It was both sad and disgusting to see so many masked faces.....mandates are not laws people, and theres plenty of scientific evidence to show that masks do nothing to slow the spread of viruses. The store itself seemed pretty decent and clean, but the enforcement of idiocy is ridiculous. Good thing Im just visiting, because I wont be coming back.FYI, those masks that youre enforcing just end up as litter in your parking lot. Cant be good for the environment...just saying.

This trip I wanted to return an item to Customer Service (that I had bought on line), and was very impressed with how easy the transaction was. The staff was friendly and there was no line.Each time I visit I notice new services like curbside pick-up and in-store pick-up stations.

I was helped today by Ivan, a store Associate. I needed a carrier for my cat and he accompanied me to the pet department and took the time to show me how and even assembled a carrier for me!! Great customer service Ivan!! Thank you so much for your help!!

What is the point of locking items up if no one ever comes when they are needed? Hardly ever any registers open. Always long lines. Terrible service. Just a dread coming here.

Great for pick up orders through online ordering. Like getting my groceries this way. The app is very proficient. In-store shopping is ok. Poor customer service. Employees need to learn the layout of store better and have more information in the whereabouts of items.

Ive shopped here since it opened. The AC on the non-food side of the store hasnt worked well for at least 6 years. I believe this failure represents a lack of respect by WMs big bosses for their employees and customers in our area. Currently, with all the retail shortages we are experiencing, it just looks messy. The displays (mostly clothes) at the front look okay, but go back a few layers and the visuals are depressingly chaotic. Its hard to describe. I see open spaces punctuated by carelessly organized stock, and tags everywhere, providing data on merchandise that moved on long ago. I think other stores are making more of an effort to keep it together. I shop here to save a few bucks and for items not carried elsewhere. I must say that the workers here have been consistently helpful and pleasant, even warm, and I appreciate their efforts.

Went in to look for a shed.Didnt have any.I asked if they could help me on line. No we dont do this here. Very lazy. Not much customer service anymore....

Best place in the area to go for almost anything you need. Staff is welcoming and there are many mini shops inside the store as well. Parking is plentiful and is easy to go in and out quickly thanks to their many cashiers and optional sel-checkout lines.

Its a fine Walmart and they had some great sales on Spam for about $3.30 per can and Vienna Sausage for only $0.50 per can. The store also seems to have some good security in the parking lot, which was nice to see. Store people were courteous and they scan every receipt to verify it has the correct products. Store was clean and tidy. The only odd thing was that the overhead lights flickered on and off several times, that made me think the store was closing, but it wasnt.

No one picks up the phone when a customer calls. Waiting 30 minutes is just ridiculous and still no one picked up.

The workers are doing the best they can and we customers see that. The only issue is that some of the isles are somewhat empty with no product on the shelves

I had an appointment that I made online this morning, I had the option of going to the store today at 3 pm since the tires were in stock, when I arrived with the person who attended me he told me that they were not ready that I had to wait 1 or 2 days after buying them, I told him that I had received a confirmation that everything was ready for the appointment at 3 pm, but I think he was upset because I made the appointment and bought them that same day, I only chose the closest option What appeared to me, if the dating system has a problem, I dont think its my fault, another person who was present told me to give him the tire measurements and told me that if they were in stock and that he would train me so that they could put them for me, I understand That stress or pressure cause a bad mood but it is not the way or it is better to change to another type of work, last week I was also there and apparently they need workers because the register is left alone and the technicians are busy: ( Thank You To K. he found my order

Groceries section is almost always sold out of a couple of things on my shopping list. It’s also usually VERY busy. I miss when it was open 24/7, then I could shop In the middle of the night to avoid the crowd. Pickup service is pretty awesome. Do all your shopping at home. Then all you have to do is pull into one of the parking spots designated for pickup and they do they rest, including loading it into your trunk/tailgate.

Very crowded, very disorganized stocking, many many items are not on the shelves. I understand this is not necessarily their fault. Just saying if youre after something specific and you can wait a day or two you would be better off to order it online

They follow me around the store and act as if I am going to steal. Because I am skinny and white they think Im gonna rip them off. Like i would take a chance with my freedom at that store.

It’s a really great store. I love the prices. The employees are always very helpful and nice. I especially love the McDonald’s inside the store. I am a happy customer 🙂

Dirty, Pharmacy has to little help. Iong wait times. I wanted for 1hr. to get a flu shot. Didnt get it and I had to leave.

I have gone there a few times and it never fails that whatever I go there to buy, it is locked up in a case. I press the button, no one ever comes or I have to ask 5 different employees if they can unlock the case because I would like to buy a bag of razors to shave. and usually the first four say its not their department, they dont have a key, or they will call someone to come open it. They do call and 10 minutes later an employee with attitude comes and says, what do you want? That is of course, if I stick around that long. I think they lose more business than the amount of theft that goes on there. I think to they should invest in cameras down each aisle like Home Depot or Lowes has which are huge deterrents to stealing. Having employees stopping necessary work to walk around the store to unlock cases cannot be productive and a huge waste of man hours. How long does it take that employee to resume his duties prior to that intercom call? How many other employees does he or she interrupt and chat with during his or her excursion. Invest in technology, save yourself and your customers a lot of grief.

Been going there for years. I dont like being checked out as I leave but I take it in stride because theres alot of shady people around there. Lots of theft Im sure and the police dont help much.

A terrible store. On a busy Saturday two check outside open and long lines at self check out (about 12 min line). Staff standing around talking to each other. Looking like theyre doing nothing. Prices going up a lot less cashiers and as always unhappy appearing workers. Target much better store for service.

Just what youve come to expect from Walmart, huge selection and great prices. The produce is fresh and well priced and the grocery selection is extensive.

As a deaf senior lady on cashier line. Behind the dangerous black guy with his Hispanic tattooed gal threatened me over 6ft apart carts. The manager was on their side. The elder cashier explained it was necessary...they ignored. Another male manager protected me . Their cart was 12 inches from me ! The managers were afraid of them....i will call police next time. No respect for seniors. Shame

And go to Walmart for so many things five stars because whatever I need they seem to have

This is a huge Walmart but I was able to find friendly and helpful staff when I couldnt find items. It has a grocery side and then the regular Walmart stuff. The prices were good. My only issue is the store was 100% out of bags to bag up customers items. They were just about out if the very large $1.99 tote bags That they also sale. This was terrible seeing how customers had carts full of groceries and other household items. I found this to be unexceptable.

So I bought several pounds of sweet potatoes marked at .98 per pound. They rang out at $1.18. I went to customer service to just let them know. There was no one on line and 2 employees behind the desk yakking. I was ignored. A third employee came over and joined the first two and I was still ignored. Finally I said excuse me and the third said yeah?I told her that I merely wanted to inform her of the price difference on my sweet potatoes because it wasnt right. She just said OkNo wonder Walmart gets such a bad rap. So many employees standing around doing nothing instead of trying to improve service and their reputation.Just bad...

It was great but a lot of times they dont have enough electric carts for handicapped people. A lot of times Ive been there and Ive had to wait probably about 30 minutes for a car or for somebody to finished shopping with one. Also my mom is 81 years old and shes been there before and they dont help her or make sure she gets all of her bags we were just there the other day and she bought a big bag of chicken nuggets she paid for them but they did not make sure and put it in her cart or make sure she got everything on the bag area

The young woman working Money Services on 8/2/21 around 930am was very rude. She took her time assisting the customers ahead of me. When it was my turn she left her station before I could walk up without saying a word. When she returned- she offered no apology for the wait- did not greet me in any friendly customer service type of way- and made me feel like I was an inconvenience TO HER. I attempted to call the store from the parking lot to speak with a MGR but No Answer. No manager listed on my receipt- thus resulting in this online review. I will be forwarding this experience to the Corporate Offices.

Never fells when you need something in lock cabinet and no one responds. This place is notorious for this. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office twice before. The only positive thing is the woman at self checkout made two overhead pages for me and apologized for the no one responding. It 10 at night and less 75 people in the store. Thanks Walmart. This Walmart is one of the best I have been to as everything is just well organized in their own sections and service is fast as the lines arent too bad. Everything overall went well the times that I have gone and Id definitely come back and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The cash resister ladies at the self check out was very helpful and friendly and the line was moveing some what quickly!

I am able to shop at other grocery stores, if I can pay just alittle bit less for the same product I will in a heart beat...Thats a no brainer...Walmart is right across the street from me, why not shop close to home when I am handicapped. It makes for a better day, and less pain...Walmart is always clean, neat, wonderful employees, you ask a question they are right there to help you, you just have to be able to walk as fast as the employee when he or she is taking you to where you need to go...One very interesting find with Walmart, there fruit and veggies, salads, pastries are always fresh because there is a great turn over from the many shoppers that shop at Walmart...I do buy some clothes from there, night gowns etc...Wal-Mart does put the saving right to the shoppers...

Long line for returns with only 1 worker in customer service. It took over 1/2 hour to return my item. Store was hot as if the a/c was turned off. It was as if they dont care about their customers. Thank you for asking.

Money serivce a bit rude cashed my checks a number of times here before but since my check didnt say jr they denied my check so needless to say I wasnt able to take care of any busines the greeters were on there game nice helpful and had a mask for you just in case overall not bad experience

So, I decided to give them an opportunity by using their pick up/delivery service WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I am so upset over the experience I had with Walmart/Dash door experience that I just want to throw up.I place an order online at 6am with a confirmation for delivery at 11amAt 11:39 Yvonne from Dash door left an order at my door after I specifically requested my signature upon delivery. Yvonne for the 2nd time she left somebody’s order instead of mine.I immediately called their customer service trying to fix the problem. Unfortunately, Cheap Walmart uses an outsource call center in Guatemala so, good luck trying to communicate with themIn the mentioned call center I spoke to Fernanda, Carmen, Julio, Luis, Mario and someone who pretended to be a supervisor.The only way they can resolved the problem is by refunding your money but, the Walmart and the banks takes up to 7 days to processed.Good luck getting help from the local store.Cut my story short, I never got my order delivered neither my money. If you have more money try using Ralph’s or Vons, even though they are more expensive their service it’s while worth it. STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE WALMART SERVICE BELIVE ME ITS A LIVING NIGHTMARE. Horrible Customer Service! Dont go! Run away! We waited in the return line since 6:30pm. Every employee that passed by did nothing to actually help us, didnt even look at us, saying that they dont do returns! A line started to form, still no one can help us return our item, all of the employees saying they should be back soon. We had to ask 4 people just to get the service manager who was hiding in her locked room. The teenage manager finally came out and told us it closes at 7, when clearly we have all been there since then. She wouldnt even look at the 10 cameras in the room for proof. Dont even waste your time!

I dont know why I continue to occasionally shop at this store. Ive lived in many cities across the nation but Ive never encountered such a bad Walmart. Its been horrible for many years on a constant basis. Always out of stock on most needed items. This is why its called the Cuban Walmart, the shelves are bare of needed items.Today they were out of stock on all 3 items I needed. Thought Id check out the clearance section. Half of items had no pricing. The clearance item I could use had no price so I took a chance but when I got to the check-out it was at regular price. So they had at least 50 of these items moved to clearance but did not change the price.Oh, and they took away the self-serve cart sanitizing station while we are still in a pandemic!

Palm Springs CA... selection of goods was sufficient but the cleanliness was horrid. I have never used the restroom in a place and felt dirtier coming out. The sales floor was mostly kept and items in their correct place

Customer service is horrible I asked for a specific item and it wasnt on the shelf and instead of going and looking for it like they said they would I caught the employee texting then when they came back they said the item was unavailable but they didnt even look for it. I would drive out of my way to go to a different Walmart before I come here again.

I frequent this Walmart as it is the closest one to me. I have had two different, older, employees that are working electronics that have the worst attitudes and customer service. They act like they hate theyre jobs and that I should know better than to ask for product early in the morning when they open. If you need good customer service from his Walmarts electronics, wait until you see a young man Isaac. He knows what hes doing and is very nice and will help customers with a smile.

Great Place. The Coustermer Service is always great at the Mickie Ds and they now have Icee Coke. To who ever sees this, If you need a cart runner nights, weekends holidays, more part time then full. Let me know.

Absolutely annoyed with this location! I used there pick up service about 9 months ago and it was a horrible experience! I waited over 3 hrs (left and returned) and they still were not ready with my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again today. I live in Morongo Valley and work closer to ps walmart so decided to use the. Instead of yucca....anyway I ordered, they sent me an email with replacements which I accepted. I picked up and drove all the way home only to unload my groceries and realize they left all the meats out....some of which i was planning on using for tonights dinner. I am attempting to call to make sure that I can pick up my items tomorrow, literally have been on the phone calling each and every single department and I just keep getting voice mails or left on hold for 20 plus minutes. Finally got through to someone at the location who claimed to be manager on duty but stated she couldnt verify if my items were available but said if receive a call back tomorrow. When asked for her name she refused to give it to me and when asked for store manager information she refused to give that to me as well.

Event: 08/20/21 at 7:00 PMAround 7:00PM tonight I went to Walmart on Ramon Road to return a package of hot dogs and was a bit surprised when the Customer Service person processed the return and then said, That department is closed so do you want me to just put it back on your card? I thought she was just being funny, but then as I walked back towards the main store entrance to head to the produce area I noticed that all of the deli display cases were completely empty.Being only 7:00 PM that seemed odd, and then I really started to look around and noticed the entire length of the chilled produce coolers all had CAUTION tape across the produce. It then hit me that there were 3 or 4 full-dress security guards roaming the Produce area and up 5 or 6 Walmart Associates spaced out in front of the produce area to prevent customers from reaching under the tape and grabbing a cucumber, with several others roaming the area.I walked on through the Produce area and headed toward the Meat area but due to more yellow tape, I was forced to walk between the cooler islands and the end of the freezer cabinet aisles. The ENTIRE meat section had CAUTION tape running the entire 200ft long refrigerated display case and half a dozen Walmart Associates were spaced out along the length of the case standing guard. I asked one of them if I could just reach in and get a package of hot dogs and she responded in a very rude, authoritarian tone by saying, Absolutely NOT!. I asked why but she wouldnt answer!I then turned and realized that all 4 freezer cabinet aisles had CAUTION tape across each end of the aisle preventing customers from shopping even though several of the cases were still stocked with frozen pizzas, French fries, frozen dinners, ice cream, etc. The cases were stocked but NONE of the frozen products could be purchased!One thing that was really, really creepy is that during my 15-20 minutes in the store I kept hearing announcements of All associates report to the meat department. It was all too weird for me so I abandoned my cart and left the store.If this was simply in response to a possible shortage of products (like the toilet paper panic) why would they take ONLY the refrigerated/chilled items to a non-customer area and not cleaners, bleach, paper products, bread, canned goods, etc.????I dont know whats going on at the Palm Springs Walmart but they seem to be preparing for something thats about to happen that will affect their frozen/chilled products. Maybe a planned power outage? Maybe something worse? Whatever it is, its something that only theyve been tipped off to and something theyve taken seriously because theyve moved all of their existing cold products to some cold storage area thats NOT meant for their customers. For anyone whos watched The Handmaids Tale, this is very similar to that flashback scene when the Gilead regime took over!

I used to love shopping at this Walmart but for the past year its been awful. They constantly closing the meat or lunch meat area for whatever reason. A lot of empty ailes, very disappointed.

This is a super duper humongous Walmart! But theres never anyone around when you need assistance... I needed help accessing one of those security cabinets with locked up goodies inside them. I pressed that little red button about 25 times over the course of roughly 10 minutes. Nothing... Eventually, I decided to walk away and give up. Funny thing is, I found the exact same product in another part of the store, with no cabinet at all! Go figure... thanks Obama

Customer service is off the charts terrible. Probably doesnt surprise anybody. It has been that way for years. Pretty sure the management of Walmart does not care.

They are aware of their competition and cannot afford to be complationt. Shoppers are the winner in this situation; enjoy it while it lasts!!!

Too many choices. I always find what I need except when the refrigerated area is off 🤨 cashiers are always helpful; rarely find floor staff. Will still go because they have everything.

The lines are always long and they never have more than two check outs open . besides the self check out. I think whom ever orders the womans cloths must really hare woman. Cause they are all ugly. Remember, once you purchase something both it and the receipt you are given are legally your personal property, so the next time someone asks to see your receipt, you have a choice whether you would like to show them or not. If you dont want to be bothered, held up, delayed or otherwise inconvenienced in any way, it is perfectly lawful acceptable to decline, regardless of the nature of the purchase (with or without bags, luxury items, 18+ items, etc.) You have a right to not be harrased, accosted or intimidated - even questioned and certainly to not be stopped or detained for doing nothing wrong. People who i have come across at Walmart these days tend to have the Its not my job attitude When a person walks through life with this kind of attitude, it shines brighter then you think. I most times end up helping myself rather than ask an associate for help. I pray that I am the only one who has grown accustomed to this environment...🙏😒

Really not happy with Walmart these days. 10 to 20 customers standing in one of two check out lanes. Cutting back is one thing but when you notice another 10 employees wandering around the store makes you think what the hell is going on. P.S. those two checkers are not happy campers either, they move as slow as possible, God forbid they need a price check.
