Extremely disappointed, for the 3rd time with the price variation from one day to the other. I bought a vacuum one day for $27 the very next day was $49.Similar situation like that for the bed frames, one day $49 the next day $149.Definitely you need to watch out with Walmar, not cheap anymore and playing with the prices.

I, along with at least 15 other customers, were denied entry, myself @ 10:38pm, being told that the stores closed by a lone security guard. I promptly told the guard that my frustrations were not aimed at him personally, but that we should be given the opportunity to address the boss who had ordered the store to be closed at least 21 minutes early. At first, we were told he left, to which I responded with a request for you supervisor on duty. At this point, the guard radioed someone who, without apology, simply said tell em get lostTELL EM (TO) GET LOST!?!?If a corporation advertising hours of operation until 11pm is unwilling to allow shoppers in even as Google shows the store to be open, then someone should be fired or demoted.If you dont like your hours, work elsewhere.

Shout out to this WalMart for closing at 10:30 pm when its posted online, and on the store entrance that it closes at 11pm. And a big shout out to the onsite manager Joshua proceeding to call the police on about 30 customers who were asking the store to honor their posted hours. WalMart needs to get their quality control together with this location big time.

I have come here a few times to get groceries. We usually use the self check out. If you use it too, make sure you move your items to the bagging area right after you scan them. Dont hold them and dont put them in your shopping cart. The camera will see you and think you are stealing. The last time I was there, I was scanning while my husband was bagging and at one point he was struggling to open a bag so I held on to something that I had scanned while he sorted out the bag issue. A few minutes later I handed the item to him and when I tried to scan the next item, I was blocked. When the employee came over and checked the machine, we saw that the camera caught me handing my husband the item and thought we were stealing it. Never mind the fact that I had just scanned it. When we again tried to bag the item, it happened again. Like Im really going to steal a $1 Minute Rice when Im buying another $100 worth of groceries.

Many of the brunettes who work here and I do not generalize because they are not all, they have very bad form, bad manners, bad expression and little desire to work; bad service when helping you with something, it bothers you that you ask, it bothers you that Ask him for help for an article. Being this company so millionaire and so big, they should give him training so that they learn to deal and treat in good manners, in very good shape all kinds of people, be they white, be Hispanic, they always get annoyed every time that you ask for help on an item. If you are paying at the checkout they do not put things in the bag it is horrible to do such a prestigious millionaire company. They should have vigilance in consequences and in consideration of all to be aware of how they should treat to all equally be white, Hispanic, brown, Indian, any type of person, no one deserves mistreatment, how these people do it, and I do not mean everyone, but this country is so big for the majority, but it is losing its essence in how we should respect each other equally but this is not the case in recent years unfortunately

This is definitely one of the nicer Wal-Marts. Unfortunately they did not have 2 of the 4 items I went in for. No GV organic lentil soup and no PH wipes. Otherwise I would recommend this store.

It was a mad house never have I seen the store so crazy. No help and the customer s were out of control. Dont think Ill be going back to that store

I was just stopping by for one item, but ended up getting plenty more. The lady that was doing stock in the cosmetics section helped me to find a few things I was not able to find for myself. I do appreciate her taking the time and I thanked her for the help. I will shop there again.

Too small. Consequently, there were limited items. The staff was helpful, polite & attentive. If it were a larger store, Id definitely give it a 5 star rating.

I went here to receive both of my Phizer, covid-19 vaccinations at their pharmacy. Both times despite how busy they were they were very pleasant which is very rare now days. They were so good at giving this vaccine that I did not even know they did it. I will definitely use this pharmacy from now on.😊

I just experienced the worst service I ever received from Walmart let me first say when I walked up to the register FEDNA was rude didn’t greet or acknowledge me for about 1 minute, I had 1 item in my hand and it wasn’t until I said “hey are you open” until she said something to me, it’s like she had an attitude like she didn’t want to be at work, which still gives her no reason to show poor customer services, she was whipping down her register and I would’ve respected that if she would’ve said hey I’m sorry could you just give me a few minutes instead she rolls her eyes and say give me a second then slammed the receipt on the side and didn’t even hand me my bag or turn the wheel so I can give get it, I honestly don’t know what’s her problem but of course I Handled it in a very professional and told her to have a bless night, please put her in the back to stock or something not in the front dealing with customers she obviously hate her job.

This Wal-Mart is always out of stock on everything! Its super crowded and takes hrs to get through the check out line. Id recommend going to another Wal-Mart or just order it online. The only reason I dont give them 1 star is the cashiers are always friendly even when you know they are stressed from all the customers that go through there.

Store was clean and shelves mostly stocked...but as usual only two cashiers with 10 self check outs and a long line due to only a few being able to accept cash.

Its Walmart. What can you say? Always low prices on goodies. This local is clean and well maintained. Employees are helpful, customers are varied and entertaining some times. Lol. Lots of parking and usually in and out pretty quick. Always check clearance for some extra deals. 👍

Absolutely horrible customer service! I was told to pick up my furniture between 9-10pm I was waiting outside checked in at 9:45. Around 10:03 nobody came outside so I decided to go inside and I was flat out told they are closed and cannot do anything about it. The worker was beyond rude along with other employees at this location. Do yourself a favor and never come here …

If your store hours say you close at 11, means you shouldn’t let anyone in starting from 11. This doesn’t seem to be the case here. Please change your closing hours to reflect at what time you’ll actually stop letting people in. Sucks to have to make a trip and drive to the location only to find out they won’t let you in even though according to your hours you’re “open”. Better to be honest about it and adjust it.

Store was very busy and only had 2 lines open and self check out was so long it was crazy. They need more lines open when busy. It is clean and organize so that was good.

Im deducting a star for this visit for two reasons: this is my local branch so I visit a lot and, yet again, they have completely rearranged the OTC pharmacy area so I cant find anything without a lengthy (and partially unsuccessful) search and, also, I tried for curbside pickup this time but, once again, was foiled because their own brands dont show up in the product selection, only the name brands, so I had to go into the store to find them.This is clearly a devious tactic by Walmart to force customers into the store for even a simple order (to sell extra stuff) and, presumably, reduces the demand on their overworked pickers. Maybe I should deduct two stars? Well see.

Odd store layout. Very few people working, customer service area had 1 person for many customers and phone calls. Many, many empty shelves/unstocked items. Went on a Monday at 11 am. Honestly probably the worst Walmart store I have visited. Very unsatisfied and will not return.Ive called customer service for 4 days, a total of 31 times. 31 times. # of times the phone was answered? ZERO. No exaggeration.

Was busy when I was there, and no real deli. As a grocery store left something to be desired. Many empty or disheveled shelves throughout the store.

They are overcharging you at the cash register, careful check the receipt that on 08-23-2021 they stole 50 dollars from me and I could not claim because I lost the receipt. They are scammers.

This is one of the worse walmart in palm beach county... every day the lines are more then 20 yards long with 3 isles open on a sunday not to mention you gotta get your cart out the street because theres never any in the store. Nothing is ever restocked and customer service staff are just waking around. Management needs ro be replaced and hire some more staff! It sucks to know this is what i deal with every time i shop here.

Found most everything on my list. Checked out at self service and had Casey tell me that I could use the hand scanner on bananas if they have a tag. Fabulous and much faster than having to look up prices.

As long as you know where everything is youll have no problems just dont ask for help thats why I try to stick to Publix

It was designed funny...not used to that layout. As soon as we walked inside my son had to go to the bathroom and when I looked up for signs to direct me there wasn’t any so just to let you know they are in the front as most stores have them but they are at the end of the registers so keep going you’ll see them...it was stocked for the most part I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. It just felt congested maybe I’m not used to that layout. Anyway the people were nice and greeted you when you arrived and exited the store.

THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE!! AND THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING NEW OR IN STOCK. AND SOME OF THE CASHIERS HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to worst service you can never get anybody to help you they have nothing ever in stock what you need to buy and they also dont carry basic things that every other Walmart Ive been into does. Even simple little things like degreaser for a car you only have two choices when other Walmarts you have five or six Choices. Ive been in there several times because its convenient and close to my house but its inconvenient because I can never find anything I need. when you ask an employee for help they act like theyre too busy to help you or they have no idea what youre talkin about they dont stop what theyre doing and show you where the item youre looking for could possibly be. there very rude. Worst Walmart Ive ever been to do not recommend it at all. Are you like you only need food but then again a lot of the times like I said theres a lot of stuff out of stock.

Really stinks when you need something. You check walmart.com which says it is in stock. Drive there only to find out the shelves are empty. So after wasting time I have to get it off Amazon. Should have done Amazon first. No one who works there knows anything.

The store it self is good they have what I need most of the time but the store manager in charge maria wasnt helpful at all when I went to pick up my online order my boyfriend went to ask her for help since we were outside for the online pick up and no one was answering so when we went inside all she kept repeating was its closed its closed we explained to her is there anything we can do since we needed what we purchased online for a tournament for my daughter and we were leaving that night and no she kept on its closed, she is very rude and nothing to do with customer satisfaction..being pregnant and getting frustrated with maria since she did not wanna help so I had to repurchase the item and not wait for a refund since maria couldnt do anything for us and left us standing there

Worse store ever! Closes at 10:30 when website shows it closes at 11:00. Staff block the door so you won’t get in and is completely rude. I don’t even blame the staff as this is Walmart’s doing. Why don’t you change the time on the website to 10:30 instead of putting your staff on the frontline and in danger for angry customers? I am appalled on how unorganized this big organization is. Do better!

Walmart always banging I love Walmart

Absolutely love this store. Its clean and smaller because it only sells groceries. However, it has a Deli which makes me love it even more. ❤Additionally, Ive never had to wait in a long line. Not sure if its because there arent as many people or because we can only buy groceries but its my favorite Walmart.

Typical Wallmart really. store was a bit messy. Was trying to buy a vacuum and half of them arent in stock even though they have display models for them and half of them were priced wrong, so overall it was a messy experience.

Ok, but needs work. Store clean but a bit messy. Associates leave large heavy carts they use to load items on shelves in aisles unattended. Makes it difficult for elderly to push out of the way to get by or get items on shelf. Heavy buckets of cleaning equipment blocking inside of ladies bathroom. I had to push it aside so a woman in a wheelchair could get by and use bathroom stall.I couldnt find a item today as I I asked an associate if you could help me. He found the item for me and told me I need a new prescription for my glasses if I couldnt see it!! How rude!!

This store is sad, I cringe everytime I feel like I should save money, but not worth it anymore. However, the local Publix just as bad, so keep up the good work.

I like to buy staffs in Walmart Supermakets, because your moneys guaranty for your staffs buy.

Lots of products available however when it comes to check out you have 10-15 people per line and they only open three or four lines at a time. Sometimes it takes longer to check out then it does to actually shop for all my needs. Otherwise its great having store that has such a variety of products and makes one-stop-shopping feasible

This Walmart always seems to be stocked up on most items. Staff was very helpful when it came to locating certain items.

Always lines out the butt, and for what ever reason they were closed when I went. It was 1pm and they werent letting anyone in. But other than that its a over all okay Walmart. Just wish the lines werent so long everytime I go. Even self checkout takes forever.

Stores layout is horrible, like items not in same area,dairy located in 3 separate areas of store.Cashier was bad,had to scan all items twice. The total experience was terrible. Worse Walmart I have ever been in. To make matters worse there was shoot out with Palm Springs police at entrance to parking lot.

I m disabled and i need an electric cart but everytime i go there they never have one available and i usually gotta wait in the car while my girl shops. The store is always packed everyday

Try grocery pick up! Its free! Fast! And convenient! Have used grocery pick up multiple times since they recently launched and can say I am very satisfied, if something every goes wrong just give them a call and they will make it right. Very friendly people and amazing customer service I will probably never go back in the store again since this is so convenient and the best part is no more waiting in those long long lines, I just park my car pop the trunk and in a minute or so Im ready to go home. Thank you wallmart 10th Ave for adding this amazing service it has surely saved me so much time and hassel.
