This Walgreens was so cool like they had items that I hadnt seen anywhere else such as this Clean and Clear face mask which anywhere else I had never encountered but here and it was unique. The whole store is well organized and reasonable prices with ease of checkout and everything very fast. I would definitely visit this location again for anything.

Horrible. They dont answer the phone...ever. Same repetitive, sad hold music. Were sorry..our staff is answering other calls...for 25 minutes!!!!
The absolute worse pharmacy service anywhere for trying to get a person on ph or drive thru waited one hr in drive thru all the pharmacy help should be fired and replaced with competent workers that are quick personable and don’t try to blame lack of help when there’s four people all ready working in that dept
Try calling and hold for 30+ minutes because there are 3 calls ahead of you.. Picks up and disconnected. 4 times 4 different days
Worst Pharmacy ever they never answer the phone the drive up window is not open half the time they’re understaffed the store manager won’t even receive a phone call you know how are you supposed to do business with these people I’ve changed pharmacies
Yikes! Phone systems haven’t worked for several days for me to call and update my insurance info, so I went in and waited a half hour (they are always understaffed) where they could then tell me this location doesn’t accept my insurance, and then I would have to come in and wait for them to fill the prescription since their drive thru system was also down. Then the registers were slow because they had “weird internet” sort of a mess! Will not be going back
If youre looking for a rude customer service experience, this is your Walgreens. The store employees from the managers down to the associates are way to self involved to pay any attention to the customers and seem to be bothered when a customer has a question. This even applies to the cashiers who are actually hired to interact with the customers. Walgreens management feel free to provide your fake caring response...
Always a wait. Takes 3-4 hours to get scripts ready. Hire another pharmacists! Open the drive- through.
When the doctor prescribed me some vitamins, I directly went to this drug store and bought it. The pharmacist was very competent and reliable. She was swift and informative. Thank you for the fast service!
I wanted to like this place!Walgreens Palm Springs its by far the worse location I have ever been to. At first, I was very tolerant because the average age of the employees its a bit older than the average stores. But, now (not sure if they dont hire seniors anymore) the employees are even younger than me, the attitude is unacceptable.Yesterday, I went to buy a mask and asked the cashier where I could find a mask, she responded with the worse attitude, can you see them everywhere. I know she was working late on Sunday but, this doesnt give anybody the excuse to disrespect a customer. Anyway, I bought 2 masks for a total of $36 I barely walk out of the store when I realized one of the boxes was empty. Immediately, I went inside the store to my surprise the manager started shouting at me, you must cover your face immediately bLAh blah blah (even though he just sold to me an empty box) I told him there is no need to make a scene I have been your customer for over 25 years, I just paid you $40 why are you accusing me of STEALING A MASK, WOW! I asked myself why I did wrong to deserve the thief treatment no wonder they have to work on Sunday nights continue to ruin the reputation of their store.

This is my drug store in town! Theyre all so welcoming, and theyre going to really help you if you ever have some doubts about any medication or supplements! This drug store needs to be remembered!
First of all if you’re having a bad day either go home or don’t go into work with a terrible attitude. Pharmacy staff was was rude before I even started speaking to them and it’s not MY problem if YOUR system doesn’t “show you anything” I paid for medication online and charged my bank and I even had to show you my bank transactions and still couldn’t help. Then you had the audacity of shouting out to your coworkers “I need to go on my break”, you needed to go on home you were lucky I was in a good mood and did not treat you like you treated me, if you cannot handle simple stress and a little bit of hard work maybe you shouldn’t work with people and find a different career.Well anyways please be better and hope you day gets better so you can treat people in a civil manner.

Worst Walgreens ever, the employees have no people skills at all. They neve have anything i need in stock and constantly have to go else where. Oz always a waste of a trip to go here
Very disappointed with the customer service of this branch. My provider called in a prescription the previous night and left a voicemail for my refill to be filled the next day. When I attempted to pick up the prescription they said they had nothing on file and it turns out they hadn’t listened to their messaging system from the night before (even though they had already been open for two hours that day). The pharm tech that I spoke with was quite abrupt and rude— I am a nurse and I would never speak to patients that way.

Pharmacy staff rude, most. I needed my pain prescription filled Friday morning, they needed to call the insurance. This was Friday morning. Sunday & still no filled prescription. They didnt do anything to get it filled. They didnt care I need it badly & lady at pharmacy treated me very poorly & RUDELY! Awful!! Man in vest, manager?? RUDE!! Dont dismiss me to help customers behind me, take care of me, then them. In pain due to your lack of..... Sickening!! I have called 2 more times Tuesday & Friday(week later). They have done nothing. They say they will call me back & never do. They just brush it off. I need the pres. badly. The lady, I think Colleen they said,if they gave me correct name, extremely rude!! Rude everytime. Cuts me off while Im talking, gets sarcastic & puts me on hold without telling me after she makes rude comments about me to others so I can hear her. Avoid this place, totally incapable and rude. Unconcerned that I am in pain & need prescription filled. Been a week now & nothing. Go through this Everytime. Ridiculous! Another time I happen to be in Walgreens, I ask about ear & nose pain, swelling, etc., Pharmacist manager tells me, just take Sudafed, you dont have any infection, its just congestion. I say, but its very painful, nose swelling, & ear has a discharge. He says its only congestion again. I go to Dr. because even I know better. Find out its a severe bacterial infection. Stay clear of this pharmacy!! April 2020: employee says to store manager, as I walk by, there is still one more box of masks in the back, are you going to buy it... Employee says as well, yes, we have 1 more box and we already got some, manager says Ill buy the box. Obviously buying up all safety masks so customers dont get any during a Pandemic. Girl in pharmacy removes her mask as she is checking me out for my prescription, saying to she needs to get some air. What the heck!!!!!!!!!!!! Also her & store manager being rude to a lady on the phone trying to get her prescription. These people are horrible!!! if they get rude with you and you get back Ive seen this with the customer front of me the one lady wont even help so just stop dealing with you and she works there be nice to the customers and help them and if you make them at your fault. They dont answer their phone even though theyre not busy I was on hold 20 minutes and then drove down there because I live right down the street and they dont even have anybody there theyre just all sitting around talking and Im standing there in line and it takes them awhile to you and help me because theyre having a personal conversation loudly.
I was there today and wanted to ask the pharmacist a question about locating a certain item. I first waited behind someone who was questioning about medication, and then he disappeared and started filling prescriptions. There were several there that could see me, and another came on duty and walked right by me. The clerk was on the phone but any one of the others could have answered my question in 2 seconds. After 10 minutes I left, vowing I would not be returning to Walgreens. I know that this could just be certain staff, but really? All three of them?
Open 24 hours. Great spot to buy some shampoo & conditioner (after midnight) when you realize that The Oasis resort youre staying at down the street doesnt supply you with any.
This is an awful staff, avoid going here as much as possible

This is the WORST, INCONVENIENCE STORE I EVER BEEN. They dont sell individual beer in hot palm springs, and no one seems to be knowledgeable to fulfill their job.
