This woman and her family is completely AWESOME 🤩 & was the absolute BEST with The Greatest COMMUNICATION, and CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received in my whole lifetime. They walked with me through completely everything they all had a lot of PATIENCE with me through the whole process and even made me feel as comfortable as possible. The owner she’s OUTSTANDING, very INTELLIGENT and her daughter she carries a SMILE THAT WILL BRIGHTEN AND CAPTURE THE ENTIRE WORLD. Incredibly unique selection of furniture and other miscellaneous items.Honestly I’ve never seen a close out store this expansive and unique.If you’re a fan of unique and fashionable this place is a MUST. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. If you say what kinda things you’re into they have a perfect suggestion for you.

Aside from the young girl in front everyone else provided terrible customer service. One of the the employees literally yelled at me because I walked into a area that was suppose to be closed to public even though it looks like the rest of the store. When I said there was no sign he became aggressive and screamed that there was a sign. Its poor quality furniture so I’m not surprised to see poor quality customer service.

The manager has no concept whatsoever of customer service. She demanded in my face that I set up a piece of furniture I had paid the setup fee for. Never in my life I encountered such a rude attitude towards a client let alone coming from the manager. If I were the owner of this store I would make sure to get rid of her.

The owner, Gayle, is lovely and so helpful, and really wants her customers to leave satisfied and happy. I ordered a beautiful large storage chest that matches the bedroom I set I already had perfectly, and a brand new table set for my living room. What an amazing experience I had here. From ordering my furniture to delivery. Customer service was amazing and everyone in the store was helpful. Not only was the customer service amazing but the prices cant be beat. Theres so much to choose from and if they dont have it in the store they can order you whatever you want. They are very accommodating and do package deals. Delivery drivers were amazing and set up all my furniture perfectly. I will definitely recommend this place and will be back for more.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I ordered a couch. They told me I would receive it in a week. Week went buy no couch. I called they said we will call you back. We need to call the warehouse. No one called me back. So I called and they said to me that because of the hurricane the company were short on containers because its coming from California. So they said it will take another week. Another week went buy. No call. I called they said my couch is in Miami now but they have to go through 40 containers and that will take another week. So another week went buy no call. So I call again. This time they told me that I had ordered from the 2018 catalog and they are not sure when it will arrive. So after 7 weeks of waiting. I gave up and cancelled. Oh and yes I had to call them back for that too. They had never called back when they said they would. Hope know one else will go through what I went through. Definitely not going back to them again.

I recently purchased a bedroom set for my daughters room. The set is amazing and I got it a great price. Not sure any other store could beat it. The service was great. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helped me right away to pick the best set for her room. The furniture was ordered and the set came in very quickly and delivered and set up. So I loved the furniture I picked out. But they do not follow through with coming and fixing what they screwed up. Furniture for 3 rooms paid in full, that is not put together properly. And that I know get to live with. I ordered my furniture from their magazine. And it wasnt cheap or closeout, which was fine. But follow through with your customers. Having someone who doesnt know how to put together your furniture is an issue. After calling for 3 months. I give up.

Hey guys I dont usually go online after I purchase stuff and post or do inappropriate behavior but this time it got out the hand this is a terrible choice I made to go in there and buy furniture now its a nightmare specially they have no customers service, rude and bunch of liars. I pay my money no questions ask but when for them to deliver your goods its a problem, week after weeks they didnt deliver my stuffs I called them so they wanted to get nasty so I yelled at them boom all the sudden they want to drop them because i yelled at the driver over the phone he said hes going to drop them so I say I will call the police and cancel the transaction now they willing to drop a few of my order and they still havent completed my order till this day so I dont recommend anyone to go there please you guys do not want to go thru what Im going with them so sorry to say but you lose a good customer

We had an issue with the boxsprings we bought. Gail the owner has personally reached out to me to make it right. She is taking care of it all for me and making it 100% right. When i wrote the review i was mad and angry like any momma bear would be but i understand mistakes happen and this one is out of her control and she is still fixing this and making it right. She personally looked at my pictures and videos. She is taking this very serious. I will post an update when everything is done. Im happy that there are business owners out there that care about their customers and will go above and beyond to make it right!

I came across this store on offer up. I visited the warehouse/store. I placed an order but did not receive all the pieces I paid for. They kept telling the bed was coming on a container from California. For six weeks I was fed the same b.s. After finally getting fed up and told I would get money back for my aggravation and delay I was told that the refund would only happen if I continued to wait for the bed to come in a container with no guaranteed date or time. Gail took my information to process a refund only to find out she lied. She didnt even know how to process a refund on the machine. Although I provided my information for her to do a refund I was forced to drive to the store for her worker to do the refund. Do not buy furniture from this place. You will be guaranteed headaches and lie after lie. Extremely unprofessional. Never again!!!
