What was supposed to be a peaceful sunset passeggiata took a sharp turn when an overgrown rogue cactus attacked me out of nowhere, resulting in needles covering a significant portion of my extremities, including some super fine spines nestled stubbornly in my palm… not the poking I was expecting in Palm Springs! Luckily, Evelyn saved the day by helping me find the perfect pair of fine tweezers and remove the painful prickles. I was instantly healed, allowing me to comfortably grip (and rip) vodka sodas on Hunters patio mere moments later. Evelyn is a hero!!

Shout out to my corner pharmacy which has become my go to place to run in and pick up this or that. I have never encountered any of the staff to be unfriendly. The pharmacy has been helpful doing COVID testing through drive-up and a totally painless experience getting flu shot. I think the only thing I would improve is the check out lines sometimes get busy and there doesnt seem to be enough staff to jump in and help each other.

If you have an appointment for a vaccination they will not honor it. They will shrug and tell you to come back another day. Always busy, always understaffed, and always filthy. The pharmacist is arrogant and rude. Just a terrible experience, save yourself the misery and go to Rite Aid down the street for much more professional service.

Went in looking for a couple of items, found them quickly, and had a fast checkout.

Supposedly under staff. Terrible thoughtless service with the Pharmacy. CVS is too concerned about their bottom line and do not have the proper staff at the pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS. Staff is rude and does not communicate with patients well at all. I have had consistently terrible experiences trying to fill basic prescriptions here, even going so far as having to have my doctor on the line to tell them that she’d put in the script 3x and her system said that the store had received it before they would believe that I actually had a prescription to fill at all. Did not inform me that them only being able to give be half my prescription would mean that the copay would be charged twice and would be 40-60$ extra. That prescription had been in their system for a month at least and even when I would call to check if it was ready they couldn’t find it. My doctor had to call again and say that she had filed it a month prior for them to fill it. After another week I went to fill it and they informed me they STILL only had half of the quantity of my prescription. Since I was almost out I took it because a staff person said that the rest of the supply would come in the next day. 4 days later I call and they suddenly inform me that filling the rest of my prescription will cost extra and, guess what, they still don’t have it. Pulled all my medication over to the Cathedral City CVS immediately. Way better service and very clear communication already.

If you are looking for a trusted and reliable drug store, this store was the best. They assisted me right away after I told them what I needed to buy. They were speedy and courteous. Thank you!

I got helped by a teen named Jerusalem today and he was very polite and nice to me even after I had kind of an attitude because I was frustrated. I appreciate the help he gave me in trying to understand the Kodiak and then helping me with my package.

They are so rude at this pharmacy. I’ve been here twice since visiting Palm Springs, each time there was zero greeting upon my arrival to the pharmacy desk. No one even bothered to acknowledge me while standing in line and they are 2 feet in front of me.The first time I was here, my Rx was called in and they told me it would be ready in 30 min. I showed up 45 min later and when I arrived at the counter they said 20 more min. I pushed back and told them they said 30 min, 45 min ago and they got it ready within 5 min after that.Today when I arrived they told me it would be an hour. This is unacceptable and I have never had this type of experience at a CVS in San Diego where I am from.They need to get it together on their customer service. I will note there is a gal working the drive through window with fire engine red hair, who is very friendly when greeting her customers. ❤️

You have to conduct your own swab and dump your vials in a lid that EVERYBODY touches. Unsanitary if youre trying to reduce the risk of covid. Also, its been a week and I still dont have my test results back even though they said 2-4 days for the results. The attendant was nice but overall if you can get tested elsewhere I recommend it.

The pharmacy staff here are extremely rude. The entire pharmacy needs an overhaul. Matt Groves refused to serve me as a patient because my doctor’s office was closed and he couldn’t “verify” a prescription. I am a travel nurse from TN. I was treated like a drug addict by the pharmacist because I’m from out of state. My prescription is valid. I have offered to show medical records from my orthopedic visit yesterday. I offered to call the worker’s Comp insurance office. He continued to refuse. Amad Salam refused to even listen to the fact that the doctor’s office is closed today. I am disgusted. My workmen’s comp attorney’s are now pursuing the matter and as to why I was refused service at a medical establishment. Rude, unprofessional staff.

I have been visiting this pharmacy for years. There is a constant attitude of customer contempt. The wait times are always extrem because prescriptions never ready.

Representative said prescription wasnt ready and to take a seat while he checked the status. After 20 minutes I got back in line to find out what was going on. He said it still wasnt ready and walked away ... no apology ... no eye contact. I left. Once I got home I received a text saying the prescription was ready.

Understaffed. No idea of what customer service is. . Saying ‘hi’ when you come in does not cut it.

For years, this pharmacy has had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bad attitude, false promises about “ready” times, untrained staff. I’ve waited 30 minutes in the line of cars SO FAR to get one prescription. This has been going on for years, and it only gets worse. The entire staff need to be fired.

If I could give less than a star I would. I was notified by their text system that my insulin was ready to pick up. I did not initiate the med request that came from their system. But I was treated like I was the problem. The Palm Springs CVS has system problems but worse is their PR is terrible. The regular staff are nice but the professional staff has a disrespectful attitude.

TERRIBLE pharmacy. I love CVS but twice now this pharmacy has failed to fill any prescriptions even when calling ahead. Last time I needed two prescriptions filled, I went at my pick up time and there was nothing in the system, so they had me go to the drop off counter to have them filled and the girl was extremely rude as if I was the one bothering her. Then I come back in two hours, only one prescription was filled and the other one had been ignored, so I had to go back all over again later. That was three times in one day. Then today, I requested the Rx yesterday, I came an hour past the pick up time and there is nothing in the system that is ready. And I made sure to double check I was calling and using the correct location. I will never use this CVS again. I am changing all my pick up a to a CVS in Palm Desert, 30 minutes away. It is farther, but at least I only have to visit it once and receive superb service.

Large supply of snacks here. And I have no issues with the prices.

The people who work in the pharmacy are alway efficient and friendly. No problems at all. Im surprised at all the negative reviews. It certainly hasnt been my experience there at all.

Longest waits ever. The staff usually seem stressed and overworked. Today I waited for over 25 min in the drive through. Im sick so I dont want to go in. Its like this every time. :-/

They decline credit cards from out of state visitors. They tried to blame my bank, but I used my card successfully at the airport, at restaurants and even at vending machines in Palm Springs.

Corona tests take minimum 6-10 days for a result . This is not a helpful test

This place honestly has the worst service imaginable, I refuse to go back here after the past few experiences I’ve had. I’ve had an employee toss my receipt at me, I’m lucky to ever get eye contact or a word out of anyone when paying sometimes, or today while waiting in line for 10 minutes another person walked in, cut the entire line and when I stated that I was next in line I was told to “wait my turn”. The service is just flat out bad here every time I’ve come it’s never been a pleasant experience. I will not spend my money here any longer. I went to pick up my Rx and was told that their only pharmacist went to lunch at 10:45am and he would not give me my Rx until the pharmacist returns from lunch. I know it is their policy but you would think they would have a back up pharmacist to cover the pharmacy.

Employees arent familiar with transfer function in app. Pharmacy does not get transfer requests however youll received a confirmation email stating that the prescription will be ready in 4 hours. Employees have argued that the transfer function in the app doesnt exist when clearly it does. Ive placed a request in the app and placed 2 phone calls from in the last 3 days and still waiting for prescription to be transferred.

The worst.Rude girl Lanasha.... rude pharmacist Kyrollos.m .I have been sitting in my car at the window for an hour. They finally have the prescription but cant process express scripts. I say I dont have express scripts I have a discount card. 20 minutes later I have to pull up my card again . She says come inside the pharmacist will help we dont know anything. When I come inside the rudest person ever behind a counter named Lanasha.She processes the card ...duh...and then says we have to fill it now stand in line. Rude lady behind the counter inside. The Pharmacist is rude and too busy to help me at the window. He tells me I wont have to wait inside but that was a lie. I ve been coming here for years but this is the last. Educate your cashiers as well as MANAGER on the payment methods that work.Spent over 3mins when used samsung pay, with transactions processing on terminal and cashier as well as manager being adamant that it doesnt work (used it many times before on same location, almost everytime hear same -wont work).Despite showing them the transactions done via SP before, and telling them that they need to treat it as regular credit card charge, didnt listen.Only when finally took physical cc out to use then he pressed the button, and the SP WENT through as I kept telling.#Dissappointted

The coupon printing machine is always broken. If you use coupons, you’ll waste your time coming to this one.

Can I rate this Pharmacy a ZERO ? if I could I would. The most incompetent RX I have ever been to. They leave you on hold forever. They text you your RX is ready, but its not in their system when you go to pick it up. (this has happened 5 times now in 3 months) This entire store needs some management training or some new staff that actually cares if you will return or not. I am embarrassed for this store and their staff. A bunch of incompetent people who can care less about customer service!!

Horrible management and customer service. I called in advice to have balloons filled up for a event just to show up and have them tell us they are under staff. Theres 2 cashiers and the manager is outside having a conversation with a friend. Dont recommend to anyone!
