Ben is the MAN an he made sure that my car was quick and done perfectly we had an issue with former management and the crew who did the original repair on my car and when i was told by my insurance company that the repairs had to be redone by the same company in order to give them the opportunity to rectify this I was not happy but Ben assured me they were doing things differently we made a plan for the time it would take he ordered to the rental for me so it was there when i got there and when i came one week later to get my car they returned it for me after locating my atm card in the seat and when they took it in originally they had it for 6 weeks and then when we got it back nothing lined up the whole front end was glued back in there were used broken parts and the paint was not coated so it began to look like a crayon and when i got it back a week later from ben and his crew it was amazing i was beyond impressed and so happy with the work done i believe it may even look better then wehen we got it three years ago they really did a fantastic job

The staff is very hard working friendly & patient! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and nice. This was the only in coverage shop my insurance would take and Im glad we went.

Mark and his team at West Coast are great - they provided a fair estimate and delivered a very good OEM spec quality paint job on my Honda CBR 1100XX - its like a brand new bike now!! Excellent customer service all around!!

Took my car in for a window issue, where it was off its track. Walked in the door was greeted by a very nice receptionist Alecia, and soon met with rep Doug, who was obviously very experienced and helpful. We set an appointment for the next day, where they continued with perfect customer service. I was very happy with the experience there, so wanted to encourage everyone to consider using West Coast for auto issues.

We were extremely happy with the work and service at West Coast. They took care of all the paperwork with our insurance company and got our car back to us on time. The quality of the body work they did is excellent. I would definitely use them again for repairs, although I hope I dont have to!

I just want to say thank you all over at West Coast Auto Collision in Palm Springs. The staff there is very friendly and eager to help. They have very low rates and know how to get the job done. Amazing work & customer service

Very bad service !! Theyve had the vehicle since middle of May they do not call you to keep you updated on vehicle after a month I called to check in they said they was receiving parts and what not now ... a week away of it being there for 4 months !! Yes 4 months They cant get it together Ive been calling for the last 4 weeks every Friday they been telling me its all done just needs to get painted and now I call today spoke to that Gino its still not painted and they finishing something on the Axel WTF!! Is there anyone that knows whats going on idk what to do now !?? Im lost and dont know how to go about this ???

I brought my 2005 Saab convertible in because the dips of Palm Springs streets had torn its bumper and I needed a solution that would allow me to continue enjoying my car in the desert. I worked with Doug Prosise who suggested I simply order a different style bumper and have it shipped to their shop for installation.Today, I picked up my car and the new bumper solved the problem. The team at West Coast Auto was friendly and did what they told me they would do at the price they quoted.Id recommend this team to anyone needing car repair.

Got in a car crash, my insurance took the vehicle here, after a week having it I never got a call from them or the insurance letting me know what was going on, or how long would it take to have it fixed, I decided to go there myself and ask, they said the adjuster hasnt showed up, and told me, if you sign here we can basically push the insurance, it was a BLANK invoice, meaning sign here and we can do whatever we want and charge you whatever we want! So I was so mad that they tried to have me sign a blank invoice thinking I was stupid enough to do it, I said to him I WONT sign something that is blank, Ill talk to my insurance, I got out and went to another body shop, got my truck out of there and of course I do not recommend them.

Im an 84-year old guy who has owned numerous automobiles over the years and have NEVER caused an accident. Unfortunately, my vehicles seem to have had magnates that attracted jerks who didnt appear to give a damn about anyone other than their irrelevant selves. Myriad times they have knocked the holy bejeeezus out of my cars. And ME! Ive discovered, over these years, that there are as many inept auto collision outfits as there are drivers. HAPPILY, at last I have been blessed with WEST COAST AUTO COLLISION. I would gladly put my Mazarati in their capable hands, IF is had a Mazarati. The care and skill demonstrated is tops, as is the quality of the men and the one woman who actually make me enjoy going to their office. Jim Inman
