Sallys is a well-stocked centrally located beauty supply store in Palm Springs, California with ample parking and a variety of professional and personal hair, face, feet, body and beard products. A+ customer service with big smiles!

The Palm Springs store was very helpful. Even though they were out of one item, they called the Cathedral City store to see if they had it in stock without me even needing to ask. When I drove to the Cathedral store, the first sales person said they never carried the item. I mentioned that the Palm Springs store had just called and were told they had several in stock. Another sales person at the Cathedral City store appeared and told me they did have the items. She took me to where they were and asked How many do you want? Very helpful. Hopefully the other staff at Cathedral City will become more familiar with the stock.

Ive been a valued customer for years, and I love Sally’s in particular because they know how to take care of their clients. Was sadly disappointed this time around. Rude Employee, didn’t seem very eager to be there. This was a surprising and uncomfortable experience to say the least. I would recommend to go visit a different location if you feel that you will have any questions.

Every piece Ive gotten from this store Ive been very pleased with. Parking is a nightmare, so I suggest you go at an early time during the week. Other than that, everything is great!

I walked in, They were Really Nice Ladies, Offered to help right away, I was so glad, the young girl helped me with 2 of the most perfect wigs, fixed the hair, thats all she wrote, Looked Fantastic, SOLD and I was outta there .

Employees would not allow me to exchange items I purchased the same day from the same employee on my Sally account without a receipt, told me it was policy and were extremely rude to me, offered no help. After contacting Sally customer service they told me this is not true and I should have been able to exchange. Now I’ve spent double what I intended to and been scammed out of my money by the rude employees here.
