Finding this place was a breath of fresh air. The staff was extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They made the extoerience simple, positive and enjoyable and their prices were beyond reasonable. They aren’t gouging like their more well known but not better competitors. They charged half of what everyone else was charging for the same parts. I saved $150! And their customer service was far superior as well...they even offered to help me out to the car!!! So glad I found this place I won’t be going anywhere else if I can help it! Thanks you guys :)

Called a lot places looking for a part. The big name stores did not have it nor did they have the ability to order it. Carquest Auto had it, and the representative even placed the part up front for us without being asked. Customer service exceeded my expectations, I would definitely recommend.

For whatever the reason UPS delivered out package to them, I dont know. Didnt request them to bring it to an Access Point. But UPS should not have them as an Access Point. UPS said 2 packages were left, my son went to pick up the packages and they said they only had one, he said are you sure one should be a big box, nope. UPS said they were left with Ted and when I called he said maybe someone walked off with it, this package required a signature! So LOTS of stress and then they call and said they found it on a shelf. . . mind you the box is about 3x3 feet and has giant letters written on it. Maybe they should stick to car parts. . .

I went to every auto parts store in Antelope Valley none of them were able to help me except for Carquest they went above and beyond found the part that I thought I needed ordered it picked it up two days later because of the holiday just to come to find out I ordered the wrong part they were glad to return it and get me the right part Im a very happy customer
