My car looks like new after they fixed it. They stayed open 3 hours after closing time so I could pick it up and drop the rental; so I would not incur into fees not covered.After a headlight died, they fought for me with the insurance company to put me back in a rental.They not only do a great job, their customer service is first class.

I took my car to Fix It Auto Repair in Palm Springs. Jeremiah and Hector gave me an estimate and time to bring it to be repaired. While in the shop they give updates. I was in tears when I picked up my car. It was restored to its original condition!! I Highly recommend this Amazing Professional Team that makes it happen and cares about their customers. .They Warranty their work this is an additional Plus!!!

They are awesome! They got their wires crossed at first. For a moment I felt like we were getting the run around. Once Hector came into the picture all things fell into place! A job that was supposed to take three days took 3 hours! They fixed our rear door gate which had a problem opening and closing and it works like new! Great job FIX-IT-AUTO!

I had a flat on my bike and was far from home. Stopped here and they blew it up and were so kind. I didnt have any money on me and they still helped me. Unfortunately it was the tubing so air didnt hold, but still so kind. Thank you!!!

Progressive insurance asked me to use him, after someone hit our parked car. The passenger door had to be replaced. The job was done nicely. But they never hooked up the door opening mechanism (found out later) and they damaged the touch screen display.The owner told me to check with Cadillac and he will take care. Cadillac told him they have to replace the entire radio and from then on he never knew he did anything. A replacement on Amazon costs $69, would have been cheap to keep a customer.

I can not even begin to express to you how much I love this place!!! I had a tire blowout on my 2007 Honda Odyssey that ripped out the underlining of the engine area (all plastic/rubber) and somehow damaged a sidewall and some wires and other things like the windshield wiper hose, etc. I have Progressive Insurance, which everyone seems to LOVE working with... and I was scheduled quickly (as I was only in the area for two weeks -- since Im from out of town)... and DAnca not only replaced my front end and quarter panel, but performed extra body work and did the most amazing paint job Ive ever seen. They were all super-friendly (had that family run business love in the air) and treated me like a VALUED customer. Seriously -- the work they did was exceptional and WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I had hoped for. I CAN NOT say enough good things about this shop. Especially coming from someone who has had nothing but bad experiences with body shops and mechanics in general. They were honest, straightforward about everything, kept me up-to-date about everything, and even finished ahead of schedule. I am not kidding when I tell you that they treated me like I was bring them a Ferrari -- yet all I had was a semi-beat up 2007 Honda Odyssey. In other words -- it doesnt matter what you drive, or what your status is... they treat you like you are the most important customer to them. PERIOD!!! I have NEVER had this kind of service from ANY automotive business before. Its been about five months since I had the work done, and I still smile when I think of it.
