The service offered by this auto body shop was fantastic they took the car in last minute they did an excellent job repairing a large dent in a door and repainting it so you cant even tell.They cleaned the car very well.The paint is perfect, the clear coat is perfect .They went above and beyond.They finished the car early.They did a full body car Wash inside out.Perfect experience highly recommended.

They provided a detailed report which I appreciated, and they were nice when I had to call. My only issue is their communication. They kept the car for a couple of days and no follow up. When I called in on a Thursday they said I would need to wait until the guy came in on Monday. The following week there was no follow up again, so I initiated contact called and got the status a few days later. Overall good work, but they need to work on communicating with their customers. High 3 low 4 rating

I would not recommend them for your auto repair. We had our vehicle taken there after an accident and did so because it was a insurance approved location, however we brought to their attention a noise the engine was making following the accident. They repaired the body damage and never addressed the noise and returned the vehicle to us. We for a second time mentioned the noise, test drove the vehicle with the tech who also could hear the noise. They took the vehicle back in for a second time. Told us that time it was an alignment issue and returned the car again. We still heard the noise and tried to report it to them only to have them tell us that it was normal. So we drove off with the vehicle only to have it breakdown again. This would be the third time it was returned to this shop and this time we received to calls, no updates and waited 5 days to find out that they are now saying it has a blown transmission and they wont cover it stating its from normal wear and tear. Conveniently we have 68,000 miles on it and are 8000 miles out of warranty. Normal wear and tear? A blown transmission at 68,000 isnt normal. Not only are they not trying to cover the problem which started after the accident bit they also ignored the repeated request to try and figure out the problem before the transmission went out and throughout the process the never called to update on the progress or their findings. We had to make contact to even get information and were given very little information or explanation each time. I even had to reach out to the AAA manager of the shop to even find out what was wrong with my car. I was told 4 days ago they werent going to cover it and I still havent even got my car back or been called by the shop about the return of my vehicle. Very very poor customer service.

I was in a fender bender and the insurance company of the offender was not being very helpful in paying even though they admitted fault. This company went above and beyond in getting the payment so I could get my car back. Also my car was so clean when I picked it up, they even cleaned my headlights and they shine so brightly. They also cleaned the inside if the car, my blonde hairs that I was having a hard time vacuuming myself were all gone, my car looked amazing. The body work they repaired was amazing also.

Very pushy, not sure if it was because I am female and assumed I asked for an estimateBut really wanted a full breakdown with exact cost. Or just took it that I was ignorant. Either way not going to leave my vehicle for a full breakdown. What if I chose I didnt want you doing the work?

Very bad customer tried to call to check up on my car Because they said it would be ready on a Tuesday Friday came and went still no car nor did they contact me to inform me about any dely and when I called them they yelled at me saying stop calling its not done yet. They are rude. Will not recommend to anyone
