Im very pleased with the attention and the detail and the precision and the concern for pricing as well as the concern for dealing with a home owners association and following through with the rules and regulations.Have been especially pleased with the extreme care in detail done by Michael who measured and explain how all of the different transitions would be done and executed to provide a great result.

Flooring Innovations in Cat City recently completed a carpet and tile installation in my home and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. The salesperson was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable in directing me towards the best solution (while still looking very contemporary) and the installers were professional and completely cleaned up after themselves. Excellent service - courteous and efficient. I had flooring, baseboard moldings, and kitchen backsplash done, and results were impeccable. Dino and Jamie so easy to work with for the logistics, and the craftsmen were all meticulous in their work. Cleanup at the end of the day was also careful.

Good News and Some Really Bad! We recently purchased a townhome in Palm Springs. We soon discovered that there wasnt a lot of carpet stores in the area. We stopped buy Flooring Innovations and the salesman told us that this particular store was moving and they had some special deals on some good quality carpet. Well, it WAS a good deal (that part was true) but the problem was they called a couple weeks later (after we completely paid for it) and told us that they didnt have all of the carpet that we paid for. Their excuse was ridiculous but they did have some of the carpet so we had 2 of our 3 room installed. Their installers were on time and very good but we never could figure out why it took them TWO WEEKS to tell us that they didnt have some of the carpet that we ordered. OK, so we ordered some other carpet for our one remaining room but they messed up AGAIN! This time the same salesman forgot to order it and so we finally just canceled our order with them and dealt with the other major carpet company in town. WOW! What a mess! We got a Great Deal on the surplus carpet but the whole process took 5 weeks and a lot of frustration.

Love the carpet. The installers did a great job. Customer service was frustrating. I had to call back on each question due to lack of response from my sales person. I never got a call back on anything. I always had to call a second time.

I purchased Stainmaster Power Point Platinum carpet and Stainmaster Supreme pads for my Casita and Master Bedroom and could not be happier. My salesman, Dino, answered all of my questions promptly. The installers did a first class job. When friends see my carpet, they all say I love your carpet. I love it too. Flooring Innovations is a class act!
