Genesis of Palm Springs had a large selection of vehicles, finding the exact vehicle (color, both interior and exterior) and options Ive been planning on purchasing for almost a full year.The sales team was pleasant, as my salesman, Steve, made me comfortable by interjecting humor and pleasant conversations during the buying process.Todd gave me a fair trade for my preowned vehicle and there was absolutely no hassle in getting to a price that I was agreeable to paying. Gary provided a great loan rate that swayed me to finance a small portion of the balanced owed rather than using my cash. We decided to go check out the new 2022 GV70 SUV. David Fleig was our salesman. Not only was he super knowledgeable of all the technology he was just a super great person to buy my new car from. We had the best experience from start to finish with the transaction. No hassels!!! I was an out-of-state purchaser and from the time I first contacted the dealership until I drove the new car off the lot was less than 24 hours. They had a great selection of vehicles and very reasonable pricing. The only problem I had, was that I needed several follow up phone calls before my paperwork was sent to my local DMV which happened about 2 weeks after my purchase.

Palm Springs Genesis is where I purchased my Genesis.Its the absolute Worst experience Ive ever had. The Service Manager went for a test drive and Drove my car Home 85 miles away from the Dealership. The Finance Manager no only said he was out a Road Test the admitted he was on his way home. Now I use La Quinta Dealership which is a 10 Star plus Dealership. I would recommend the Dealership to everyone I know.
