I had a really great experience here, particularly with Jorge. He helped me every step of the way & went above and beyond with getting my car battery & windshield wipers replaced. He made sure I had quality items and he was extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Such a great first impression at this location. Surprisingly, Autozone was the only place that has Motorcraft fluids/filters in stock.Their competitors dont carry the brand. Walmart does claim to carry it, but they are so out of stock of most things...empty shelves.Its important to drivers who care so much for their car, to only want to use the manufacturers recommended fluids and parts. Really nice when I dont have to visit the dealers parts counter for fluids.

I went to by a alentador Whit cash yesterday but I can buy it because there accept only card visa no cash in the moment I dont have a card only cash is not good the experience

The employees at this particular location are so helpful. I visited to get my battery fully charged. unfortunately my battery was bad and had to get a new one

Always had a good experience at AutoZone. Only gripe I have this time is that they made me wait outside because of being at capacity. I know its not their fault theyre just following the guidelines for covid-19, but it bothered me. Besides that everything was good.

Other auto stores take faster call them not sure what it is i go there often and see them at times joking around not in a bad way but not sure if they mess around and make customers wait in the phone or something either way there nice people just need to speed up a bit on customers

Went in because I had some wiring needs. I asked an employee to look it up on their system. He didnt know what a pig tail was and had a bit of an attitude. As he was scrolling quickly by I saw the item I needed on his screen. I pointed it out and he went back to that section on the screen. He didnt go far enough on the screen and I couldnt even tell him because he walked away and started talking to a co-worker about personal matters. I waited for a few moments but he never stopped talking to the co-worker. At this point I said thank you and left. WOW!!!

One dude at the store gladly excepted big bag of empty oil and coolant jugs for recycling, so that i wont polute the planet. But later i heared manager say this is getting out of hand... Since there is no limit on how much you can conviniently buy it here, you should be able to recycle it all conveniently as well.

The AutoZone on 47th has always given me the Worest service of any auto parts store I have ever gone to. 1 parts manager there is so rude and stupid he really needs to be taken out back and shown how to act. I wish they would fire his ass. I will never go back there.
