Was very disappointed, I use ace hardware a lot all around the state. As i am a contractor and love this store. So much more convenient than the big stores. Always so helpful, but not at this store, I purchased 6 bags of concrete was told it was outside. Cashier seemed aggravated never asked for my phone # for my points. When i got out front could not find concrete. Until i moved wheel barrows and picked up tarp. Not one person offered to help me. In fact one person came outside and sat down. Almost as to make sure i didnt steal anything. Never offered a hand as i had to recover concrete and put wheel barrows back. This is not usual of ace hardware. Went back a week later for some other things. Service was better. But not what i have grown to expect from ACE Hardware.

Stopped in to grab a couple things and they had everything I needed! The prices were a little high on some items. The staff was friendly and fast getting me checked out. The store was clean and well maintained.

Been going to this Ace for years to support Locally owned business rather than big box chains. They have a good supply of products that are more than the big box stores, but the people in there are very helpful and convenient as well.After interacting with the Karen cashier, however, they will never see another dollar from me. The rudest, put out, trifling person. If you hate your job that much, do the world and owner of that store a favor and stay home and collect your Biden money!

During the installation of the kitchen sink ; I ran into a few difficulties. I went to Ace and spoke with Sean on the first trip. Very knowledgeable and good for instruction. Trip two was another problem for Sean who was busy at that time; Jonathan, Liz and Lydia(I think is her name) came to the rescue with their thoughts and ideas to solve my difficulty. Finally Sean came over and with his knowledge and skills and my problem was solved. Employees were attentive, cheerful, and knowledgeable. With customer service being a lost art these days, it is refreshing to see that it does still exist!

This hardware store has great selection and is a well-being organized shop. If you are making any kind of special order, be careful who you are talking with. Best to deal with manager. Not all staff are helpful.

I stopped by and had my 2014 car fob battery and gate remote battery changed. Customer service was excellent. Gary removed the batteries and replaced this for me. I bought the batteries and out the door. I am so thankful for this! This year is already better. Thank you Gary at Ace Hardware on SR 100!

Had a coupon to use, or so I thought, but they didnt have the size product I was looking for. So I picked up the next item below that one and because that was on sale for a few dollars less then I couldnt use the coupon. Decided not to buy the items I had sitting at the checkout. So Ill take that coupon to Loews and see if they will honor it.

Staff is awesome and extremely knowledgeable as to exactly where to find what you need. Highly recommend

Ace is a step above the big box store. They always seem to have what youre looking for and so easy to get in and out fast. Price wise, its a mixed bag. You might have to spend a few cents more for something, its worth it. Thw advice and help you get is usually spot on. The right answer is priceless and the wrong answer will send you back to the big box store. Stick with ace!

I love this Ace Hardware store.I used to live in Flagler Beach when I first started shopping this Ace.I now live in Ormond Beach and still come to this Ace.Always helpful help.This time it was Jerry who helped us.I just needed a few items that he helped me find.Then we decided to check out grills.Jerry was so informative on the pellet grills. When we are ready to purchase we will go see Jerry.

I forgot how nice it is to visit your local hardware store. They are helpful, and friendly. You dont have to search the store for a sales associate, they actually will accompany you to the item you need. A few pennies more, but was in and out in half the time.Thank you ACE, it really is the place!

The service in this store was second to none. I went in for a simple spark plug for a weed eater. Of course, it wasnt so simple. When the numbers didnt match up, the agent helping me went out of his way to find the replacement I needed. Were talking about a 4.00 spark plug. Im impressed, and I highly recommend this place.

The employee was going through some sort of personal problems like menopause and wouldnt stop talking about it which was quite annoying me and my husband were just trying to get a key made just seems quite unprofessional

Ace does not carry all the brands of the box stores, but does carry a large variety of products. This makes finding what I need easier and faster.

The store is larger than it looks from the outside. Plenty of products and friendly, helpful staff.

Had a simple return on unopened item. They refusee the return simply do to lack of sales receipt. Purchased less two weeks ago. The just lost a 10 year loyal customer .

Central location off I-95. Well-stocked store, helpful staff, reasonable prices, plenty of parking. I definitely prefer the small town atmosphere yet excellent selection shopping at Ace Hardware versus the big box stores.

Horrible customer service. I reserved a u haul truck, I had email confirmation and a print out of the confirmation. I got there at the time I was supposed to and the man with the beard was so rude. He told me he reserved it for someone else 45 mins after me! I had already drove all over town to get this truck and he gave me an attitude like oh well. I dont know what to tell you. Are you kidding me? Thats how you treat customers? He messed up and gave it to someone else then blamed it on the computer. Wasnt even nice or try to help . He just got frustrated and was rude to me like I did something wrong. It actually made me feel like he is racist and did not want to bother with me. It is Sunday and no where else in town had the truck I needed. You guys should hire someone that actually have customer service skills and are not racist!! My weekend is ruined because of You!! !
