Its a decent site. Most dollar generals FEEL like a dollar store. This one however feels like a market place. It has alot of different items to choose from for a great valued price.

East palmdale ... super ghetto and DOESNT feel safe at times because of the homeless allowed to hang out in front of the store ... a couple of the male employees cool and helpful ...the LADIES NOT so much kinda rude in my opinion..

Love this store friendly service and reasonably priced on everything. I shop here every Month and in between. Plus they have a discount thats on your receipt for the following Saturday if you come back with that receipt. Thats extra savings.

DG has an overall 5 stars in?customer service. All you have to do is ask, and their staff will answer. Way better than the usual duh you get at walmart

Ive been coming here since the day they opened the door. It use to be convenient. Not anymore ! This store is so un-stocked its not even funny. The shelves are so bare it looks like theyre going out of business. Not one loaf of bread. Hardly any cheese, because it all out. No soy sauce.......pasta selection is pretty much nonexistent now. This store has turned into a joke. And if your need over the counter medication, dont come here. They are all out of that also. So is this a sign this Unit of Dollar General is going to be closed down ? Sure looks that way. I guess its back to Walmart for all the things you use to be able to run in and get here. Sad Sad Sad. Their Corp People should do a walk though this store on a surprise visit to see how bad its become over the last few months !

This staff is polite and always willing to help you find the things that you cant fine on your own and theyre willing to help you bring your stuff to the car

In light of everything going on, the customer service was still awesome.

Prices are good. But the employees need retraining on customer service. They make me feel like Im doing something wrong or annoying them just by shopping. They know the store, I dont, so why the attitude when i ask if you sell this product and where can I find it in the store? I didnt feel welcome in the store.

The Palmdale CA location on Palmdale Blvd has the most atrocious customer service I have ever witnessed!! Today was my breaking point with these employees! I politely asked for a cart that did not have those ridiculous metal poles that prevent a person with MANY purchased items from carting those items all of 20 feet to the parking lot. These employees instead of offering assistance go blathering on about cart theives!! REALLY??? This is acceptable Dollar General employee behavior? They stand and watch me have to take FOUR trips from the store to the parking lot because I didn’t have a CART !!! How can any reasonable person think this okay????

Tried using the dollar general app at this store and they refused use it. Idk if they just didnt like us but they straight didnt want our phone number to put In or anything. Is this one even owned by the franchise? Avoid and go to one in littlerock. Even talked to manager here who began raising his voice so we just walked out. Horrible customer serivce
