The process of having our truck repaired at Telesis Collision Center was seamless. (We sustained damage when a tire blew out while traveling on the interstate). The service was great. Kept me involved all through the process. My insurance tried to rescind some of the coverage for repairs after it was agreed that repairs will be covered and Kim from Telesis called me and worked with me all the way until i got the issue squared away with my insurance. Within a week i got my car back in great condition.

My car suffered a hit and run, I was referred by my insurance to come here and I am so thankful I was. First, the professionalism is off the charts. I was greeted by everyone in the office and a few gentlemen in the garage, they went over everything right away even called to check on parts so we had a better idea of how long I was looking at. Next, they give you updates the whole time. I never had to wonder what was going on or call them. Lastly, my car was done a day earlier and it was perfectly done. We had the back tailgate window fully replaced. To include rear upper hinges and rear lift gate support. We received a prompt call from Telesis informing is that parts were in and we could setup appointment to come in. They happen to have an available one that same day so we went in. Asked how busy they were and they gave me an estimate of that day or next day. I explained I had work and they tried to accommodate my time frame. At around 2 close to 3pm, they called to say the car was ready. It was like it had never happened!!! They did a really good job fixing the issue and now the back tailgate window does not sounds like it is about to fall off.

I recently got into an accident and had damage to both sides of my car, telesis was super quick with the fix and it looks amazing. Plus! Literally while I was on the phone with my insurance starting my claim, telesis gave me a call WHILE I was on the phone still, they were THAT efficient with communication and wanting to get me in and all fixed up. It was definitely appreciated because the accident (though not major) definitely had my nerves all twisted and just to hear someone care about wanting to get me in and out and just be very polite on the phone was really helpful. I can’t stress that enough. Polite, efficient, super friendly, helpful, answered whenever I would call and called me as well to give me consistent updates. Thank you so much!

Wow!! What an amazing team. Kim was awesome ( I hope I’m remembering that right ) but you know who you are love!! She called me within minutes of submitting my claim with my insurance company and book same day pick up of my car. Very fast and efficient considering I had to wait a week to actually file my claim due to covid and snow storms. I will only do business with Telisis if I ever need body work. My car is flawless!! looks like nothing happened they were 11 days earlier than they estimated and pleasant through the entire process. Kept me updated via phone abs text. They even stayed a little later than business hours to accommodate my late arrival for a pick up. As a single mommy or mommy period this was so special to me. I took my car for an estimate, Mario came out took notes and after 15 mins. came out to tell me he couldnt get an estimate on site and that he was getting back to me by the end of the day. Almost a week later, no one from the office has called me. Where is professionalism from this place? I wonder if the owner agrees with this practice or maybe hes not aware???

In stead of buying a new car, I decided to fix uo my older 2009 Honda Fit, with both mechanical and cosmetic updates. I had a lot of oxidation on the roof and some scratches here and there.
