Ulta is my go-to for drugstore and high end beauty! I even commute to the Palm Coast salon from West Volusia because their manager, Haley, is incredible! All of Ulta’s staff are friendly and ready to drop what they’re doing to help you find what you need.

Helpful staff, showed me exactly what I was looking for, answered my questions as I have so many lol. A variety of price ranges to suit any budget. A large selection too.

I went in to try a new foundation, but didnt know my shade. Asked one of the girls for help, and the first foundation she picked was the right one for me! She could tell my undertone immediately after looking at me, which is something I could never figure out.

I called the salon by mistake and asked to be transferred to the front. They put me on a long hold so I hung up and tried back and someone from the front answered within seconds. I’m not sure if the lady in salon was being rude by doing that on purpose or not but it did annoy me.
