I wish I could remember my cashiers name. She really was on the ball. Here I thought that I really lucked out, getting the last two packages of (BOGO) Oscar Mayer bacon. She let me down gently, no, its buy 2, get one free. ON TOP OF HER STUFF. Thanks, Publix, her knowledge kept the line running quickly, and everyone was happy! (except I still have to hunt for a bacon bargain.) That was on Nov. 1st, line at the south end of the store, at about 3:30- quarter to 4 in the afternoon.

I am a 52 yr old handicapped woman and I want everyone in the neighborhood to be aware of people being unprovoked attacks. I was assaulted by a man or a woman we couldnt tell, in Publix at congress and greenbriar Dr. Palm springs. The ps Police department is reviewing the surveillance system. Funny that it did not stick around for the police to come. I just want to let everyone know that wherever you are be always aware and be very cautious of your surroundings. People are crazy.

When you order online it should be easy and convenient. Just pick up your order and go on your way. I did that today but when I went to pick up my order it wasnt ready. I tried asking the employees at the deli but noone seem to acknowledge me. One lady did asked my name but she didnt even answered back.. just kept walking.. lost my lunch time and didnt get my sandwich 😒 had to go back to work

Absolutely the freshest french bread in the area. Their sushi is always yummy. Quality and attention to their customers is their thing.

I WAS FIRST ATTENDED BY A GIRL CALLED HEIDY VERY FRIENDLY BUT THEN ANOTHER RUDE GIRL, I DIDNT LOOK AT THE NAME AND THE WORST IS THAT SHE IS BILINGUAL, IT MEANS THAT IT IS THE ONE WHO HAS THE MOST POSSIBLE TO HELP

Me and my husband went there to get a sub right at lunch time and they were quick and fast they have four people making subs instead of just 2 like normal Publix. they did a great job!! that was my first time being there so I was very happy with the service!

This publix is ok it has very limit stuff. I like it because is close to home and is clean, however, is missing items that I normally buy. Than have to go to another publix or wal mart.

Jay made me a killer roast beef sandwich and Renee at the deli is always helpful and pleasant.

I went to buy the bourbon sauce to marinate chicken in and they didnt have it. They also didnt have my bone marrow bones. But I did not ask the butcher he may have had some in the back.

I love Publix where shopping is a definitely a pleasure. The quality of their products and food is just impeccable. I am very very very adamant about excellent customer service and that Publix stores do have they go in over and Beyond. I will continue to be a customer of Publix.

Pharmacy sucks. They always send the notification saying meds are ready when you get there do an hour line because is always busy they tell to come back tomorrow. Everytime doctor send something for my mother is the same thing. They dont wanna pick the phone up either. Pharmacy is poor in that store. Only ones taking the job serious is the pharmacist, most of the techs think is a joke being working with peoples health there.

Returning movies to Redbox and did a quick run for a few things. I noticed 7-Up products were on sale, BOGO, . Picked up 2 ginger ale and a couple of other items, paid and left. Got to the car and checked my receipt as it didnt feel right. I was charged for both sodas. Had to go back in, wait in line at the service desk, follow the woman to the soda aisle and prove they were both 7-up products. For the sake of time I just took 2 more for free. It was a hastle and wasted time unnecessarily. I really hate shopping at Publix, especially after having worked at one for 4 years. Think Ill rent my movies at Winn Dixie or Walmart from now on. Publix is just too expensive with no increased value or service, not like it used to be!

I made a late night grocery run. I chose this Publix because its closest to my house and because they have excellent customer service. I arrived about 45 minutes prior to closing. During that time I had to make a stop in the restrooms which were clean and I also had to make a transaction at the front desk. I also ordered a couple of subs for dinner. At no time during my shopping did I feel rushed by anyone. The parking lot was clean and did not have any shopping carts left abandoned. I was most impressed by the Associates in the deli department. Even though they had a lot of cleaning to do and it was close to closing time they did not rush me at all. In fact everyone back there behind the deli counter were very friendly and talkative I had a nice conversation with a few of the deli Associates. There was no line at the checkout and the cashier was very friendly in fact I needed to purchase a roll of nickels which she didnt have. Instead of leaving it at that she spoke to another cashier in a different Lane and asked her if she had a roll of nickels that I could purchase which she did and Im very grateful for. All in all it was a very pleasant trip. I think the only reason they didnt earn five stars was because many of the shelves in the aisles were still a little unorganized. I definitely intend to return to this Publix not only because of the fact that is close to my home but also because of the amazing customer service that I experience every time I come to this location I highly recommend this Publix to everyone.

The Deli is sub par at best. Called in an order the person answering sounded like a teenage boy who could not get an order right after 3 tries repeating the same order. Then talked to the manager who laughed on the phone about their employees disrespect and inability to take an order. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service

I was very pleased with the lady at the bakery this morning. I called to see if there was a birthday cake with whipped topping made and she took the time to check and was very nice and had it ready when I picked it up. It made my daughters day thank you for your kindness.

Defy was a great time we had a 90 minute session! There were ropes foam pits, Dodgeville, basketball, ninja course, trapeze and swing. They do have a snack bar available and lockers for shoes and belongings. Parents that want to observe get an observer bracelett so they dont have to jump. Tines are blocked off by bracelets so you just have to listen for your colored bracelett to be called! We had a great time and might go again soon!

The place and all employees are great.Great customer service.Im disable and I use your electric carts I shope the store about 3 times a week for grocerys or the pharmacyI have to shop small order so I can carry it to the house.My problem is that the carts battery are very weak even if the battery read full they run out of power have way my shopping.

Really impressed with this neighborhood market. Despite the smaller selection it had almost every thing I needed. Worth it if you are in a hurry or just dont like shopping.

This is probably the worst publix deli I have been to,they dont know how to work efficiently or in a team setting there has been multiple occasions where the employees find it more appropriate to argue with each other then it is to help the customer.please fix this because everything elts about this store is amazing and I go to this store every day .

Everything I need on my grocery list was here. The meats section was well stocked. The produce were in abundance and the bakery goods looked so yummy I ended up buying some chicken croquettes. I stopped by the Pharmacy for a flu shot and was told they only had the shots for ages 65 and older and the shots for my age would be in this afternoon. The young woman was very helpful by giving me the form to take home which saves time when I get back. Checking out was a breeze. No waiting! I do want to thank the male employee Pat who helped me when I was struggling with my bags to put in my grocery tote on wheels (not all of us have a car). Also this store is right behind a bus stop for those who depend on public transportation. I would of given 5 stars but the big guy at the entrance was a little rude. But the store and bathroom was very clean, shelves well stocked and end caps well maintained. Also advised manager I was taking pictures in the store and he had no problem with it.

An oddly small Publix, but still a good selection.

This is the worst Publix. It’s constantly picked over, the produce is consistently awful. A few weeks ago we ordered subs online and they told my husband when he went to pick up that that were out of Italian subs. Seriously.. you’ve got to be kidding me. Go slice more meat like every other Publix does! Why are they STILL out of paper products and limiting customers to 1 single roll of paper towels?! Shopping is NOT a pleasure here. I will drive out of my way to avoid this horrible location.

This is by far the best Publix I have ever been to. Imagine two days before Thanksgiving, you’ve worked a double and your mom gives you a list of groceries she wants for Thanksgiving. Ok cool, well your daughter wants to go to GameStop, so you go.... they were closed!!!! You look around and BOOM!!! There’s a Publix, awesome you can work on the grocery list your mom gave you. Well let me tell you when I walk into this Publix it was clean and organized, everything I needed was on display or very easy to find, normally it takes me a hour at my Publix and it only took me 30 minutes. It was amazing 🤩 I didn’t have to search for anything, everything was well stocked. I have no complaints. Thanks guys for making my life so easy that Tuesday night!!!

They need new help in deli everyone always seem to not want to work or avoid helping one another . Online ordering is terrible they are never on time and or are always sitting on the counter behind them while everyone is passing them . Again they dont seem to even want to work . Ive never seen this in a publix in my life. Very sad ..

Publix is the grocery and pharmacy in Palm beach and it has all you need. Pricey a bit for instance 2 or 3 avocado for $5 compared to NYC 4 or 5 for $5.

I’ve been shopping at this Publix for past three years but lately they have been out of everything I’m there for. Also the deli don’t know how to slice thin cut, I ask them to cut it thin and it still is medium cut. It keeps happening every single time. I believe they need more training.

Publix is always at the top of the list for me when shopping.

I detest this store with a passion, I usually shop at a different branch which is near my job and is my favorite place to go however, this branch is the worst theyve never have enough stock, they do not enforce the mask mandate at all. Management is a joke.

It was a nice shopping experience until checkout when overheard two employees that were apparently vacuuming a rug by the shelving for pickup orders talking and I heard them throw a few f-bombs apparently talking about Home Depot and whatever else. I was in there at about 10:30 is when I left. That makes for shopping isnt a pleasure.

Great service in the seafood department. Theres always something new available. The store is never crowded and well stocked. I am always in and out in record time because there is hardly ever a line at check out.

I go to this publix often and during the day its employees are very organized and polite. But I have ordered online subs at night and 6 and 7 times they havent prepared it and ignored the order. Every single time I have complained to the manager but there is no change. Very lazy employees at night and very disappointed at publix.

Katherine the bald manager woman is terrible and so is Michelle very bad customer service . Katherine didn’t care that my order of chicken was incorrect and Michelle provided bad service on register on a different visit there.
