What can I say about the Goodwill. You got to love the Goodwill. First of all I got to say that I really appreciate the fact that this is a nonprofit organization. Im innocent, enough to say that I love this place. They are nonprofit because they help the community out. They provide essential jobs for many workers Across the Nation. Especially during these times were jobs is very necessary. They remain open. However they take absolutely care of their employees by making sure that their limit the amount of people that shop at a time. Plus they require 100% cooperation from the customers in that everyone has to wear a mask or a face covering and keep socially distance. This is very important during this time because of the pandemic. Now, I got to say that I love shopping here and I have so for the last 20 somewhat years. I like to come here to see what I can find. As far as being able to sale. Overall the place is always kept very organized. I see a lot of people shopping for clothes and stuff. And all the clothes are color-coordinated. Not sure exactly what the attraction is but this is how they organize their clothes. They also have electronics. And I do appreciate the fact that they offer a return policy. In case the stuff doesnt work, you can always exchange it for equivalent priced item. On top of that they do have restrooms at most Goodwill stores. However the restrooms are not in service right now due to the pandemic. But when they are open they are kept clean and always stocked with hygienic supplies. I really appreciate the supervisors who are always attentive and very friendly and easygoing taking care of the customers. Keep up the great work I really appreciate you guys.

Ive came here dozens of times to donate a bunch of items and the workers have always been extremely kind. Their products inside are also of quality and you can definitely find something that works for you. If you havent check what they have I highly recommend to come and check

It was a good shop, but there was a really creepy man there who was being extra friendly to me.

Was great but qhen u buy dvds or cds please look to see if they are there. I found a season I wanted and I looked and all the dvds r missing. But rest place is great

Prices are triple (Covid )priced. Ive shopped there for years in many states. Prices always great and lower than competitors. I was shell 😲 shocked! Will not do business with them again. To bad too, Ive donated Thousands of dollars over the past 20 years.

A nice, easy shopping place. I always walk out with something or several somethings. Inexpensive and super convenient.

I really liked their service and their associates were very professional. One of our items was missing a tag and they were able to get a tag to make sure we could purchase the item. Ill be going back time and time again!

This Goodwill location accused me of theft and banned me from the store, Lost Prevention reviewed the cameras and saw no theft take place ... yet, I am still Banned from this Location because the Manager does not want me in her store ... Now tell me that isnt shady and wrong!Goodwill Corporate has still not contacted me about this issue! ... and i do not wanna talk with Lost Prevention I wanna talk with someone from Corporate, Lost Prevention tells me the same thing there are other Goodwill stores thats not the point!

This Goodwill store is pretty good. The staff is friendly and it is somewhat organized and clean. As with other Goodwill Stores, this store offers some new items including bath and bedroom rugs, sheets, shower curtains, pillows and blankets. They also now offer new Halloween items, although they are no bargain and quite overpriced in my opinion. I have been in a much nicer, cleaner, and better organized Goodwill in Lake Tahoe but they were provided with all of the bells and whistles at that store including tasteful remodeling, tile, new racks and displays, and even a fork lift. I wish this local Goodwill was a bit better. They seem to pull all of the really good stuff out before you get there and the few quality items that end up in the store are quickly purchased by pickers and resale buyers. Its hard to find truly high quality used items at this Goodwill. It seems like only second best items end up here. Ive seen much better deals at other Goodwill Stores.

Staff is very rude the manager acused me of stealing and banned me from the store when i never stole anything even after they checked me service is incredibly rude with the manager this same situation happened with someone else needs to get change this is honestly not right please get that fixed

Fairly interesting goodwill with a pretty good turnover of items. Stays relatively clean. I havent found any outstanding treasures but I have found some nice decor, books, and dishes. Lots of clothes. They also sell a lot of new stuff at retail so this one is a bit pricier than other goodwill stores. Recommend but with knowledge that its more expensive.

This is the most expensive Goodwill Ive ever been to. My goodness, they arent selling new items. Get with the fact that people go there for awesome finds at awesome prices. I dont see myself going back.

This location is always clean and has great merchandise. Thursdays are Dollar Days so I always go with a $10 budget and come with some great finds. This week I got brand new Candies shoes, Victoria Secret purse, and bebe blouse, all new for $1 each.Plus the staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a slight problem but manager fixed right away when though was very busy. I found the manager to be professional and fair. The only thing I didnt like was that the cashier was complaining toget about the me in Spanish in front of me I felt that was very rude since he didnt think I understood what he was saying. Prices are kind of high but you can find some bargains especially on Thursday dollar day, Although Thursdays are very busy and you really have to search to find the dollar items. Reactions are clean and ready to find but you have to ask for them to be unlocked

This is not my favorite of the AV area but its my 2nd they tend to be reasonable in pricing. And they usually always get stuff thats good. The staff at this location have usually been friendly and helpful.

Nicely kept. Extremely friendly staff. The young man, Ian, was a real delight. I could not be happier.

EDIT: I went in to look at the bags and they had a $35 bag. When I asked the manager why it was so much she said it was supposed to be a Coach bag. The bag was not even close to a Coach bag (G monogram instead of C). They will sell obviously fake items for ridiculous prices. Many of their items are overpriced. Bags and shoes that are falling apart are sold for more than what Ross would sell them brand new. The new pricing is ridiculous. I have seen t-shirts (not designer, used and faded) for $6!

You get what you expect at a thrift store - poorly organized clothes, furniture etc, but at the price its well worth it. Knocking stars off because it was a quite dirty when I was there. People were friendly, which made the experience fairly enjoyable.

To be honest, Ive never been in this store...however, everyone that shops here and parks in the spots that are against the store front have no consideration for vehicles passing by. I dont know if its because they are so amped up on all the savings they just got or what but they just fire their vehicles in reverse and almost T bone me every time I pass by.

The inspired peeps at Feathers n Leather guided me to the best experience where I took a great toe up heal back stance in some bad ass Levi leather shoes .. Yea maybe I am somewhat of a leather man

The staff are very courteous and friendly BUT! the prices can be outrageous. Goodwill is supposed to be a second hand thrift store. Where are the deals when you walk in and the color of the day is nowhere to be seen? I dont want to pay 30.00 for second hand mirror that I can get at Pier One brand new. This isnt the only Goodwill that does this, the surrounding Goodwills also do this. Frustrating when a consumer wants a deal and gets practically ripped off by a so called charity store.~ juat my opinion

Pleasant. Nice to see that companies are donating as well as people. At this shop along with the East Palmdale Goodwill they had in stock brand new bed sheets in most bed sizes. Admittedly, queen was the hardest size to find, but at the prices they offered them, I could hardly complain. I found a really nice cream colored Bill Blass jean jacket - not to over the top. Lot of other items there. I was a little disappointed at the pickings because I live in Kentucky and also lived 23 years in Wisconsin. Somehow, we midwesterners think of California (especially this close to LA) as glamourous and expected to see a bit more. But really it was nice. The one thing I would change is the way they hang up the clothes. While they separate by color and function, blouses here, skirts there - there was no effort to separate by sizes. That makes it really hard to find clothes. But no complaints overall.

Itsokay, I agree overprice, heavy on women clothes. The thrift shop for the blind is better in Lancastet. But its nice to feel you are helping others as you shop.

Prices are sometime unfair but most of the time you will find a steal of a deal. The parking is very difficult.

The women that work here are hot and flirty. Never much electronics here.

At this Goodwill we were yelled at by a woman working there. She screamed the line starts THERE, pointing to the other side of the check-out counter (mind you, we were the only people checking out and we were already standing by the register). She then yelled at the nice male cashier to re-route people to the other side in future. He was very embarrassed at this employees horrible attitude and rudeness. Great customer dis-service!
