The place was very clean and professional. Two guys stood out to me in particular. Their names were Johnny and Mike. They were both very welcoming and kind. Its definitely one amazing store. Although it could use some music while you pick from their huge selection of mattress still one of the best mattress places around!

As a small business owner my preference is to always to go with Mom and Pop (or in this case Pop and Pop) shops over multi-national conglomerates, and I’m glad I did with Mattress Specialists. My husband and I just bought an apartment in Palm Springs and drove cross-country with nothing but our clothes. Our first stop was to buy something to sleep on and our sales clerk John not only gave us a great deal on our mattress, but was able to deliver it the next day. We went into this place on our way to another mattress shop in Rancho Mirage. But we ended up staying and buying two mattresses! The salesperson was Mike and he was very knowledgable and very helpful. He did not push the sales, but pointed out the inventory that worked for our needs. Very Pleased!I was dreading shopping for a new mattress. When I rolled into into Mattress Specialist, I am in a wheelchair, I was happy to see a very clean and tidy store. I was cheerfully greeted immediately by Jonny. He wore a mask and was very helpful. Although I thought I knew what would work best for me, through thoughtful conversation with Jonny and the Store Owner, they came up with a much better solution. I appreciated the way they listened to my needs and I felt confident in their level of expertise. I never felt pressured or sold. It was more like a professional consultation. I said I would like to look at a few other places before making a decision. They sent me on my way with the information about the mattress we discussed. After thinking about it in the parking lot for 5 minutes, I rolled back in and made the purchase. They said they could deliver it today and remove the old mattress at 4 PM. They were promptly on time and carefully installed my new mattress and removed the old one. I am looking forward to getting a good nights sleep once again. I really appreciate the Mattress Specialist Team!
