I am giving this Shell service station one star because I cant give it less than that. The service here was not good at all. I simply went for them to do a quick diagnostics on my car for the check engine light. I dropped off my car at 8:45am and at 2:00pm I had to call them to find out what was going on with my car, they still hadnt done anything. I called again at 3:00pm and they said they had just finished the diagnostics and that they needed to do some additional diagnostics to pinpoint the problem, charging me an additional $100. I decided to say no to the additional diagnostics.I left my car with them for a whole day, $109 later, still no answer as to the reason for check engine light. The young man at the counter provided poor customer service, he had a very rude and disrespectful undertone; it felt like they were just trying to take my money. I know other people really like them, but for me not only did they not do a good job they didnt do any job, yet I still had to pay them in order to get my car back.I learned that Auto Zone has a machine that you can plug in and find out the code yourself. It turned out that it was simply air from my gas cap causing the light to come on. So Im really not sure why they didnt get that information and why they needed to do additional diagnostics.

The card reader at the pump wasn’t working and the blonde lady at the register was so rude. At $4.20 a gallon, you could stand to be a little more courteous to your customers.

California gas tax got me reconsidering my life decisions. This shell station is conveniently located and has a shop inside and an automatic carwash. Shell sells only highest quality fuel products.

Clean and sanitized restrooms. Mechanics are wonderful and give a detailed description of work performed. Recently had two tires punctured on the road and one of the mechanics recognized me and stopped to help me. I use this gas station every time I’m in the area.

Good place to fuel up before returning a rent-a-car.

Friendly, professional, speedy and at a reasonable price. They have a huge selection of cleaning packages to choose from! I will definitely be back!

Car wash great mechanic and clean sanitize bathroom.

Rude - cashier service - most of the time the system is down and cashier lady takes against customers. She needs training on how to handle frustration and dealing with stressful situations. Worst experience ever. Run away..this place.

Easy ingress and egress. Very clean. Pumps deliver gas at a brisk rate.

I get my gas here a lot. Its a great station.

Getting in and out of this place is not always easy. At certain times of day you are at the mercy of the traffic flow and consideration of strangers.
