After 3 calls to make an appointment for service and never having a call back I took my car in since I had a $25 coupon that would expire. I explained that to the service writer and he said the coupon was not expired and they would honor it. I waited for my car and when it was finished about 2 hours later I paid the bill--I had had a knee replacement less than a week prior and was in pain so I did not look at the bill. They did not bring my car to the service entrance like all previous services so I did not see the passenger side of my car and I went to my car and left. A week later I drove it for the first time and got gas---that is when I noticed my two passenger side wheels were damaged all the way around. I went to the dealership and they had photos of the car when I brought it in and it did not show the damage. I had also looked at the bill and they did not credit the $25 coupon. I was told the $25 would be taken care of immediately and they would contact me in a day to resolve the wheel problem. A month later and neither has happened. I had my car serviced there since new and this is the way I am treated, never again. Read all of the negative reviews and decide for yourself.
I found the vehicle I wanted at the price that I wanted. The only minor inconvenience is that they only gave ne one set of keys to my vehicle. They still working on getting me a 2nd set of keys.
We had a 11-year-old Mercedes SUV GL450 broken down in Yucca Valley on an extreme hot day in June. No auto repair shops in 20 miles radius would help us to fix it. Thankfully Mercedes nationwide roadside assistance service helped us and towed our SUV to Mercedes of Palm Springs dealership for free 35 miles away!The service department spent several days to pinpoint the faulty parts which caused the breakdown. They fixed it. They are very honest and the repair expanses were quite reasonable.I like to thank Rick Williams at service department. He was very helpful and professional. He managed to give me the very good price for their repair service. Definitely recommend their great service and professionalism.

My first Mercedes purchase and I am absolutely thrilled with everything. From the moment I stepped into the doors of the dealership, to driving off the lot, I felt like a true VIP, and still do driving around in my new GLB! Took in my vehicle for service. Paid over $500 for a “MULTI INSPECTION AND SERVICE” how they call it and found out that they actually didn’t inspect my vehicle at all. Had a bad tire on my vehicle and service tech “inspected” vehicle and said everything was good, My car had to go back into service again after I asked them if they checked my tires, long story short 6 hours and $845 later my vehicle was finally ready.First time here and very disappointed with the service

Jeff took the time to review the complete service record and discovered that despite 3 prior service calls at other dealerships we never had our diesel fuel filter replaced. He explained the correct service intervals and answered all my questions. Straightforward communication from a knowledgeable guy. Great service, on time, extra mile attitude. I could not be happier. MBZ of Palm Springs continued the tradition of incredible service to their customers. Allow me to explain.On a trip from California to Arizona with my wife and golden retriever, our 2014 GLK 350 heated up about 40 miles past Indio on the Interstate. We limped to a rest stop that was filthy, toilets and sinks broken and very unkempt. It was 100 degrees between 11am and 3pm. We had limited water and a golden retriever we were concerned about. People stopped to give us water as we waited for Auto Club. AAA advised it would be $500 to tow to the nearest MBZ dealer, which was in Palm Springs. I called MBZ road service and they advised they would dispatch a tow to our location. Ninety minutes passed and we received a call from the tow truck company that their driver had quit on site. The owner would be enroute with another 90 minute delay. In the mean time I tried to get an UBER ride but they would not dispatch to a dissolute location at a rest stop. By now we were exhausted, suffering from heat stroke and out of water.I called 991 and CHP was quick to respond. They coordinated with the tow truck and after 3 and 1/2 hours in the sun with little water and no shade, we were fried like an egg.CHP took us to the nearest truck stop where an UBER would pick us up. The car was towed to MBZ of Palm Springs. Thanks CHP for coming to the rescue!We went to the MBZ PS dealership and waited in the waiting room for hours, only to find that they could not resolve the problem. We would have to get a hotel room that took pets. We were irate and not very nice to the staff as our phones ran out of charge and we were, in effect delirious. Cameron and others maintained their professionalism while we lost ours. We spent the night in a hotel, returned mid day to the dealership, somewhat refreshed but still very tired. We were picked up at our hotel by beautiful Victoria of the office staff and returned to the dealership. We apologized for our behavior and were given the keys to the car. I asked for the bill and Cameron said, no charge for towing, no charge for diagnostic check and repair, you have been through enough!We have been MBZ owners for a very long time. We keep having positive experiences that could have turned negative with any other dealership, but not MBZ. We thank everyone involved and cannot say enough about MBZ and the staff at PS. When we are ready for a new car, you can be assured we will by MBZ. JD

Having owned Mercedes for years I can say this is the worst dealer/service we have ever encountered. Besides being ignored for 45 minutes/standing outside in the over 100 degree temperature waiting for service. Our vehicle was also not properly diagnosed. We came in with an estimate ($1650) from another mechanic. Since we had that, we were told they would do the repair, but couldn’t stand behind the diagnoses without their mechanic doing the same diagnosis. Which they said they did, but presented nothing that said what the problem was. When we questioned the fault codes, we were told they wrote up an estimate based on what we “the customer” asked for. Their estimate came in at $3750 (it was an A/C issue, so we think they took advantage of the heat to upsell the repair). We took the vehicle back. To the first mechanic, who was able to make the repair (not the original diagnosis) for $764. Thankfully we went there or I think we would have been out close to four grand and still not have fixed the problem.This Mercedes had our car to two days and changed $418 to “diagnose” what we told them was wrong with the car. And they did it in the most unfriendly way possible!

We purchased our 2020 Tesla Model X from the Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs. The car was only a few months used and in pristine condition but there was a blue paint stain in the back seat of the vehicle. While we were finalizing the paperwork the service crew took the vehicle to the back to remove the stain. They brought the vehicle back to us and the stain was gone so we were happy and on our way. A few days later we noticed the seat where the stain was started to crack and it was actually painted over by the service crew instead of them removing the stain. I called the dealership back and spoke with the sales manager Michael Baumstark. He assured me that they would fix the issue so they picked the vehicle up from us and brought it back to the dealership to get cleaned. They werent able to get the stain out so they re-upholstered the seat pad, however, they didnt use OEM Tesla leather so the seat leather is a different shade than the original seat and sticks out like a sore thumb. I called and left Michael a voicemail regarding this issue and he never called back after that. While they did try to rectify the situation, the reality is they tried to cover it up in the first place before we purchased the vehicle and then ended up not repairing it to our satisfaction.
Very happy with this dealership. Since nothing is perfect, I always look to how organizations deal with the minor challenges everyone has. In this case, they went above and beyond what was required. Pathetic service. Simple 60K mile service rendered the worst experience. My car was not ready at 4:30 PM after having it all day since 8 AM, and after they told me to come pick it up. We had to wait 45 minutes for it to finish and get washed.When asked about a defective body part, the response from my service tech to a clearly defective roof molding was completely unacceptable. It was recommended to me to reach out to Mercedes regional office - from a Mercedes service shop. What a joke. This is not first class service. I felt if I was at a Kia dealer.I have a Mercedes that only has 60K and is six years old and it looks like it is 30 years old. I have yet to receive a satisfaction survey from Mercedes, as well.After owning two other Mercedes, I will never buy another one. I have owned five Audis and they have their act together far better than Mercedes of Palm Springs.And, by the way, I got my only feedback opportunity via an automated text follow up on EASTER SUNDAY. First class German automobile companies dont text their only feedback opportunity to the customers on Easter Sunday.The WORST or NOTHING.

We have a 2020 Sprinter van that has been converted by Sportsmobile into a class B mobile home. We have traveled across the country more than a couple times since we picked it up last August. The van has been pretty great with very few issues that have required a visit to a Mercedes Benz service department. When we have had a issue, we’ve taken it to the dealership in Palm Springs, CA where our service coordinator, Jeff Thush, has done a magnificent job of getting the problem resolved and getting us back on the road. Jeff is great at communicating, knowledgeable, and very nice to work with. I’m very happy with my Sprinter van and truly grateful to have Jeff as ‘my guy’ who can get my van problems solved.

This dealership is awful. No professional job whatsoever. No shuttle or uber service to go home, they dont fix your car at the spot so be exactly they dont have mechanical service. No loaner car either even if the problem is from manufacture.

5 October 2021.. service experience is not good here. Called today because my new 2021 E450 Coupe that I bought there in Nov 2021 (with current 5,000 miles) was undriveable as the car’s parking brake wouldn’t release. Same experience as 4 months ago. (A) No one in service ever answers the phone (B) No one in Service listens to voicemails and returns calls. This is my first Mercedes and the service at any domestic dealer has you guys beat hands down. Last week I was there for the first A Service. Scheduled an appointment and waited 1 hr and 45 minutes. Left with no car wash and 20 minutes into my drive back to Palm Desert my low oil light came on. So I had to return to the dealership to get the job completed. As a comparison, last November I took my 2017 Ford Edge to Fiesta Ford in Indio. Left 45 minutes later with a car wash and completed oil change. Just shocked at the apathetic service for a Mercedes dealer. What happened to “The Best or Nothing”?Called today at 330PM. Wife’s 2018 GLC300 was running with doors locked and we couldn’t get it open with the key fob. Left a detailed message as your voice mail picked up my call. Good thing we also called Mercedes Roadside service and after a short wait they provided a solution. 90 minutes later now; never heard back from you folks. Not a good look.

Engine failure was much worse than I expected, had to replace motor, after MBUSA agreed to replace engine. MB of Palm Springs ordered and install new motor in a week, did a great job of replacing motor.

My experience at Mercedes of Palm Springs was half difficult and halfwonderful. It took me 4 trips to the dealer to get somebody to wait on me.Once I did get a salesman I left a deposit with a plan to finish the deal in a week. In the meantime I called salesman and left several messages and never received a call back . Once the day came that we had arranged to do the deal. He called several times, once while at my Dr. and the rest severalminutes later while driving home. I had to pull over 3 times to talk to him.Nothing he said during these calls made any sense to me, but soundedvery different than what we originally talked about. Once at the dealership they were indeed very different....However that salesman turned me over to a much younger salesperson. This guy patiently closed the deal, carefullyexplaining each page I was signing. An hour later, the deal was done.The same young man took me to the car and patiently explained every nuance of the complicated interior equipment. He was extremelyhelpful and knowledgeable spending almost 2 hours with me. Hence the really great portion of my review.
Very easy to do buisness with MBZ Palm Spirngs. Scheduled maintenance was done on time, attention to details was out standing. I waited for the car, too bad that Carona virus eleimenated the coffee bar as I enjoyued having coffee and reading a book in the longe on previous visits!

Terrible experience!Took in a 2020 Sprinter in for warrantee work on the automatic sliding doorWas in three times, every time i was told it was fixed and to come pick it up, each time it turned out to be same as when i took it in ....third time around they sent it to a body shop who dented the door. but did not fix the issue...eventually lost confidence and took it into Mercedes of san diego who fixed it in a few hoursFound the the service advisor (Jeff) arrogant and very unhelpful

My recent service appointment was scheduled in an easy manner. The overall experience was really good - the only dull moment was that when I arrived to Customer Service (CS) - I wasnt sure where to check in. None of the reps. greeted or acknowledged me. Some people were busy; some were not. I waited near where I thought I should be and finally had to ask the young man whom I was standing in front of - who was working on his computer - if he would direct me to where I needed to go. He was actually the CS person I had been assigned to. It would have been nice to have been greeted or acknowledged. Other than that - it was a really nice experience. Thank you.
Shady dishonest made my parents liable if anything happens while someone else drives their carOne month ago my parents leased a new Mercedes from Palm Springs MB; (this is their third one from them, the last one was 4 months ago). MB purchased our existing car and took possession of it. They have not paid my parents the $24,000+ for the car and they say they are still waiting for the DMV for a title. They did not have the title in hand when they sold them the car but found it within a few days but MB said they don’t need it now because they sold it (without the title). So someone else has the car while it’s registered to my parents, making them liable to anything that happens with that car.They called MB Palm Springs yesterday (Friday) and asked for either full payment or the car back. The finance guy at MB said they don’t have the car, can’t get it back. They won’t write them the check until they get paid; all they get is a runaround from their finance guy. Who won’t transfer them to anyone else and seems to always intercept their calls
An amazing, easy experience buying our GLC350e. Andrew Mortimer-Lamb, internet sales director, made it so pleasant and painless. He went WAY out of his way to find us exactly the car we wanted. He kept us updated every step of the way, and I know he did his best for us. Great experience during a no contact time to find and purchase a hard to find Mercedes Sprinter Cabvan. Cody was absolutely great in finding a vehicle and making the purchase delivery process totally safe and efficient.
I utilized the service department at Mercedes in Palm Springs and it was good. My car runs well and I also appreciated their free pick up and delivery service to and from my home. The only snafu was the lack of communication. I was never called to say that they were keeping my car overnight. Not a good practice on their part at all nor is it “award service.....”

I had a bad tear in my tire and had to get the two front tires replaced. Staff was very helpful and offered both brand name tires and private name tires to give me price options. They were very busy that day (the Saturday after Christmas) but they still took me and had it done within a few hours. They also fixed my alignment which I really needed. All for a good reasonable price, and also gave me advice on possibly keeping the other tire and how to store and handle it. Overall very happy and would go back to them.

Bought our 3rd CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED MB here last year. GLE350 has only 28,000 miles on it. Right front end was making a noise so, brought it in for repairs. Was told because of the warranty, everything was covered. Estimate to replace 2 front shocks was $2,200. Asked what was covered and was told everything but this! Will never go back there. Warranty is a scam!

The 2021 GLA 250 is a terrific car. The ride is super comfortable. And the dashboard and center console are well oriented.

The customer service at Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs was courteous and professional. However, my first conversation with Brandon was disappointing to the extent that I was not informed about my benefits to being a new Mercedes owner.See I live in Imperial Valley and the closest Mercedes Benz dealership is located in Palm Springs. My vehicle needed towing because my SmartKey was no longer operating properly. Brandon did not inform me that I had Mercedes Benz Roadside for the life of my vehicle, knowing during our conversation that specifically stated I would be towing in for our appointment.After further discovery and a little assistance from my Service Advisor Bob Sellers, I discovered I had Mercedes Benz Roadside.I then immediately called Roadside Customer Service and explained that I just paid 250 for towing and was not informed of my Roadside assistance. The customer service representative was EXTREMELY GREAT and granted me a 200 credit towards the cost of my repairs or to be used at my disgression.I then informed my Service Advisor Bob Sellers that I would like to be credited those funds or written a check for the amount when I come to pick up my E320 Wagon (being I already paid with my Amex card).Once I arrived at the Palm Springs Mercedes Benz dealership my service advisor told me he had to clue what Im speaking of in terms to the credit granted to me by Roadside Customer Service. I had to wait over an hour for them to straighten out the situation and give me my credits.Low and behold it was taken care of, but with that experience I would have to give them 3 stars.Better luck next time Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs! 🤣
I had a wonderful experience with PS Mercedes. I was looking to lower my are payment, and visited multiple dealerships across the valley including Jeep, Toyota, Subaru and Ford. I was very clear about the terms I was looking for. Everyone else gave me the run around, the big strong arm sales manager pitch, the high pressure, and all for cars I was only mildly interested in. I went to Mercedes, told them what I wanted with very low expectations, and they figured out a way to make it happen. No pressure, no haggle. When I said that my husband and I would go home and think it through....they didnt threaten, cajole, coerce, intimidate us to make a decision right there. They were just like.....thats great, well be here for you when youre ready. What a different Mercedes service makes! Our salesperson was Cody Vierra. He answered every single question we had, treated us like gold even though we werent purchasing a top of the line vehicle, and made the entire process enjoyable. We are Mercedes customers for life.
This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had shopped around at several dealerships/brands to find what I wanted, and every other dealer was still doing the off-putting, outdated method of passing you around to multiple associates who are “trying to help you” or “trying to put this together” as if it’s a favor. It’s not a favor, I’m shopping (and paying). I worked with Cody from the first day I walked in and throughout the process. The financials were transparent and never changed. When it came time to sign final paperwork I was expecting to have that typical car salesman experience, and there was none of it. No surprises, no additional fees, no passing me to someone else to talk me into something. We signed a few pages and I was on my way. I was very pleasantly shocked and grateful. It’s a great dealership, and I highly recommend working with Cody if you get the chance.

I love my new Mercedes. The comfort and ride are fantastic. The dealership was extremely helpful and Alfredo could not have been nicer. Garrett was very in depth in explaining the controls in the car. The total experience was perfect. The best part was that as a woman alone going in to look for a new car was not ignored. When I entered the showroom, I was immediately asked if I could be helped. From there one it was a great experience.

My experience was an unexpected pleasure. My sales consultant, Cody Vierra was always professional and worked diligently to find me the vehicle that met my needs. There was never any pressure to buy accessories, or extras that are annoyingly pushed by other dealers. The transaction was easily and quickly completed at his desk as opposed to the back room closer Ive experienced at other dealers. The delivery process was smooth and efficient. Im definitely a fan of Mercedes of Palm Springs.

Great service. The service department wasnt open on Saturday, but the service I received syncing my phone and down loading an updated Navigation disk, from one of the sales ladies that day was above and beyond. She couldnt just told me to come back on Monday to see the service department, but she didnt. And, she was in the middle of eating when I approached her. She stopped eating immediately and told me she would be happy to help me. Thank you so much for taking the time.

I needed a key for my MBZ to replace one that was lost. The dealer parts department quickly ordered the key that was then programmed. A very smooth process.
They have a gorgeous showroom with all the latest models of course and the decor is classy and beautiful. You can expect to be treated with great courtesy and be offered coffee, water, etc, from their complimentary concession area.I had my MBZ serviced there and their courtesy car picked me up and dropped me off, with no waiting. It was a real pleasure to have gone there.
