Just finished painting a 4 bedroom house. Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. Prices are reasonable as well. Very satisfied with them.

I went to Sherwin Williams for the first time today. Thank had no idea what paint to purchase, the texture, brand, and good better best. Richard was extremely helpful and recommended cashmere paint. I had no real expectations. However, I have painted our home several times over the years. Always using Baer. I have to tell you, this paint was amazing! No lines looks perfect on the first coat. No second coat needed. Absolutely amazing! Very happy with the outcome. We will be purchasing Sherwin Williams paint from now on. The customer service is impeccable as well. On both trips to the store Richard carried my paint out to my vehicle and was extremely kind and offered all kinds of suggestions as well as helping me find out exactly how much I would need of each color. Thanks again!!

Totally confident with Sherwin Williams in my professional capacity and turned to them with personal household objectives in Palm Coast. Stopped by, got color swatches, went home, made a decision. Returned and ordered, put on their client list, left satisfied. Called the next day to reorder a gallon paint so it would be ready when I arrived. Did arrive to find the paint was wrong. Had to look up my account again and no mention that the gallon Gary said ready on the corner of the counter was mixed wrong. I waited for another gallon to be mixed. May seem petty, but businesses now know more about us than we do ourselves. They should have recognized I was a new customer, there the previous day. Could have asked about my experience with their product. It was all in front of them, and the same guy waited on me the day before. Personally, I wont return to that store. Clearly the staff are not aggressive sales representatives, at no time were there lines or others meandering the store.

We always buy Sherwin Williams paint. This was our first visit to the Palm Coast store. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. We will definitely return.

The associates at this store are extremely helpful and especially during this COVID19 situation. They have always been helpful but very hard to do your job when it is phone and curbside as your only contact. This store had it together and was easy, easy to place an order and pick up. Wonderful!

Called on phone just after 8am. Phone answered on 2nd ring. Sales associate extremely polite and helpful with my order. Had called from my home and said I would be at store at 9. Arrived at side entrance, and before automatic tailgate had gone all the way up, Rory was putting my stuff into my car, neatly packed in a box. Great job.

Not a good review for this paint store. Customer service was not good at keeping its customer happy at all. Ordered all of my paint from this store through my paint company which is good since you can deal locally. I will never make that mistake again. I never had this kind of problem with Lowes Customer Service and I have dealt with them many times.The reason for my review is I ordered wallpaper waited 3 weeks and heard nothing from them. Finally called and was told that they would check on it. Called them again twice and still nothing. Finally called and the young women told me they no longer have that paper or some such nonsense. Why wasnt I informed earlier so I could have ordered something else. They didnt care so neither do I. I well never deal with this store again. I get much better service from Lowes and that is where I will go from now on.I can also buy my paper on line and get it in 2 days and the price is right.

I had no problem with this store,please disregard prior rating. Craig was very helpful with my color requests,and explained all. The customer service was very good.

Waited in line but when I was next, the person at the register walked away; then when another took his place, I was told stand back to allow 2 women behind me to go ahead of me so they could check out, but they started a discussion and ordered additional paint to be mixed. Several other staff were present but not waiting on customers. I went to Lowes instead and wont be back.

You show no flexibility.I needed a very small amount of touch up paint you said the smallest amount youd sell was a gallon.I had to buy a quart far more than I needed and you couldnt match the color ridiculous.

They mean well but they don’t care about their customers. They swear by their products and they are probably one of the best but when a mistake happens they say it’s impossible. I ordered 3 more gallons of cool deck after I purchased 5 gallons knowing I needed more. They said 1 week. Ended up taking 4 weeks. During the 4 weeks they couldn’t find my order. Never going there again @courtesyscreening

Supreme overlord of the painting industry. They continue to buy any N all competitors thus making them a near monopoly for any one. In the painting business. They have a vast seletion of over priced paint, but the price can be negotiated if you have business account with them. I work in the painting industry i really would rather have an option to buy decent paint from some other place but they have made that impossible. Customer service is actually pretty decent here they do go out of their way4 you to have a successful project. In short if you need to buy 80 gallons of paint this is the place 2 go.

Level of service was outstanding. I was so satisfied with the counter and how well they handled my needs. I got contractor treatment for 2 cans of paint.

I love this store, but I do not love one of the female employees that work there! She is rude not willing to help and has no idea what she is talking about half the time, as long as she works at this store myself and family will avoid it!

I purchased a gallon of paint on July 18th. Then on July 19th I see a commercial that it is on sale for 40% off. Had the sales person told me it would be on sale tomorrow, I would have waited. I tried to call this morning and was put on hold and no one ever came back to me. What terrible customer service. I will never buy paint there again.

Trying to pick colors for our new home was confusing until I met with Joann at Sherwin Williams. She is so knowledgeable and helped me at my home as well as the store. She didnt try to push me into something but rather talked me through the process.

If you are painting or wallpapering the interior or the exterior of your home, I suggest you meet with the Sherwin Williams design consultant, Joanne Biggers. I just did my entire house with Joanne’s help and it looks fresh, colorful, coordinated, but not overdone.
