I set-up an appointment online and my tires we reserved to be installed in the morning. Brought my car in for a simple oil change and left with that and a new cabin air filter. The manager here was super laid back, didn’t try and push anything on me and I felt like I paid a fair and reasonable price. The oil change was done in an hour and a half and the cabin air filter had to be ordered, that being said it was installed same day and took maybe an hour. All done in like 2.5-3 hours excluding the hour wait time for the parts arrival. That is a lot better than the shop on industrial who told me I would have to leave my car all day. Will definitely be coming back here.

I drive to work everyday from Orange to Palm springs so miles add up quick on my F150 truck. Needed a place for oil change so I tried them out. First time had great service. 2nd time I went in for oil change had them rotate tires wheel balance all four tires and change air cleaner dummy me did not ask how much to replace air cleaner first its less than a 5 min job. I was the only vehicle at the time 2 hours later their done. I paid then was shocked53.21 for a 19.00 part and 24.00 labor. I will never use them again.

It was 1:30 pm on Christmas Eve that we saw our tire pressure sensor light on our RAV 4 was on. We looked at our tires and there appeared to be a large screw or nail right in the middle of the tire tread. We called the local Toyota Dealership in Palm Springs and they did not want to help us. I found Allen Tire Company off of Google and called them. Isauro, the store manager told me to come right down. He and his crew fixed it and we were out of there within 30 minutes. They removed the screw, patched the tire and we were back in action. Thank you to Isauro and his people. It saved our trip.

I just want to thank all the workers there because they were all so helpful. They went above and beyond not just because it was their job but because they were genuinely nice people. My seven month old and I were visiting family in Palm Springs and needed a tire change. They helped me unload my stroller, helped with the car seat and they were so friendly! It took them 45 minutes. Service was fast and efficient. Also they patched my other tire because there was a nail in it, without me asking them. They also applied all metal valve caps!! I usually deal with Sal at Allen Tire. He has been caring for my rides for years and is very honest. They do a great job with all tire replacement and light service work on autos. I have been getting all my tires there (and I get the road hazard option) which has been a life saver many times. Im not sure what it is about the Palm Springs area, but tires pick up the strangest debris here. If you want peace of mind, go see Sal, he will take good care of you. Seriously.

Amazing service and prices and front desk Manager, Salvador is fantastic. Two times there and both were 5 star. Had original tires on my Infinity and had a nail. Dealer does not repair tires but gave me price to replace 4 tires, which I needed to do, but was not ready. Went to another major brand tire company and stood in line and finally spoke to someone that refused to repair the tire and would only sell new tires. Went to Allen and met Salvador and he had the tire quickly repaired. 2 weeks later I was ready to buy tires and went back to Salvador who gave me great prices and four new tires.Last week needed brake pads. Today could have easily taken a turn for the worse when we discovered that new tires will be a necessity. Me, without warning and no sleep, had been tasked with the job of locating new tires for our car ASAP. Assuming that everything was standard on our recently purchased Hyundai, I began researching replacements for 17 tires. I called Allen Tire Co. and Salvador had the tires in stock. He gave me a reasonable quote, so Im on my way to the shop. Within a few minutes the car is on the rack and it was discovered that the rims are 16 inches not 17 inches! I really screwed myself here, right? Not at all, they also had the 16 tires I wanted in stock and ended up being quoted almost $100 less! Im out the door in about an hour and the car felt amazing on the road. Yes indeed, The guys at Allen Tire Company are the best!

Alans tire was great to work with. Although they didnt have to, they pulled quite a few strings to get my truck fixed and ready to go very quickly. The price was very fair and they care was great. I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but these guys deserved it.

Manager was very helpful and honest. I brought my car in because of the pressure warning coming on repeatedly. All it took was tire patching for $25. Everything was fine within an hour. A text was sent out to notify me the job was finished.

I have been a customer for over 6 years. Sometimes my problem is a small one, a slow leak that was caused by a nail, and sometimes i needed to replace all four tires. Each problem was quickly addressed and I was given options and advice, not pressure to buy or buy up. Ive had an issue that was fixed at no charge. Really like bringing my business here. The prices are competitive, even with Costco. Very nice people too.

Excellent facility, east coast family leaving PS on a Tuesday morning headed to LA, and got a flat due to a road hazard, three other shops could not get the tire I needed on short notice, Allen Tire ordered for me even though they were not sure I would still come in, made the 3 mile drive in on the donut, went and grabbed lunch we did some shopping and then came back to Allen and they were just about ready and had us on the road before 330, a little earlier than they estimated, price was reasonable also and about 80 dollars cheaper than what the GM dealership charged me for the same tire months earlier.

I LOVE these guys. They actually pay attention to the customer, they do their work fast, and do it well.Unlike so many other tire places, where you bring your car in, it is pulled into a bay, and then the staff sort of stand around talking to each other as your car sits there being ignored, at Allen Tire, the very moment your car is pulled into a bay, the staff STARTS WORKING ON IT!And their prices are lower than many other tire stores.I cannot recommend this store enough. I dont know if it is unique to this location, or if it is the nature of Allen Tire Stores in general. But if you have a tire problem in Palm Springs, well, you know where to go!

I love going to Allen tires as they are really good at what they do and they always give me great service at fair prices and they also offer other pre maintenance services as well such as brakes,master cylinder oil changes, engine oil changes, differential oil and power steering oil exchange. As well as radiator flushes and shocks and suspensions as well. I would give 5 stars but I recently had an oil change done on Thursday 5/17/ 2018 and in the mid morning on Friday I noticed that my Red 2016 Toyota Corolla S vehicle was leaking oil so I went to have it checked up by them and they had me waiting 45 minutes....was never helped so I had to reschedule for Monday 5/21/2018 so that they can inspect it and take care of it then. When I go back theyll fix it for me because Im pretty sure that its just a matter of tightening the oil plug and or the oil filter. Unfortunately for my circumstances my time, my resources, and gas are very important and valuable to me and having to run around again to get it fix is a bit of an inconvenience. But I still would not trade them for another tire company as they have been really cool in taking care of my vehicles over the past 10 years. Went in for a couple new tires & one wheel, and an alignment. Sal explained all the options, including his recommendation, and worked within my budget. My car needs front end work before doing an alignment, but I cant afford that now, and they didnt try to charge me for an alignment that wouldnt have done any good given the condition of the car. Good, honest service, as always.

While visiting relatives in palm springs our truck had a tire fail. Even though it was late in day everyone went out of their way to get us back on the road. Saved our vacation, excellent friendly service.

I took my Lexus RX 350 to Allen Tire Store because it was the closest to my home; the tire pressure idiot light activated and one tire had low pressure. The Allen team topped up the air pressure on that tire, found no nail, screw or leak, and then reset the tire pressure idiot light--all on a Saturday morning while I waited 20 minutes. And no charge. Allen Tire Company is the best!

Every time Ive needed tire service or new tires the customer service has been excellent. One time they even ordered a special tire I needed that was not a part of their system and they had it delivered to my car dealership and they made no money on the transaction. I will be going there for my next set of tires which is coming up soon!

I have been using Allen Tire in Palm Springs for tires for awhile now. T had been comparing prices with Americas tire where I was always frustrated with how long it took even with an apt. Allen Tire was within a few dollars of the other company and the service was so superior I will never go back. I sent a friend over who had a tire problem with a low pressure light. On reviews I read I said to go here. He was in and out in 30 minutes. he was very happy!I took my Lincoln Mark VIII for a brake issue, and they found it to a simpler matter than I imagined, saving me a lot of money. It also came back without a squeak that was irritating me! Coincidence perhaps, but a good one. So many garages I worry about my cars coming back set up for another problem....just the opposite here.So I picked up the Lincoln and dropped off the Miata for an oil change. The prices are clearly stated (and reasonable!) with no up sale tactics like CrappyLube.Ill be back AND I have recommended Allen Tire to others already.

Sorry maybe others have good luck but Im not gonna leave a positive review when I got ripped off. When I had my car worked on I was told I can come back anytime and get an alignment 2 times. Was never told of a date or year or anything. It was a flat two uses. The reason I remember this was because after the work was done I had to have a bearing replaced and was trying to avoid using the one out of two right after having it aligned. So I saved them until later.I just came down to have it done as Im moving out of state and the alignment is still off. My car was parked for 7 months never driven never used. So their first alignment was used for about 2 months. The rest of the time the car was parked on and off after the first work then the seven months straight.Well now I was told I had a one year alignment that expired 4 days ago. It would be $80 for a one time alignment or $109 for another 1 year policy. Of course I just said I was moving. No offer of a discount nothing. Just stood there silent. I could tell he wasnt wanting to do anything but his conscious was clearly there.So Happy birthday I guess $110 for nothing. I never got one alignment under the policy and because it expired May 1st and Im here may 5th they wont help.So yea Im pretty pissed off about it. And yea I guess I have to take partial respon unity for listening to what was said and not reading the papers so Ill add a star for that and Ill add a star for the guys in the shop. But policy thats 3 stars off.Just know everything here is black and white no matter what you paid. If your policy expires a day before you ever try using it they wont budge. Id rather go somewhere that would at least knock a few bucks off for never using it and being given wrong information.

Ordered desired tires and made installation appointment on internet. Received call day before appt confirming tires in stock. Arrived on time and was immediately serviced. Comfortable, clean waiting room. Pleasant, efficient service. And to top it off, the tire prices were the same as the big box stores, only those hectic, impersonal places have complex issues with service and timeliness. I will make it simple and easy on myself from now on as I will use Allen exclusively for my tire needs.

Discovered Allen Tire in the previous century when Sal, the manager, bailed me out of my leakage issue while 450 miles from home. Moved to PS in 08 and had a repeat occurrence; Sal was still the mgr. and had me on his computer screen before I came through the door. Zip, snap, done; and I didnt even have to use the credit card!And, if that wasnt enough to make me a FFL (fan for life), while waiting for my 4 new tires to me mounted, he gave me the TV remote in case I didnt like the channel they had airing in the waiting area. Youd think someone whispered customer service in their ear. No, I think it is pride in their workmanship and product.Thanks Sal, and the guys.
