Sal and sabi are some of the best people ive dealt with when it comes to such a difficult time even more so during the pandemic they kept constant contact to inform me of delays and other issues that came up my carwas returned to me in perfect condition like it was never involved in a accident at all I will defiantly be returning to see sabi for any of my collision needs

They did a great job repairing my vehicle, provided me with a free rental as well. Other than that I will never be coming back to get a repair done here.Extremely disappointed because equipment from my vehicle was taken that should have not been taken or touched while it was being worked on in their shop.A little advice if you plan on having your vehicle worked on here, make sure you take ALL of your belongings out beforehand.I will never put up with or make business with dishonest workers.
I had such an awesome experience with this place. Chris is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met, I had an immense amount of respect for the staff and their practices. I was expecting my car to be done the following Wednesday but because of their hard work and commitment my car was finished a week early on Friday! I’m very grateful for their speedy service and professionalism.
I was blown away at the quality and caliber of work. Sal was on top of the project every step of the way. Had no clue about the depth of talent. Saw some seriously amazing restoration projects on classic and antique cars. Never expected to see that in a full service auto body shop. Happy to give 5 stars.

I was very grateful for how they, without hesitation, assisted me and my family when we needed them most.The body and paint work was flawless (and I’m an ex body shop owner). Even I was very impressed. They worked hassle free with my insurance company too. My insurance was pleased to deal with them as well. Even they liked and recommended them.I definitely recommend Rally Auto Mall Collision for all the above as well. They definitely make a bad situation better. Bad experience let alone employee acted as if i was interrupting his time to do his job. Didn’t really answer any of my questions and just rushed through the process of taking in my car. I did not feel welcomed in a places rated as “highly recommend”.

They designate an appointment time for an hour repair and they are aware Ill be waiting for the completion. I show up to find that they have no workers available and that they are in a meeting. I ask when they will start the work and am informed they can give me no idea when the meeting will be over and that they will call me to return later that day. What is the point of an appointment. Really. I took off work to get this done and they act like its no big deal.

Wouldnt recommend to my worse enemy! Here is what happened. They offer free quotes which means they will evaluate the work that is needed and recommend repairs. (we will touch on this later as I was charged)I personally took my car to them to get an estimate for a repair due to a collision that ended in my transmission being broken as in the metal being cracked. They were suppose to call me and give me updates. Well that didnt happen I was the one calling to get updates, and the times they called was to return my calls. Long story short every time I called I was told they didnt know when they can get parts! What kind of answer is this? This went on for 16 days. Here is when everything went down hill.This is the car my family used to run errands and pick up/drop off our kids from school. We did not have another car. So we had a rental while this was suppose to get repaired. After 16 days of me calling and they telling me that they didnt know when they would get parts. I made the recommendation of perhaps getting a low mileage used replacement part. At that point they said the could do it but it was going to cost more and maybe a week or more to get the used parts and get the repairs done. How am I paying more for a used part vs a new one? That makes no sense to me, maybe it does to someone else but not me.All this time I looked online called other shops and myself included could get a transmission in no longer than 3 days! I made the mistake of choosing the dealer as I thought they have easy fast access to factory parts, I was so wrong! Anyone can get a transmission online in no time even from other shops and the dealer online but apparently this shop cant find them. Im not sure what their deal was other than milking me for storage fees or the rental car fees located at their dealer.I decided to pick up my car, I couldnt deal with this. So I didnt agree to their repairs. When I got there they wanted to charge a 15 day storage fee of $1050! Keep in mind Im also paying for a rental car. If it was up to me I would have ordered the parts on day one. The reason why the car sat there for so long was due to their own fault of not being able to get parts. I had nothing to do with this! However they wanted to charge. I complaint as I was never given any options until I made the recommendation myself! Why not tell me on day one that they could get a used one?It gets worse, I told them I didnt agree with the charges so they decided to give me a deal and only charge me $800. To me this was no deal but my money being stolen! At this point I was frustrated so I paid them. So them they bring paper work that they wanted me to sign. I refused to sign and asked to give me my car and keys so I could be on my way. I was told unless I signed they would not release my car! My car was being held hostage and in my books being stolen at this point. I know my rights and they cant make me sign anything I dont want to sign.I ended up calling the cops as they were keeping a car they had no right to keep and it was not theirs! After speaking to the manager and telling him that I had the legal right not to sign anything and didnt owe them any money, if they didnt give me the car it would become stolen property. He finally gave me my keys to my property.I had a really bad experience I do not wish on anyone. I have the paper work to prove when I drop off the car, when I was sent paper work for a use part etc. If anyone cares at this company, and you are reading this. The right thing to do is to refund my money. No work was done! I was basically given an estimate that took 16 days to produce and was charged for a quote that is advertised as free! Plus I ended up paying for more than I was suppose to on a rental car.I would never recommend buying anything from this place or having any repairs done.

There work is pretty good but I have had to go back for little things after.
I have a 2017 Ford F-250 that was involved in an accident that I was sure would total it. It took Saby and his team a little less than 100 days to get the truck back to me. I know that seems like a long time, but due to the fact that Saby doesn’t cut corners and ensured I received OEM ford parts with ford warranties it took time to receive parts that had to come from the manufacturer. Thoughout the entire process Saby kept me in the loop for any hold ups and any progress with out me having to call him. If I ever had a question I was able to text him directly and he was always very prompt with getting me answers. He promised me from the start that my truck would look show room new when he returned it to me and he kept his word. If I ever have to get vehicle work done again this will be the first place I will go. Saby, thank you and your team for everything.

Body shop make your car look brand new again great customer service had over $2,000 worth of work done that the county had to pay for for gross negligence of repair of the roads even though we pay extra $50 on our registration the roads are still bad I had a real big pothole it cost all this damage to my car they took care of everything looks brand new
Worst repair shop in the world. Dishonest and slow. Took two months to fix two bent rims and a control arm. Anyone I talked to had a different story. Do not take your car here.
Had over $2,000 worth of work done there 2 months ago from a large and I do mean large pothole on the street yes it did that much damage they did good work looks like brand new plate new bumper tire and wheel and everything else that was destroyed underneath I would recommend them highly I have some more work to do on my car
