Wow! What a difference new ownership makes! Previously I was made to feel like a burden, or an inconvenience when trying to do business here. Today, my experience was normal, friendly, and efficient. I love the new resale packaging options! There were 3 staff members devoted to the front desk. They printed documents directly from my thumb drive, as well as from emails that I sent directly to the store - from my - while at the counter. That reminds me! WiFi was functioning properly! Another major improvement. So happy I gave it a fifth chance. I could tell immediately something was different… the simple fact that I was acknowledged upon entering stood out to me — enough so that I asked them what was different. That’s when the new owner introduced herself, with a huge smile! I will be back often, now that I can expect great, reliable service. New ownership, new management, new staff, NEW experience! And now a new customer!
I was looking for a place that could help me pack and ship gifts to my mom. I visited the store this past weekend and the employee was very helpful and friendly. She helped me pack everything up and it all arrived today in perfect condition. I always loved UPS for their tracking but now I love this store too since they were so friendly. It’s my new go to shipping spot!
Look how the reviews have improved with the new ownership! A complete 180 here. Best thing that could have happened. I have a mail box there for my regulatory and accounts payable items to ensure those items are secure. I was not going to renew because it had been so poorly run until this amazing lady took over who clearly knows customer service and how to operate a business. The atmosphere no longer feels like you can cut the air with a knife. Everyone is friendly and helpful which is a true reflection on the new owner. Thank you for taking over. Our area needed this badly for the consumers and us small business owners.
I recently moved to the area and absolutely hate driving up Belle Terre to go to the Post Office. My husband and I walked into the store on a Saturday with a few small boxes to ship. We do a lot of shipping so it was great to find a local place to drop off our packages, even the items sent through the PO. A very nice gentleman helped us the first day and answered some of our questions. We’ve never used a UPS store so it was new to us. We went back the following day to be helped by a very rude woman. The interrogation of what was in each box was a bit much! Yes it’s a shirt in a soft bag! Yes it’s some cards in a box. The customer service needs some work. We will bring our packages to another location now. We wanted to support a local small business but we can keep driving up Belle Terre to another shipping store where they treat customers with respect.

I would like to know what the point is of having a mask requirement sign if the staff doesnt call the attention of clients who do not follow the rules? I went to the store yesterday and while standing in line I saw a couple who came in behind me who were not wearing masks. Staff members said nothing to them about their lack of face covering and notarized their document while standing less than 1foot apart from them. I mentioned something and the staff person that was helping me just rolled their eyes. If we can all agree these businesses are essential, canthey please agree to adhere to safety and health guidelines? Thank you, sincerely someone who does not want to get sick .

Up until recently, this store was disgusting. The former owners were disinterested, unprofessional, ill-mannered, rude and condescending. Since the new owners, I have noticed improvement. Can’t blame them for not enough help when people get government checks until infinity.
Whats not to like they always got smiles on their faces and if there is a problem with an item not coming up or printing out they will not leave that computer or that copy machine or fax machine or whatever it may be until they get it rectified they are determined and they do get it rectified! And I just think theyre the best they need to open up another store also somewhere else because the other UPS place is they stink

RUDEST STAFF IN PALM COAST !!!! I called today in regards of my package and the lady that answer the phone wasn’t even trying to hear me out. She said it was “not her problem “ and she continued to get sassy with me. And when I asked her to transfer me to the manger she hung up the phone on me. Right after I tried calling back 20xs!!!! And she won’t pick up the phone. Before even speaking to her I left several messages asking for someone to contact me. And yet no answer. This place needs to get their staff in check.
I am one of the nicest people aroundI try my best to be as joyful as possible when I go to stores. Yesterday I had the most displeasure at the UPS Store. The employees especially a shorter one with long dirty blond brownish hair was as hateful as can be. Why she is still employed there beats the heck out of me. There is zero customer service of any kind. I will never use this store again. I also encourage others ti go elsewhere if you are able to.
We went to use the notary. We stand in line, and then to be told its 4:30pm oh the notary is only here until 3pm each day! I told them they need to put that on their website so that busy people do not waste their time coming to get something notarized. Very rude people!
Before Covid-19, this place was a hit or miss... depending on who you had wait on you. Most of the girls are rude. Since this pandemic, it has become the worst place. Its like they got an excuse to be exceptionally mean to people. They bark orders, make up their own rules .. just go to the ups on palm coast parkway. Theyve ALWAYS been excellent even through this pandemic.

I sent packages 3 times in the last week . This of course has been a very stressful time for all parties involved in the process . Added to this is my own lack of experience . On all 3 occasions I found the entire staff to be accommodating especially in explaining all my options .
Usually these people are OK to deal with if you make their job as convenient as possible. Example, Ive been in here a couple of times when their scanner is down. This shouldnt even be an issue, however the girls that work their dont want to be bothered to type in a 15 digit code when their scanner inst working. Theyll ask you, can you send the label to us through email or can you text it to one of us. Well, NO!. Do your job and type the code in then if your scanner is down, dont make it seem like the customer is inconveniencing you. I told the cashier if your scanner is down then type the code in its right there, her response was a very unenthusiastic and agitated I can try. OK do that then, pfff great service.
I would give zero stars if I could ! The older lady is obviously the owner of this location, I’ve been there several times over the past few years, and she is completely rude and unprofessional. She acts like she’s doing you a favor to wait on you.After today, I won’t go back there ever again. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate you !
Went in to print 1 sheet of paper out. Ending up costing me $1.27 to print one page. I was able to 5 color photos out at walgreens for $1.95. Something doesnt seem right with that cost for one black and white sheet.

There was two ladies working today. The one that had to finish her personal conversation before acknowledging me was rude. She looked and spoke to me as if I was beneath her. All I need was to use the computer and print out a few documents. The lady at the register was the complete opposite. Today is 9-11 and Im a soldier. Always be respectful to everyone. You never know who they are.
The worst ups experience I’ve ever had, and ups are usually the more friendlier options of the mail service providers. We walked in to print some documents and went straight to the computer, which wasn’t working. It took forever to open to the main screen and then we tried to open a browser for ten minutes with no luck, it just wasn’t loading. We nicely asked for help and even though we were technically before a small line of people they still helped those people first, which, whatever, we can wait. Finally a lady comes to help us and asks what we want with an unecessary attitude and when we replied to print something, she snapped “where are you trying to print from?” Even though she obviously knew we were trying to pull up a browser. She came around the counter and opened a browser very quickly, which was obviously because the computer just took that long to load up and was finally ready to work (I think they need a new computer) but that’s fine, broken things always seem to work when someone tries to help you fix them. Whatever. But I jokingly said in a friendly tone, “oh well you’ve got the magic touch.” And she blatantly rolled her eyes at me. No laugh. No smile. No reply. Just an eye roll. Then the other lady working talked badly about my friend and I to a CUSTOMER in Spanish. I speak Spanish. They said we were dumb and it’s because we are American. I honestly don’t understand what provoked this behavior, we walked in with smiles and trying to be friendly. They are just both grumpy and rude ladies and it’s very uncalled for to make us feel uncomfortable like that just for trying to be paying customers. Please go to another ups so you don’t have your day ruined like us!
The Older lady that works there was rude when I walked in today with my daughter. She looked at us but didn’t even say hello, didn’t ask how are you, can I help you, nothing! A diff customer came in after us and she was quick to greet her. So it seems this woman is picky on who she greets and who she is nice to. 🤔A younger girl came to the counter and asked if she could help us and she did. We left and still no goodbye, have a nice day or weekend. Nothing. Not sure if this is the owner or what but very rude and very unprofessional. I’ll Def go to the other location where I normally go and where they treat me with respect and are very friendly.
During the covid 19 I had to return an att box and the woman at the counter yelled at me that it wasnt essential. And refused to take it and told me to leave the store. Very rude and nasty. I will be reporting them to bbb.

I had a fingerprinting appointment today, a Saturday. I called before leaving the Daytona area to head to Palm Coast because I was running a little late. I asked if I would still be able to be fingerprinted if I came 20 minutes late the girl the phone said yes it wont be a problem. So I drive all the way there go inside it was only 12:40 and my appointment was at 12:15 and some older lady was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude and tells me Oh no we have already shut the machine down for the day so you can come back on Wednesday to be fingerprinted. Not to mention that she didnt once apologize for them telling me I could still be fingerprinted and then when I get there being told no. I asked if there were anything else they could do she just blankly stared at me with a sour look on her face. The customer service was terrible. She didnt offer any other solutions, she didnt go out of her way to do anything besides to be extremely rude to me, and I was THE ONLY customer in the store. Not to mention the way she looked at me when I walked into the store as if I were beneath her. I will be speaking with the general manager of this store and letting them know how rude this employee was and how I was given information on the phone that was not true. I do understand that I was running late but because I called to make sure I would still be able to be fingerprinted when I arrived I feel that I should have been accommodated. If I were told if I didnt arrive by a certain time I wouldnt be able to be fingerprinted then I would not be writing this review. I would not go back to this location based on this one experience alone. These employees need to be trained on how to provide customer service because they are clearly lacking the necessary skills.

Terrible Customer Service. Took a box to ship and didnt have packing tape. I was going to buy a roll of packing tape since I was out. Lady behind the counter took the box and rudely said she would tape it this time but not again. I asked to buy packing tape, but that was pretty much the end of it and she was very rude. Decided to give them another chance, and got there 10 mins before their hours said they closed. Door was locked and they were gone. I now drive past this place to go to a place that wants my business and treats me like I matter.

Be very very careful dealing with this store. For reference, I have been selling on Ebay for over 12 years and use the Post Office and UPS as my shipping agents. Admittedly, I use the Post Office for the majority of my shipping needs, but will use UPS on occasion. The point is, I know how to measure the dimensions of my shipping boxes, as that is a factor in the cost of shipping. I also know how to use the UPS website to calculate my shipping expense before arriving at the store. I do this, because I do not want to experience any surprises when paying. Regarding this store, I have used it a couple of times and have experienced payment surprises most of the time. My last transaction was the topper. I presented a package that measured 15 X 11 X 9 and weighed 7.2 pounds. According to the UPS website, my shipping charge should have been $21.99. After the woman (JoAnn assumed it was the owner) weighed and measured my box, she told me the charge would be $29.91. Since the label was already created and I needed to ship the box that day, I reluctantly paid but told her I disagreed with her charge. Her answer basically was it is what it is. It was only when I arrived home that I saw her measurement of my package. She claims it measured 16 X 13 X 9. Im OK with her 16 inch measurement, even though I had previously rounded up my dimension to 15 inches. What I am livid over is her measurement of 13 inches compared to my 11 inches. Like I said at the beginning of this complaint, Ive measured well over 1,500 boxes during my Ebay experience. I definitely know the difference between 11 and 13. That two inch difference caused my 7.2 pound package to now be charged a dimensional weight of 12 pounds, which caused the shipping expense to go from $21.99 to $29.91. When I complained about this to the owner, she told me I measured incorrectly. I also complained to the UPS Corporate office, but didnt get very far. In conclusion, be very careful when measuring your package when you use this store. Also, ask to see their package dimensions before you pay. If theres a discrepancy, Im sure she will give you a story about inside dimension vs. outside dimension. Dont fall for it. Just measure the external dimensions and round up to the nearest inch. You can also do yourself a favor and use the UPS Store on Palm Coast Parkway. Much better customer service.
