I just called this A1 Stop today on Feb 14, 2018 and asked if they had availability to conduct a Smog check. I could barely understand what the tech said & he hung up. I called right back. He answered the phone, “Yeah”! I said I believed we got disconnected & I wanted to know if you had any openings today & he shouted, “I said NO...!!!” What the...? I responded saying you don’t ever have to worry about me coming to your shop to get a smog check!! Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! This doesn’t help the owners business at all & if he was the owner... WOW!! Just horrible
