Two years ago my phone had problems & I took it into this Palm Springs store. The manager helped me - helped me by selling me a new, expensive package. I was told my phone could not be fixed yet it turned on a few months later. I was not told about any senior plan. That manager is not delivering what the customers need.

The best experience ever with getting a new cell phone! Omar and Xavier took care of us! We really hate going to get new phones. It’s like getting a new car lots of paperwork, time and usually bad service. NOT here! Excellent service all my questions answered even the next when I had a question - got my answer quickly! These guys know the phones, plans and cases. Really great experience

Visiting from NJ, my daughter was having an issue with her cell phone. Went into this location and found Omar who was more than willing to help. He had her phone working correctly in minutes. Omar is an exceptional employee and Verizon is lucky to have him working for them.

My wife was have connection issues with her phone. I purchased the phone online straight from Verizon and set up the unit myself. She started having internet connection problems. We walk in to the store and Omar greeted us with a smile. Even though we didnt buy the phone from the store he was super helpful and answered every question we had and explained the problem to us. He was able to fix the phone and told us if we still had any issues to come back and he would be happy to help. He had excellent customer service skills. :)

Talk about customer service, can you say Yoav? Typically, buying a phone shouldnt be that complicated. However, my situation had become a bit of a complication but no need to bore you with the details. I called GoWireless and spoke with Yoav who listened to my story. Yoav scheduled me for a 3:30 appointment and was clear about his time frames. I was on time and so was Yoav - 3:30 on the dot! As he reviewed my situation, Yoav was able to sense my frustration and took action. Yoav was able to clearly explain next steps and began working on resolving the issue. As I waited, I was impressed at the way Yoav was able to help other customers - some had appointments others did not. Nonetheless, Yoav was able to take care of several customers in an organized, professional, knowledgeable manner! Yoav was cognizant of where all his customers were in their process of resolving their phone issues. Yoav would go from one customer to the next without losing a beat. Yoav remained pleasant, helpful and professional. Due to how Yoav worked the room, all of his customers remained calm and appeared to be satisfied with his service. I vote that Yoav get a raise! Shhhhh...can we keep him a secret?

Needed sim card for my new phone. Sim card from my old phone was too big. They replaced the Sim card and then made sure phone was working as it should. Great customer service!

USCellular customer for 18 yrs, decided to go to highly recommended Verizon. Signing in on clipboard and waiting 35 minutes for assistance while service folk talked away on their phone behind the counter, another laughed and socialized for quite some time with 2 attractive gals. Just not accustomed to this type of (non) service.

I needed to upgrade and replace my iPhone during the pandemic in April. Online orders from Verizon currently would take 5-7 days and would likely demand phone calls for support. Instead it took less than an hour to walk out of the store with a working iPhone. The employees were careful observing social distancing, and I was comfortable in a clean environment. I thank Dan for being patient and professional. Customers should definitely enjoy shopping in person with a friendly salesperson at this Palm Springs retail store.

I got a new Galaxy 20+ phone and I am pretty low tech. Hailey was GREAT! She set it up, transfered info and data and was very patient. She is a friendly, knowledgeable employee and I think she is a wonderful asset for Verizon.

Good location, and service. Seems to be a pretty quiet spot so you shouldnt have too much of an issue to get service. Pretty organized and a lot of choices. Even though its in a central location its a tourist spot so not a lot of people heading in there.

I broke the glass on my Sprint phone while vacationing from Denver in Palm Springs. This Verizon store was the first place I came across so I stopped in to see if they sold a cover. although they didnt they came up with a quick solution of a film cover from a new phone so I wouldnt cut my finger on the shattered glass. No need for them to help but they went out of their way to accommodate me! Great Customer Service!

Oscars the man!! I was vacationing when phone died due to the APPLE battery fiasco. Time did not allow for me to make an appointment with the APPLE facility so I opted to exercise my available upgrade option for a new phone. Oscar was very accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and fun.

My friend broke her phone during our trip. We went into this store with the intention of getting her set up with a new phone and new plan. The store representative was extremely rude and short with her. She was degrading and wouldnt help us figure out the plan options. She told my friend that if she wanted to buy an iPhone upfront it would cost $1,000, at which point I turned to my friend and said that it wouldnt be close to $1,000 because I know that the Apple Store has them for $650. The clerk proceeded to roll her eyes at me and insist that my friend wouldnt be able to find an iPhone for that price. She kept trying to talk my friend out of plans and phones, at one point saying it would just be too hard for my friend to get released from her parents plan. I know that to be untrue because I went though this process less than a year ago and it was relatively simple. We walked out of the store with no phone and no plan because of this ladys horrible customer service. Go spend your money somewhere else!

Guy tried hard to help but clearly didn’t really know what he was doing and we didn’t get the service we had paid for. The next day we returned for a refund which was much harder than it should have been, although to be fair we did get a full refund.

Went to buy a new phone from them I got a better deal from Costco

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer since the 90s, and I am very unhappy with the level of service that this third party store gives. Turns out they arent even a Verizon Store - just an authorized dealer. The people that work in this store need to take classes on customer service. Unless you are standing right in front of them, and that could take up to 1/2 hour or longer ... they are totally unwilling to help you. Even when you go to the store, you should feel lucky if they happen to notice you if they are with another customer. I called today, they put me on hold because they were totally unwilling to help me - even tho when I am in the store, they leave me to help someone else on the phone - and then about 2 minutes into my hold, picked up the phone and just hung up on me! When I call back, I get their answering service. This is not my first bad experience with this store either. Im done going back. Verizon should shop this third party store, to see what a train wreck it is.

Went to the store to get help with my new I Phone 8 Plus - Richard was so helpful. I am tech phobic and his reassurance made my experience much less stressful. Though he was unable to resolve my issues, I really appreciated the effort.

Too much trouble. They dont tell you that ALL accessories are final sale as well as it costing 25% more than other actual Verizon stores. I went in, needing just a cheap charger for my phone to get by at work. The associate picked a charger off the wall. And even after inquiring about the price, they assured me it was cheap, yet they charged me $40 for a $30 accessory. Was I able to return it right then and there? Of course not, because it wasnt until after I asked about a return did they inform me that all accessories are final sale. Dont go to this store, unless you want to buy overpriced merchandise from uninformative and unhelpful employees.

Went in to get new phones for my wife and I. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They set up our new phones and made sure that everything transfered over.While we were in there we saw a lot of customers come in with questions like how do I work my camera? How do I reset my voice mail password? Hpw do i file an insurance claim? Etc. They handled every customers question well and showed everyone how to fix their problems.Well done guys!

I was on vacation and unexpectedly had to replace my phone. I visited this store and worked with Vanessa M. I have to say in all of my years this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a supposed sales person. No customer relations skills whatsoever. She was rude and extremely unhelpful. I felt like I was putting her out to ask for some help. I actually left and was desperate enough to walk back in. As a sales manager responsible for over 100 employees, I know a slacker when I see one. Do yourself a favor and dont visit this store. There are too many other choices for cell service today to have to put up with this type of attitude and service. I will be changing my account to another carrier.

Caveat Emptor--Let the Buyer Beware.I thought my phone was dead and took it to the store. The salesman, Sal, was friendly and pressed a few buttons and then said that there was no cure for most iPhone phone problems since the battery was not accessible. He sold us a new phone. Then a friend took the old dead phone and simply pressed and held the home and on/off button for a minute and the phone rebooted and returned to life. (Duh! I feel so dumb.) The salesman obviously knew how to do this, but wanted to sell a new phone. When we went back to the store he said iPhones were not returnable, which was also false. Avoid this store or at least dont be fooled by their false friendliness. It is worth finding a corporate office.

Worst Verizon store. The service is horrible. The staff were females who are completely rude, lazy and completely unknowledgable about phones, tablets or anything they offer in their store. The staff seems to behave as though they finally found a job where they do nothing but sit, eat and read magazines all day. Do yourself a great favor and do not bother going to this store. You will not get anything you came for, these women will remain glued to their chairs and Facebook apps.
