Was incredibly confused when I called. I was trying to see if they could Hone my straight edge for me. They have 3 numbers and when I called the first one an Asian guy answered the phone and just said hello. Didnt announce the business and I asked him if it was BM shaving supplys. He sounded very confused and just told me no to anything I asked him. I then proceeded to call the second number and he answered again, at this point I thought I was calling a residence with two numbers??? I asked again if this was BM shaving supplys and he sounded confused but then a lady answered and just said hello without announcing the name once again. Not the best way to answer your business phone and BTW they dont hone SE or even carry honing stones
